Unser Haus liegt zentral in der Nähe der Autobahnen und der Innenstadt von Overland Park. Es ist ein komplettes Privathaus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Wir haben mit einem Dekorateur zusammengearbeitet, um es aktuell und schön zu machen. Die Küche verfügt über neue GE-Geräte und einen Wäschebereich neben dem Essbereich. Die Küche führt zum Hinterhof mit einer riesigen Terrasse und einem eingezäunten Hinterhof. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über Gewölbedecken mit einem Glaskamin und einem großen Smart-TV. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Pillow-Top-Matratze und Memory-Gel für Komfort. Hat auch eine Hauptdusche und eine Badewanne im Hauptschlafzimmer. Hat einen 43 "Smart Tv. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Pillow-Top-Matratze, ein Queensize-Bett und einen eigenen 43-Zoll-Fernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist unser Schlafraum mit einem Etagenbett aus Vollmetall.
Das Farley-Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage sowie einen zusätzlichen Spielbereich für Kinder mit einem älteren Billardtisch im Erdgeschoss. Sie können ihre Pool-Spielzüge üben, wenn sie aufgefrischt werden müssen. Wir haben nicht entschieden, ob dies für die Jüngeren im Moment nicht perfekter ist oder ob es für die älteren Erwachsenen / Kinder, die es besser behandeln würden, nicht besser ist.
Wir sind einen halben Block vom Strang Park entfernt, der sowohl historisch als auch großartig ist. Es verfügt über zwei Tennisplätze, zwei Basketball-Halbplätze, einen kleinen Spielplatz und einen Unterstand. Dazu ein Radwanderweg von 0, 52 Meilen.

This property was nice. The backyard patio is the best part. There is a park close, but you have to cross a busy street. The living area is up on top and you have to climb a fair amount of stairs to get there. If you have trouble with stairs, I would suggest you find another place. Otherwise, it was clean and nice.

Overall we loved this home and the beautiful neighborhood. The only small downside is that the one bedroom didn’t have a tv, or fan and the bed was on the smaller side. But overall it was a great home and would tell friends or family to stay there if they came to the area!

we were very happy with our stay at this property. we were in town for a competition held at the convention center. it was a convenient 10 minute drive from the house to the convention center.
The property was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware to easily make meals.
The park just up the block is very nice for walks and looked to have a fabulous playground for kids.
Host was responsive and friendly.
Overall, great property and would definitely recommend.

Communications with host was excellent. We added a day to the front end of our visit due to hazardous weather travel and we were quickly accommodated for an easy midnight arrival. Home also has a basement which is always nice to have, but can be essential in addition to creating peace of mind during tornado alerts/watches.
The home had very helpful info in an easily located binder. TV, trash/recycling, check-out, communications. Also utilized the main level laundry and the spacious garage with (2) door openers.
The back yard has a nice deck for listening to birds singing and watching the squirrels playing while enjoying morning coffee. The yard is also fenced.
The 1 1/2 block walk up the hill to the incredible park/playground really enhances this home’s location. It is an all-inclusive park and you can see and feel the difference. We met our daughter’s family there a few times during our stay. Something for all ages and ranges of abilities. Many families present, yet still plenty of space and very friendly. Please note, although the park does allow dogs, the separately gated play area does not permit dogs in that space.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would re-book here again.

Host was very responsive and great. Only issue (which was NOT the hosts fault) was that the previous renter smoked in the house even though it was listed as smole free. Smell finally disopated after a few day.

Had our family of 4 stay 12 nights, waiting for our house to be ready, as we are just moving into the area. This house provided great rooms for everyone and the house was very well updated. The pictures online actually do not show it as nice as it actually is. The host was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen had all the stuff you need for a longer stay and great appliances. I would highly recommend this property.

Great gathering place
We enjoyed our stay at this house in Overland Park. The backyard and the deck were especially inviting with plenty of space and seating available for our visits with family. The backyard is very large and open but shady. The house is conveniently located near freeway access. The house had been updated and decorated well, with nice kitchen counters and appliances. The bed mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The owners were considerate and obviously anticipated the requirements and conveniences their guests may have.

Overall very good. Wonderful communication with Debbie. Perfect for your pet. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great neighbors. All the appliances and cookware were wonderful. We are going back next summer for most of the summer again.

Wedding Headquarters
We needed a place to stay while preparing for my daughters wedding. My son and his wife and two children, 1 and 3, drove up from Alabama and stayed with us along with their dog.
The location and size and fenced in backyard were just what we needed during the week prior to the wedding and a couple days after to unwind.

Girls Trip 2020
Six high school friends had a mini 30 year reunion in Kansas with another classmate who lived in the area. The house was absolutely perfect for all of us to be quite comfortable, spend quality time together and have fun. So much better than a hotel. The appliances were top notch, clean and much more economical than eating out for every meal. I will plan to stay here again!

Fantastic rental!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood with location central to many amenities especially parks. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and all of our pets. Large backyard with birds, squirrels and even a deer one night to watch on the deck. Plenty of supplies, dishes, etc. to utilize during the stay. Debbie was so easy to communicate with and provided helpful info for our stay and time in Overland Park.

Great option for extended stay while visiting family. Comfortable, roomy, well equipped home very convenient to restaurants, shopping. Major highways. The virus cut our time short and prevented us from taking full advantage of many things, but we were very comfortable there. Our dogs loved the hugh fenced backyard and nearby park. Our only problem was largely self inflicted as we were not savvy on Hulu and internet based tv, but Debbie was very patient with us. We would definitely recommend

Park Down the street
Loved the house. We were visiting grandkids for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for all the kids and grandkids to come visit! They even had a puzzle that my three-year-old played over and over again. There was a park right down the street the grandkids played at.

A Few Issues
We love the location of this rental and the owner is very easy to communicate with. She makes sure you have all of the essentials for your stay.
We did have some issues this trip. The house could have been a little bit cleaner. And, although some people may really love Hulu...we hated it.
I had to contact the owner about several issues, but she responded quickly and gave me the answers I needed.
All in all, it was a really nice stay. We will stay at this property again.
