great location close to the beach with walking distance to grocery shopping or visiting restaurants in the shopping center. Close proximity to the highway connection to explore the island. The approach and care during the accommodation were exemplary. As well as dealing with other things we asked about was quick and helpful.

Apparently an accident caused water to leak into the lower level, which had mold on the wall when we arrived. We wrote to the accommodation and were immediately offered alternative accommodation, which I rate very professional as was the whole approach and care during the stay. As well as dealing with other things we asked about was prompt and helpful.

loved it ! so clean. had everything we needed. it was ideal for teenagers with the split level accommodation. The shopping centre ‘Dieland’ had everything you need from food shopping, cafes, to fab clothes shops and gifts shopping the small sandy beach La Concha was so quiet and water was lovely and clear !! and if you take a walk along you will find a few lovely bars and restaurants

not much around for teens unless you have a hire car otherwise take taxis to Puerto del carmen (€30 return)

Loved the apartment. Really nice and spacious beds comfortable.

Cooker didn't work for two days. It was new cooker. We stayed sat till Monday cooker was fixed Sunday evening.

I literally can't think of a bad thing to say. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming to stay again.

The location is close to the airport, about 5 minutes by car. This proximity did not create aircraft noise problems, they could not be heard even if we saw them take off and land all the time. Very strategic because you arrive in a short time to the north or south of the island, practically in every part in less than 45 minutes by car. In close proximity there are supermarkets, restaurants and all services. No problem finding parking close to the apartment, there are always available and free.

We found the apartment a bit lame (hair here and there) but after our report they promptly intervened giving a greater cleaning hand. The second bedroom is located on the basement floor, there is a semi-external staircase, not particularly suitable if you have small children because they cannot be heard if they call at night. But it is ideal for families with teenager boys/girls. The terrace is south facing so in the morning there is no sun and it is quite cool. There is only a table with 6 chairs outside on the terrace, there is no possibility to have lunch / dinner inside except on the sofa or on a bar type table with two high chairs inside. Or by moving the table inside, which we didn't do. Generally not bad anyway.

Apartment wasn't cleaned for the two weeks except for a change of bedding and towels after one week It was a little bit older looking than the pictures

Very peaceful and quiet. A great week after a stressful time at home with Covid situation etc The apartment is very comfortable and lots of storage space. Short walk to supermarket and to the prom where there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Our first stay here but won't be the last!

Nothing major.....some cushions on the outside chairs would be a good addition as they become a little uncomfortable!
