The room was great - spacious enough and lovely jacuzzi on the balcony which our son loved. The beach is on the hotels doorstep, and our son also spent the whole time in the ocean. The hotel is right on the edge of the part of the beach you can walk along (the rest of the beach has the tide right up to sea walls), and so we could walk each day to explore and get to the Monkey Island temple etc. This end of Hua Hin is very quiet, but it suited us perfectly.

Top floor balcony in the room was a bit of wasted space. Despite requesting the sofa be made up for our kid, this was not done, but rectified quickly.

Прекрасный дизайнерский отель с отличным персоналом. Жили в вилле номер 1 - шикарная вилла с отличным дизайном. В первую ночь во время сильного ливня залило проводку и утром ребята переселили нас в виллу выше категории, за что им отдельное спасибо. В отеле отличные завтраки, хорошая парковка, отличный персонал. Отдельно хочу выделить зону коворкинга - есть отдельное помещение, где уважаемые трудоголики могут работать днем и ночь. Розеток там правда нет, берите хорошие ноутбуки. Прикрепляю фото коворкинга:)

I was so happy with my stay at Yana Villas. From the service at front desk, to the beautiful room. I usually don't spend much of my time (while on holiday) in the hotel itself but the deluxe room, with the jacuzzi, and the facilities were so lovely that I simply enjoyed just being there. Practically a direct walk from the hotel restaurant to the beach. The breakfast was varied, with an egg / Omelette station. Will definitely come back, and next time I'll book the room with the private pool.

Our room was on the second floor with jacuzzi on the balcony and roof terrace. The hotel is away from the crowded center but transportation is easy by local transport at 150 THB a person one way. The room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent offering a good choice that should satisfy any taste. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The beach depends on the status of the sea but the sea by the hotel is pretty shallow and allows pleasure bathing. At low tide you can take a pretty long walk on the beach. A good hotel to rest from the stress of work...

Der Empfang war sehr nett und höflich. Die Organisation war gut. Die Bar und der Poolbereich hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Die Aussicht auf den Strand in Kombination mit Livemusik und Abendessen war für mich sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück im Terassen/Barbereich ist sehr gut! Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Der Wohnberich war hochwertig, doch an manchen stellen etwas notdürftig verarbeitet. Von überall konnte man die Lichter steuern doch war es etwas schwierig alles auszuschalten ;).

The duplex suite was gorgeous. Spotlessly clean. The staff are exceptional and so friendly.

The pool area is lovely but quite small so when it is busy it can feel quite crowded. We felt this hotel would rate that bit better if it was adults only as it got very noisy with larger families taking up pool area and this took away from the serene setting of this hotel.

Boutique hotel - gorgeous setting. Beach front. Discrete staff. Great breakfast. And amazing seafood restaurant just across the road.

I liked the big room with a jacuzzi that was brand new. I also enjoyed the huge bed which was very comfy, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast by the beach was amazing!

The pool is too small, and the wifi isnt very fast. For this price segment there should be a bit more value on these categories. I would not pay 11 000 baht per night tho.

Breakfast provided everything that I would have wanted, pool was refreshing and lots of fun. The location was right on the beach at the quiet end of town. I would like to try the private pool villas next time. The access to the bahtbus was also a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The price for drinks at the pool was a bit expensive, especially since it was happy hour (160b for 1 beer even though I got another free!!! Same as buying two beers really). Usually I like to explore surrounding restaurants but this helped to make the decision to eat out easier.

The seaview was amazing! The infinity pool, the lounge chairs were all strategically placed, over looking the amazing seaview. Buffet breakfast was yummy too. Room aircon was powerful.

The water pressure in the shower was low. Water got choked up and flooded the bathroom floor. The property seems to be doing maintenance work in the villas and around the pool area, so it wasn't as quiet and pleasant as it could have been (drilling and hammering noises in the morning and afternoon)

The room A/C size of room .i had the two bedroom apartment very nice

The private pool not climate control and with sharp edges. Its dangerous for children. Swap doors is hard that a doors come out from my hand. The other room access is outside pool area it was very uncomfortable to check on children at night

All meals at the only restaurant (lunch and good spread of breakfast with local eateries)

Poor gym facilities, not even towel available. Toilet near gym look less maintained.

Very comfortable beds - great mattress, pillows and sheets. Pool with poolside bar was large and cool - we spent time in it everyday. The single restaurant onsite was great for breakfast and a quick lunch. The location was ok, not too much close by but only 5 mins in a taxi to anywhere you want to go - 20 min walk to the night markets with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. Right on the beach too, which our kids loved. And lastly it was the little things - the free mini bar (no alcohol), the generous happy hour, the friendly staff who prepared us breakfast bags as we checked out very early. I will return.
