i like the accommodating receptionist & helpful guard.
the facility is old but its clean and neat so i dont mind.
the AC is at good working condition.
i got the room cheap but it was a nice experience.
there was a blackout during the time of my stay, good thing they have a genset,.
the water in the toilet tank needs few minutes to refill,
so I need to wait to be able to use the flush.

The hotel did not accommodate us and the guard told us they were already fully booked when in fact I just booked them 15-20mins ago that day via booking.com app. I was told to just cancel the reservation and contact booking.com for a refund which I did but now they are telling me that I was on no show status that date, when I told them I went to the property and was not accommodated due to them being fully booked, I received a different reason why they will not refund me. They said I should have checked in at 2pm that day but I went there at around 9 pm. How can I check in at 2pm when I booked their hotel at around 8:45pm that day?

No receptionist around 8PM onwards. We have been charged on our credit card but the guard (acting as a receptionist) also asked to pay the amount again plus deposit fee. We dont have a choice but to pay it again. This place is a total scam and unprofessional. The assigned receptionist (morning) is not pleasing at all and rude. I guess this is the amount that we pay for.
About the place? The only thing is comfortable is the bed. The CR had a stained pee so we need to scrub it with the provided toothbrush with alcohol, the tiles is not scrubbed and dirty, the hallway had a lot of folding beds at the sides, the TV is not working. All in all, its a total DISASTER. Will not book again and recommend this place. Disgusting

This is not to exaggerate. The bed is itchy and the room smells like feet. There is no hotel lobby, you will be met by the guard.

No kettle and fridge, no free coffee/tea either. The blinds/curtains aren't that helpful -it's too bright in the morning. Finally, I wasn't informed prior to stay that there will be a deposit. Good thing I got extra cash on hand.

Nice ang mga staff nila especially si sir na security. Sya yung unang sumalubong sa amin upon check in. Todo smile sya and we felt na really sincere ang service and hospitality nya. In addition, okay ang room plus madaming food places na mura and affordable sa labas ng hotel nila!!!

The room is wide and airconditioning unit is working well. The hot & cold shower works well but the pressure was weak. There's bidet as well. You can watch Netflix on tv. They also provide basic toiletries and 2 bottles of water.
The reception staff was quite unfriendly and unprofessional. There was a small cockroach on the bathroom indicating that cleaning was not done very well. Some staffs were smoking in front of the door. In general, it was an ok stay if you need a place neer Trinoma/SM North but don't expect too much. Also, it was not written on booking that there is a deposit of P1000 so be sure to have cash with you. They also don't accept card payment but they do have GCash. There's no personal fridge in the room in case anyone needs it.

the bed was too soft; the tiles on the bathroom are very old and appears to have mold and/old mildew; there were mosquitos; there was no cable, only TV Plus; no hair dryer; no electric kettle and cups for coffee

One of our requirements sa room is for the hot shower to be available and functional. Luckily, okay naman ang room na nabigay sa amin. It has hot shower and bonus na malawak ang bathroom nila. hindi ako nahirapan paliguan ang mga kids ko. very convenient for us

Naka stay na kami noon dito sa OYO northridge and our family keeps on coming back here every time that we are in Manila because of the spacious rooms. the rate was not expensive but the quality and size of the rooms were superb! Even their toilet is clean and sanitized. really good po ang service and recommended!

One of the front desk staff was rude. There were cockroackes all over my room. The AC was demolated.

Since the front desk is up until 6PM only, the security guard on duty will be the one who'll serve and guide you upon arrival.
I loved how kuya was responsive and all-smiles whenever we talked to him. The room is also clean and comfortable. The halls are also clean and the elevator is working well. The food outside is also good!

We actually came from Rizal and going to QC is such a hassle for us 🥲 Aside from the proximity, I think everything went well
