Very friendly owners and staff. Really clean. Jayjay and his colleague( hope i am writing it right) are doing a great job. Very nice and well maintained garden with birds in it ( makes me even more happy). Nice complete studio.. i hope to come back during this holiday and later this year!

Location is perfect as it is walking distance to St. Lukes QC which was the main purpose of our travel, Host and staff are very helpful. Washing Machine is available with dryer. It helped us a lot since we stayed for almost 2 weeks. The room is very big with sufficient moving space. The spacious closet and dividers everywhere to put your stuff and everything inside. Outside garden is amazing. It was very homy and quite. So many restaurants are available nearby. To all the staff, thank you so much for all your help.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at new manila suites, and I have to say, it was a truly delightful experience. Located in the heart of a bustling city, it was an oasis of calm and tranquility. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities one could need. But what really made my stay so special was the amazing staff and owner. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Carrie amd her husband was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The rest of the staff was equally amazing, esp. Jay and Louie who always going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were attentive, courteous, and incredibly professional, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend new manila suites to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a busy city. This place is honestly a dime in Manila, we arrived after a rather rough flight from Australia and took a scenic taxi ride to Manila Suites, once arriving though all our stresses went away. We were brought in an shown around the most loving and peaceful environment. The garden you can stare at all day and night, and the birds that bless you with their singing you can never get enough of. We were also very fortunate to meet the owner Rick and may I say it was the best thing ever, such a true gentleman and took us on a mini tour telling and showing us the history of the residence and how it has evolved from being a place where him and his family grew up to how it is now. If I could do it all over again I would've increased the amount of days I was in Manila and spent all of them at Manila Suites.

Loved everything about it. One of the best things about this accomodation is anyone who has been to Manila will tell you how loud it is, but for some magical reason as soon as you get through the gates at Manila Suites all the sound disappears which helps you enjoy the scenic garden and surroundings so much more.
