location is good, swimming pool is good

not very good, many ants in the living room living room chair all is dust, food is normal but very expensive

Very glad that we discovered this rare gem in the neighbourhoods of Hua Hin! Privacy is excellent given that we had the whole place to ourselves, the rooms (i.e. mini villas) are standalone and each has its own bathroom which is perfect for those looking for privacy within their travel group! The rates are determined by the number of guests indicated in the booking, the host will open sufficient rooms (2 pax per room) and the rest will be locked so that you won't have to share the common facilities with strangers! The rooms are adequately sized and the common spaces are pretty huge! There are multiple seating areas for hanging out and the swimming pool is definitely big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably! The porch area also has space to park ~4 vehicles! And of course, service was great! There are 1-2 on-site housekeepers during the day but they might not speak fluent English, thankfully the host was responsive and willing to help with anything she could! :)

The location is quite secluded but definitely not an issue if you have a car! There were insects and ants on some of the bed linen as well, understandable given the location but would be great if there's housekeeping service to solve such issues! Hot water supply was intermittent so hopefully that could be fixed as well! Lastly, the BBQ food may not be the most fantastic but it was okay for the price and convenience! :)

Spacious rooms, beautiful interior, great service, delicious food, comfortable seating around the pool and enough shade! Overall, great value for our money!

The area had a lot of stray dogs, so we felt a bit uncomfortable at night when going out for diner. There are not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, so renting a car or scooter whilst staying here for longer than two or three days is recommended!
