Es bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf Santa Rosa Sound, ein Schwimmbad und Whirlpool in einer privaten Wohnanlage, deeded / privaten Zugang zum Strand nach Santa Rosa Sound Beach, und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand am Golf von Mexiko. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig für jeden Wasser gelegen Sie wollen !!! Es ist eine Minute zu Fuß zum Schwimmbad und Whirlpool, die im Inneren der Wohnanlage ist. Sie brauchen nur eine kurze 2 Minuten zum Santa Rosa Sound Beach zu gehen, die Sie aus dem Achterdeck des Hauses sehen kann. Und Sie können an der Gulf Beach sein in einer kurzen 7-minütigen Spaziergang (die man auch aus dem Achterdeck sehen können) !!! (Übrigens - Eltern und Kleinkinder, wie die Santa Rosa Sound Beach, weil es eher im Verborgenen mit sanften Wellen. Navarre Beach is exactly what they say, a wonderful secret of non commercialized beautiful beaches. The weather can be iffy at this time of year, but that didn’t make it any less than perfect. The vacation home was perfect for 2 families (2 masters and a bedroom for the boys and a bedroom for the girls and to top it off they all had bathrooms)! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the week, between drinking coffee on the balcony, mastering the puzzles, relaxing on the beach or at the pool, it was amazing.
One should note that there is not a lot of restaurants and shops on the island but a quick drive to Destin or Pensacola fed that fix. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Great house at a nice location. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. We really liked the garage and all the beach stuff available to use like the paddle board and kayak. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but the owners got a repair guy to come out on a Saturday evening and get it fixed.

Property was lovely and well appointed. We had only one difficulty and did not have the code to get into the restrooms at the pool. This did cause some inconveniences with the young children. Other than that, if you are looking for a quiet week, this is the perfect spot. You will have to drive a bit to find some higher quality restaurants and activities. We chose not to and enjoyed the quiet time on Navarre Beach. Having both the Gulf and the Sound at your easy disposal along with a pool provided many water options for the kids and young adults. Red flags every day meant perfect weather for the Sound for kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. We brought our own, however the owner had many options available as well. The beach chairs were very rusty and stained clothing. My recommendation would be to replace the chairs/umbrellas as they are old/not working properly/rusted. This was by no means a deal breaker for us and may not be for others. Again, the property was spotless/welcoming/well appointed. Owner was attentive and extremely gracious.

We love visiting Navarre Beach. This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. great amenities. Very Clean. Beautiful views. We used bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, Buggy boards, shovels and buckets all in the garage. Plenty of space, Comfortable beds. Kitchen was awesome. Pool and hot tube in a gated community on the sound side but walking or biking distance from a public beach entrance. Can we just move in? We loved it and would totally stay here again. The house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers, and we all felt like there was plenty of space where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was beautifully maintained and very clean. We loved there were even things such as kid plates, kid utensils, pack n plays and even things such as a baby swing if you had any babies with you.
The options of 2 beaches was perfect for our twin 3 year olds. Being this was their first time to the beach, the gulf side was a bit loud but they loved the calm waters of the sound. The gulf side was a little more of a walk, especially with little ones, so we drove and parked at the public access. We never had any trouble finding parking. It’s a great location where beaches aren’t very crowded. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. We definitely will keep this property in mind for any future vacations 😁

We had two families with teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom so everyone can get ready quickly. The air conditioner works better than almost anywhere we have ever stayed. Even the upper level stays cool and refreshing. The rental process was smooth and simple. Maggie answered all my communication quickly. The house is just as described in the listing. The view of the sound and surrounding homes is beautiful. We highly recommend renting a golf cart as you have your pick of public beach accesses.

We found the home to be very clean and spacious upon arrival. Everything was as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The walk to the swimming pool and sound side beach was short. The owner was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I was comfortable. The house was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. It was great having the bikes and kayak available at the house. Double red flags for the entire week so we spent most of our time on the bay side which was great. Not near the crowd and congestion of Destin. Property owners were very accessible and helpful. Location was great overall. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Relaxing
The house and community was beautiful. The view of the Sound was so relaxing to sit and have coffee and great the morning. However we were lead to believe the ocean and beach were just a "short" walk away. Not so. Even though the garage was filled with everything needed for a great day at the beach, even 2 wagons to haul everything, it was "several blocks" to the beach. Meaning that a bathroom break called for transportation back to the house, not a simple unsupervised walk for children. I wish this mad been made more clear. However we made it work and the beach was beautiful and not crowded for the time of the year.

Great house with all the amenities
This is such a nice house! Our group had a toddler, 4 year old and 6 adults and we had plenty of room! As others have said - the kitchen is well-stocked. We found pots & pans, bakeware, pizza pans / cookie sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups & spoons, grilling tools, pitchers, glassware, plates and silverware. We Bbq'd and cooked several meals in this big kitchen and were lacking nothing! The beds/pillows were comfortable and everything was clean and well cared for. In the garage we found wagons, beach chairs, sand toys, kickboards and bikes! The Sound is just a few minutes walk from the house and was perfect for the young kids that were with us to get acclimated to the sand /ocean. The Gulf shore is about a 5 or 6 minute walk from the house that we easily did with the kids riding in a wagon. We had a great stay in this house! The owners were also very responsive to our questions. Navarre Beach is a nice, quiet area with walking /biking trails, a pier and lots of white sand beaches. You won't be disappointed staying at this house!

This house was very nice and clean. Great location. We went with a family of nine and had plenty of room. There were extra blankets and pillows and everything we needed in the kitchen. The only things I would say is remember to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Communication with owners was perfect. We rented a golf cart for the week which worked out great!

This beach house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, which was important as we cooked several family dinners. We had a fantastic stay here. The house was incredible for our two families with 6 kids between us. The house is spacious, well decorated, clean, and so comfortable. We all really enjoyed it. The owner is also super responsive when we had questions while we were there! I do recommend golf cart rental for trips to the ocean side and then you can walk to the sound side very easily. Highly recommend!

Love this house and love the location, pool for my kids was huge bonus. The house has all you need and more. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed. Felt like home away from home. Sitting on the back porch with coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise was so peaceful and pretty. Maggie is wonderful. She texted us before we arrived to let us know the cleaning team wasn’t finished at the house… offered to buy us dinner one evening. Completely not necessary, but very much appreciated. When we did get to the house, it was spotless! I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to others.

The owner was very kind to promptly answer any questions we had while we were there. The Navarre Beach location was perfect. There are not as many people there as Destin, so there is plenty of room on the beach and not any traffic. However, it is close enough to resteraunts and other attractions (Fort Pickens, Gulfariam, the zoo, shopping in Destin) that you can participate in those activities if you choose. We would stay in this house again without hesitation.

Beautiful house but some shortcomings
We have rented multiple beach properties along gulf shores and the FL panhandle, so my experience will be comparing them. The house itself is beautiful. We have been able to stay beachfront for less money than we paid for the week here. The walk to the beach is about two blocks off, and the Santa Rosa sound is pretty much at the end of the street, so closer. I liked having the two options, but BEWARE of burrs in the sound. I had to pull a cluster of 8-10 out of my daughter’s foot. Also, for the house, they provided no extra trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels, so be sure to bring/buy those!! The pillows were also crap, so bring your own if you’re able. The kitchen had all the dishes/pots/pans that we could need which was nice. And also the garage was full of toys and a beach wagon we utilized to haul all our stuff to and from the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the town itself was adorable. We probably would not rent the house again just for the money and the access to the beach feeling far for what we’re used to and the beds and pillows being uncomfortable.

Our stay at Navarre Beach was relaxing and wonderful. The home was well appointed with all the cookware and utensils needed to fix meals in. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Summer stay
Thank you for sharing your great house. It was beautiful and everyone was very comfortable. We had 6 adults, one teenager and one seven year old and we had plenty of space! We stayed to the house mostly due to the pandemic and we were so glad we picked this house. There is a great view of the sound and a short walk to either side for the beach. The kids and adults loved the bikes that were left there and we went on many bike rides! Thanks again!

The house is beautiful and although not on the beach the location was great. House is closer to sound side but only a 5 minute walk from beach and in very private section of the beach.
One downside is the pool. Don’t let the pics fool you, it is not a large community pool that we expected from the photos. It is a regular size pool for a private residence so not great when busy and overall pretty rundown chairs and surroundings.
If you go for the pool you will be disappointed.
House is well stocked with everything inside and also has beach toys, chairs, bikes and pretty much anything you need for the beach.

Beautiful home near beach and sound... perfect location!
Our family loved our visit to Navarre Beach and this was the perfect house for us... everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the sound (which was so nice for swimming / paddle boarding / fishing). Kids loved the community pool and hot tub. Also, we cooked a lot and it was nice to have such a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable!
