ocean view from the balcony

This is my wish list but a welcome drink might have been nice since it also has a restaurant The room was a bit dusty.. I didn't appreciate staff (owner?) sitting at the next table directly facing me during breakfast while there was no one else and there were many other empty tables. He probably noticed my discomfort and started to play something loud on his phone. I couldn't fully enjoy my breakfast... I was immediately given a bill from the previous night's stay upon finishing breakfast. Sorry but staff need to be trained to better serve customers...

Wi-Fi not the best

The rooms are huge and very modern and clean. You have a view over the ocean. The owner it's very friendly and the food it's very delicious. You need to try the restaurant also if you stay here, it's a must Like 10 steps from the hotel its a beach, with small restaurants but very cozy.

Because the motel it's facing a busy road, in the morning the continuous honking will wake you up.

Great rooms and food. Very good owner that can help you with everything like taxi, transfer or tuk-tuk. Beach is near nice and quiet. Can recommend this place for everyone

Very nice room. It's modern, new, spacious and light. The AC works very good. The facility is in good condition, it distinguishes from other places we stayed in Sri Lanka at similiar price. The host was very friendly and helpful. He took care of us. The breakfast was ok. There is a sea view. The beach is very close, you just have to cross the road. Very good value for money.

Keep in mind that the hotel is situated by the main road. So it is very noisy there. You would rather not seat on the balcony and chill in the evenings. You need to keep windows closed. However it's not a big deal because the AC works well.

The Host is great und really helpful. Breakfast was good and enough to. My room, deluxe single with sea view was really clean an feels new with AC, 2 balconies und a really nice furniture. it is located near a beach, but you can easily reach one of the other beaches.

Big rooms, fan, air-conditioning, WiFi, view to sea, clean motel, super, helpfully host!!

Super clean. Nice people. Beach across the street. It's quite nice place you can stay for wonderful price. The only downside is the noisy street, so you don't enjoy nice balcony so much. In short walk distance are two beaches for swimming and some snorkeling. We didn't tried the cuisine since there is great restaurant on the beach across the street.

The place is amazing: delicious food, clean and beautiful rooms, very friendly atmosphere!

On the behalf of my parents who spend 15 days there : We spend a very good time in Seafood Restaurant and Motel The room we had was very clean and spacious, with silent air conditionning, wifi, little fridge and very nice bathroom. We had a ocean view ! We liked Sri Lanka breakfast with fresh juices. People working there are very kind, special mention to the girl who is packing towels as an artist :) = each day a different kinda new thing The owner was very careful about our inquiries The beach in front of the hotel is well protect from waves and got some turtles who could see We had some tasty local lunch/diner at Cactus Lounge Bar Tangale city centre is near by 1klm (renting a scooter or taking a touktouk to get in)

The bed was so comfortable and the room is extremely clean. Bathroom is big enough and also very clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good, and for the price you pay you get more than you expect and more than you pay. One of the cheapest accommodations in Sri Lanka and of the cleanest. Stuff was also very nice.

Everything was perfect. For 10 euros night with breakfast, you get a lot more than you expect.

Comfortable, clean and quiet despite being off the main road. They were also nice to allow us to leave our bags there for the day whilst exploring other Tangalle beaches.

It was right on the main road and a little far from Tangalle Main beach so we took tuk tuks back and forward.
