We booked the home for a last-minute weekend getaway for my birthday. We loved the proximity to the Tiki bar and its oceanfront location. The house was as described, clean, and fully stocked. The host is extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations.
Please note - this is one of six units in this building, two units per floor, and your balcony has a partial wall separating the two units on each floor.

Once you get past the stair climb, the condo and its breathtaking view make up for it all! We loved that we could sit on the deck and watch fireworks! Very attentive host. Definitely would book again!

This property was immaculate and had stunning views from the deck. Great location near restaurants. Host was very helpful and responsive. Only one small negative- no elevator and carrying luggage/supplies up 4 flights of stairs might not be a good fit for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. It was worth the climb for us!

we had an unfortunate situation with the AC when we checked in. Julia and her son did everything in their power to correct the issue including purchasing portable AC units to cool the condo. We were very much appreciative of all they did. The condo is very nice and location to the beach is fabulous. We still had a great stay even though the ac issue. Gold star to her!

Julie is a great host. It rained one day and she texted me indoor places to visit. The condo was clean, smart TVs in every room, plenty of dishware, and ceiling fans in every room. We will be back!

It was a great vacation in a beautiful ocean front condo. We totally enjoyed ourselves sitting on the deck facing the ocean. We watched dolphins play in the ocean along with beautiful views of the water. Such a great trip and the condo was so nicely decorated . We would recommend it to everyone! The host was so attentive to any needs we had.

My husband and I enjoyed a week at Carolina Beach at this beautiful property. It was clean, welcoming, and had the best view of the beach, water, sunrises, sunsets, and even dolphins swimming by!! The weather was sunny with temps in mid 70s/low 80s. We enjoyed the beach every day; having beach chairs on the property was so convenient! The owner was friendly, welcoming, and even left wine and chocolate for us to enjoy. We loved walking at the State Park, shopping at Shenanigans, and having dinner and drinks at the Ocean Grill Tiki Bar right next door. We had a great time visiting Fort Fisher, walking the boardwalk, having drinks at Good Hops Brewery, the SeaWitch Tiki Bar, and Hurricane Alley’s, and eating at The Spot, Stoked, and nearby Wilmington Beach Brewery. Overall, it was a great trip - we would definitely recommend staying at this property on Carolina Beach; the perfect spot for vacation!!

Great view from the top floor. Cleanest condo we've stayed in. Our family had an extremely good time staying here which was in close proximity to all of our favorite restaurants, shops, and activities!!

What a wonderful week staying here! We had great contact with the host, who is very organized and communicates all throughout the property information that is super helpful to guests. You could not ask for a better view— a photographer’s dream and so much to take in! You definitely COULD leave and go to other places while at Carolina Beach, but really, you don’t have to! It’s all right there! A highly-recommended stay.

The condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. Great view of the ocean. We had plenty of bath towels and kitchen had everything we needed. Julia is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This property is exactly what you see in the pictures. We got early check in, which was nice surprise. Didn't mind the 3 flights of stairs because sunrise views were breathtaking and it was quiet. Great beach access and loved proximity to the Tiki bar. Great experience

Sister trip for first time visitors to Carolina Beach. We had a great time at Julia's condo. The location was awesome, we really enjoyed the beachfront. It helped that we had very good weather! The condo was clean, and so cute! We explored the area, going to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach and Southport. Local shops and restaurants were very good.
Only downside was the stairs to reach the top for the condo, but well worth the steps to get there.

3 of us in the party - parents and adult daughter. We have stayed here before. Enjoy the location - between larger condo developments so a less crowded beach area. Appreciate having beach umbrella and chairs provided. Very comfortable and we have always had a good time. Definitely pay attention to the info about stairs. This is a 3rd floor walkup, no elevator. We don't mind but may be a consideration for some. Julia is an excellent host. We will definitely return.

We like to cook as a family so the Kitchen could be a little better stocked with things like mixing bowl for pancakes or popcorn and other serving dishes.

This was a fabulous week away at the beach! Julia was super kind and helpful by all the recommendations of places to go and eat through the week. The condo was super clean and had beautiful views of the beach and ocean. If we come back to the area, we will be sure to stay again!

Julia is the ultimate hostess at this property. There were no problems which affected our enjoyment, but when we reported a few issues, she was on top of it with a solution almost as fast as we could notify her. We had a great time and would book the property again.

My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is great and being on the top floor made for an excellent view of the ocean. Just be ready to climb the stairs. We all had a great time swimming, surfing, fishing, etc. The condo was cozy and perfect for us!

Our stay at the condo was great. Julia was a fantastic host and provided great communication when needed. She worked hard to satisfy any request and even sent home something I left by accident.
The views of the beach are fantastic and the storage locker with beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice luxury given we flew. Some restaurants and bars a walkable or it’s a short drive to more places in Carolina beach. The beach tiki bar next door was great.
The condo itself is fantastic just be aware it’s on the third floor and accessed by stairs (not an issue for active people). The deck is a great place to hang out and have a drink but our two year old could probably fit between the railings so we had to watch closely.
Overall we recommend the place and Julia is a great host.

We were happy to return again to Julia’s place, and this third visit was still a charm! The living area was even prettier, with a new nautical theme, beachy decor, and comfy furnishings. Most of all, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view of the ocean, which made the trip a real vacation. Julia has thought of everything, from a fully-equipped kitchen to top-notch beach chairs and umbrellas, and a nice selection of cards and games. We love the convenient location (great for walking), good parking, and the classic Tiki bar for sunset drinks and snacks. Another memorable stay . . . Thanks, Julia!

I cannot begin to describe how serene her condo is! Not only do you feel the love the moment you step in, but you feel her true grace in every inch of her home!
