The unit was really well appointed. Kitchen had EVERYTHING you needed and more. Lovely linen. Loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunset every night. Communication w the owners was fab - responsive and very helpful. Air con units were rather loud which meant they needed to be turned off at night, which meant the bedroom got warm.

This spacious 2 bedroom unit with two lanais is on the corner...it is bright, extremely clean and newly Reno’d!!the property manager was efficient with communicating and easy to deal with. The Kamole sands grounds are absolutely stunning and perfectly manicured ...you can sit on the lanai and absorb the beautiful scenery for hours! Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms along with main living area. Unit is equipped with beach items, keyboards and a mouse if bringing your laptop, most items needed in the kitchen and travel books for the island. We highly recommend this unit!!

This is a beautiful 2-bedroom condo overlooking the lovely Kamaole Sands grounds. Its an end unit so has extra light from end windows. Its a very modern open concept which offered plenty of room for my son's family of 4 and was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. They loved their stay and would happily return anytime!

Ksands is in a great location and is good for families. The unit was in good shape but could have used a new mattress and pillows. Downside the landscapers shed was right outside our bedroom window. They start their day at 7:15 and gather and talk no way to sleep in except on Sunday's. Also picture shows dinning room table there is not one just a counter with bar stools.

Corner unit with 2 lanai's was extremely and very clean and inviting! Excellent view of the ocean which gave us spectacular sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach access was phenomenal!!

This suite was extremely clean and looked very inviting when we arrived. There were A/C units in both bedrooms and living room which was unexpected but perfect as they kept the suite quite comfortably cool. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies which had excellent views and we were a 30 second walk to the pool. The beach across the way has turtles, a gorgeous park and is great for snorkelling. We had an issue with the wifi (our fault) and it was promptly fixed by management. This is a great unit for a larger family. This spot is close to Wailea, Kahului, Lahaina. Great spot to spend your holiday.

This condo is in an ideal location with a beautiful view, and it worked very well for a family of four (our kids are 21 & 23). The Staff at Kamaole Sands is lovely, and the concierge at the pool is extremely helpful, especially if you have not been to Kihei before.

Love Kamaole Sands
We stayed in Kamaole Sands for a beach wedding and loved our stay. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The 1 level condo worked well for our 1 & 4 year old so we didn't have to worry about them climbing stairs. We enjoyed our 9 day stay.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on third floor with killer view of the ocean and grounds. Unit is tastefully decorated with quality art and furniture. Bedrooms had separate air-conditioning which made sleeping a dream. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family and would rent it again.

Great Location, helpful property manager!
Traveled to Maui with our 4-year old and almost 2-year old. The property is beautiful and grounds are very well maintained. The common areas are great and pool area is fantastic for little ones. Check in was a breeze. Condo had all that we needed with the exception of a bathtub, which appears to have been recently redone into a large walk-in shower because the pictures had a bathroom with a tub…this is our only complaint. Both of the Lanais have ocean views and great to enjoy a meal with kids. The property manager was super accommodating, even dropping off a tire pump for us when we needed it for the stroller. We ended up staying an extra day and the management company was very responsive and confirmed very quickly. We loved the location of the complex and the beach across the street is excellent to walk to with kids. Overall this is a great unit and complex and we would stay here again!

Great location for families
This condo was a perfect place for my little family. The condo was comfortable and fully stocked - kitchen, laundry facilities, comfy beds,, and plenty of beach items to use. The condo is also within a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Great experience, best view from our deck of swimming pool, grounds, and ocean. Had coffee every morning on deck,best way to start the day. Most everything was great but second bedroom did not have air conditioning and the fan didn’t keep it cool enough for our grandson to sleep so he went to his parents room and took the couch, felt bad for him. The front room glass door was really hard to open, had it fixed but after only a day it was back to pulling hard—needs some help! Our units kitchen was a galley and our daughters kitchens were open with an island so I got out of cooking!! All in all we had a great time and would come back again! Thank you

A return trip to this fantastic unit. It is in the best building out of the 10 at Kam Sands.Vies from both lanai are unbeatable. QUIET serene back building. No road noise.Awaken by the sounds of the birds singing out the screened doors and there, but never used it because of the great flow of air aided by the quiet fans.Well stocked kitchen along with super clean dishes and utilities.Has everything a cook could want in the kitchen.Nice tv and stereo for easy listening tunes. Also, all the beach equipment and beach chairs you need. Beach Towels supplied, too. Brand New washer and Dryer to go with the refurbished unit with hardwood floors. Have stayed in this unit probably 6 times in the last 22 years.Our family favorite. Condo unit Manager Matt was on the spot and handled us with 5 star service.Returned calls and stopped over to make sure all was well.The unit owner has total trust in Matt and lets him provide the Aloha Spirit to the guests...Super spot..A+++

Great location!
This condo is in a perfect location in the Kamaole Sands complex. The complex is beautifully landscaped and has lots of activities for family, including a very nice pool and two large hot tubs. The condo has magnificent views of the ocean and greens of the complex and is set back from the road and other condos, so it is pretty quiet. We did hear some noise at night from other families and the pool, but as long as the windows were closed it was quiet.
The condo has a large lanai with a very big dinning table The living room was also very large with a HUGE TV. The kitchen is small, but very functional and had all of the things you would need for cooking any meal. I was even able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner there! Both of the bedrooms are large and very comfortable. For the master, the small bathroom is across the hall and has a tiny shower, but it worked. The 2nd bedroom has an attached bathroom with a bathtub, which is nice for kids. The only real drawback to the condo is the air conditioning - there was one air conditioning unit in the living room and one in the master bedroom, but both were very loud so we could not run them at night. There was no air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom, so it was a little stuffy even with the windows open. But, my daughter slept fine each night.
The condo is well appointed with a closet fully of beach toys, including lots of stuff for kid (sand toys, floats, a bogie board). Having the beach a 5 min walk was so convenient and the beach is large and not too crowded.
Overall, we loved the condo and it made our vacation so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!
