Einfamilien-Strandhaus mit 60 'auf dem Wasser mit Steg für Ihr 30' Boot und 2 Schwimmdocks für Ihren Jet Skies. Ideal für 2 Familien bis zu 10 Personen. Die 1. Etage verfügt über ein 27 x 29 Zoll großes Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte, Dart und 55-Zoll-Fernseher. Die 2. Etage bietet einen offenen Grundriss zwischen der voll ausgestatteten Küche und dem Wohnzimmer. Auch 2 große Schlafzimmer (beide mit Doppelbetten) und 1 Badezimmer. Die 3. Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Etagenbett, 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Badezimmer und Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Jedes Zimmer hat entweder eine eingebaute Wandklimaanlage oder Fenstereinheiten. Es gibt insgesamt 5 Fernseher und 1 Xbox. Jedes Fernsehgerät verfügt über alle lokalen OTA-Kanäle und kann alle gängigen Internet-TV-Apps, HBO GO, Netflix, Stern, CBS usw. streamen. Hinterhof enthält Oberdeck mit großem Tisch, motorisierte Markise, Grill, grade Deck mit Liegestühlen, Feuerstelle, Außendusche und Waschbecken. Gehen Sie schwimmen, Boot fahren, Kajak fahren, angeln und Krabben aus Ihrem Garten. Inbegriffen sind 3 Kajaks, 3 Fahrräder, Krabbenfallen, Schlauchboote, Liegestühle und Schwimmwesten. This was the perfect house to serve as our home base for our wedding weekend. The house was very clean, and had plenty of room for our entire family. Owners were very helpful and made this a wonderful experience.

We came to Beach Haven West (LBI) to attend a celebration of life for my BIL. This cozy home could not have been more comfortable and inviting. The gas fireplace was easy to use, and was added to the coziness. We enjoyed the view of the canal and the boats out back. It was a very cold weekend so sadly we could not enjoy the patio area on the water 🙁
As we have stayed in many pet friendly properties, the cleanliness of the property was certainly a welcome surprise. The owner of the property was very attentive to our needs, and easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

We had a great time. The owner was very responsive, and helped navigate us to activities we would enjoy. The house was immaculate considering pets were allowed. We brought our dog and he had a great vacation too. Access to the beaches and restaurants were great. I highly recommend this property and I will refer friends and family. It was nice to have our adventure dialed in by a family home who’s been there long enough to reveal the beautiful secrets of LBI. It was our first time there and definitely not our last. Too notch all the way!!👍

The house was perfect for me and my family. The location was convenient as it was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our favorite part of our stay was enjoying dinner outside on the deck, kayaking, and fishing with the kids. Thank you for opening your house to us, it was wonderful!

Wonderful trip!
Joe and Nancy are excellent hosts. Their home is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The back decks are awesome; we particularly loved the ping pong table and corn hole! Joe was very helpful in answering any questions I have. Short drive to LBI beaches; which was our main point of interest. Highly recommend this rental.

Enjoyed a sun-filled weekend at this house! Ducks and swans in the lagoon. House is “smart wired” which was very cool. Owners were totally accessible and very easy to work with. Great neighborhood, perfect for biking. Thank you.

Completely enjoyable
Had a wonderful holiday get-together here. Everybody enjoyed the spacious home and felt very comfortable and relaxed. The dog bowls and a mat ready to go in the kitchen were much appreciated by our furry family member.

Fun for all ages
Joe and Nancy's home was the perfect base camp for our visit. The location is beautiful with the lagoon views, and access to nearby stores and the causeway were super convenient.
Our kids' favorite things about the house were the bunk beds and the games in the basement. The adults loved the backyard - especially enjoying the firepit during some mild November nights. Our golden retriever enjoyed watching the ducks cruise past the dock.
Joe was helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall - our stay was great and we hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful property. All you could ask for in a rental
The property and house are beautiful. The owner made sure we knew where everything was. Very communicative through out the rental. The view was beautiful we even on the morning we left had some geese and mallards come visit at the dock. We will be highly recommending this place to family and friends.

Better than the beach
Best experience ever renting a property. Everything was there, bikes, kayaks, gameroom , amazing grill, gorgeous deck and lighting. Water steps away. We felt like an invited guest. There was not any negative that I can find. We want to come back next year!

Fine location on the water
We enjoyed our long weekend in this very comfortable house on the water. The house was roomy and well equipped. The hosts were quick to communicate. It was fun grabbing a kayak and getting right into the water from the dock. The location was convenient for trips to Long Beach Island, Batsto Lake and River for paddling, and the Forsythe Wildlife Refuge for hiking and birdwatching.

We loved Joe and Nancy's home. Joe was extremely helpful and a available with information. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and floats. It was a serene few days, I wish we could have stayed longer! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely go back!
