Across From Kamaole 2 Beach, This Concrete Resort Is Maintained Well
Wir leben in einer Ferienwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, auf der Oberseite neben unserem Eckschrank # 212 (2. Stock) des Gebäudes # 3, die in der zweiten Etage eines Gebäude aus Beton ist. Das Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Annehmlichkeiten. Unsere Lanai ist eine gute Größe mit Meer und Strand und es gibt einen schönen Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse, wo wir essen die meisten Mahlzeiten. Wir haben vor kurzem komplett renoviert unsere Wohnung (bis auf den Bolzen in jedem Zimmer), das heißt, es ist ganz neu. Es ist mit High-End-Geräte und Möbel usw. eingerichtet Unser Bad ist komplett mit einem sehr geräumigen Dusche, und alle neuen Handtücher etc. gefliest Kamaole Beach II ist direkt vor uns, etwa 100 Meter von den Tür. Der Pool und die Waschküche sind ca. 100 m. Entfernt. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind 1/2 einen Block entfernt. Unsere Anlage, Kihei Kai Nani, war einer der ersten beiden Kihei Resorts in den siebziger Jahren gebaut. Sie könnten einer der Strände für Meilen um gewählt haben, aber sie Kamaole II, was mehr zu sagen wählte? Eigentlich sollte ich auf unsere Entscheidung, eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner nicht installiert kommentieren, haben wir den Besuch unserer ersten Eigentumswohnung in Kihei Kai Nani für etwa 35 Jahren und habe nie das Bedürfnis für solche Geräte. Zwei Personen können sicherlich Geschirr spülen in einem großen Doppel-Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner nehmen viel Platz und sind sehr teuer, mit Maui Stromkosten zu betreiben. Sie Wärme abgeben, können sie laut sind, und sie auslaufen können und müssen Reparaturen. Wenn der Waschraum ist Schritte entfernt, neben dem Pool, wo Sie treffen sich oft andere Urlauber ist es ein Klacks. Unserer Meinung nach, A / C in Hawaii ist in der Regel nicht notwendig, ,, aber wir Qualitätseinheiten installiert haben. für diejenigen, die es wünschen, habe ich meine erste Wohnung in Kihei Kai Nani seit 35 Jahren im Besitz und habe noch nie einen Gast durch die Geräte nicht mit oben genannten verloren. It is well maintained and feels secure. We enjoyed the convenient location especially to the pool and beach. The unit itself is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was very comfortable. Loved the lanai and ocean view! Loved having A/C. It was so smart having it on a timer.

The condo was lovely - very well maintained, comfortable, clean and stocked for guests. Host provided excellent information and very responsive. Location was walking distance to ocean, restaurants and cafes. Easy drive to many activities on that shore

This is a wonderful condo. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly felt at home here in Maui. The condo is the perfect size. Plenty of room for my husband and I to spread out and relax.
The kitchen has a great layout and was tastefully decorated. The spice cabinet had all the essentials. There was plenty of Tupperware to use for picnics. The kitchen was even stocked with plastic sandwich bags and had plenty of rolls of paper towels. Lots of cookware, plates, and glasses. Everything to make you feel right at home in beautiful Maui.
The artwork in the condo was beautiful with gorgeous views of South Maui. There is ambient adjustable lighting above the artwork that creates a very relaxing atmosphere in the evening.
The reclining chairs were very comfortable for my husband and I to relax and watch some TV in the evening. The TV is large with a clear picture and good sound.
The couch was a nice place to sit for morning coffee as we planned out our Maui day.
Everyone in the condo complex is very friendly. Having laundry on site was nice for a week’s stay. There is even detergent pads in the closet at the condo. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Our favorite tee shirt shop is in the shopping plaza next to the condo complex.
This is going to be our go to condo when ever we are visiting Maui.

The condo is beautiful inside and very nicely updated. The layout of the condo is great and has plenty of room . We had everything we needed for our stay and really enjoyed the deck with the nice little ocean view. It is situated very close to the beach and in walking distance to many amenities. The owner is wonderful to work with and very responsive to messages. We will definitely try booking again!

Bob's place is in the perfect place in Kihei. Walking distance to everything you may need/want. Bob was super easy to communicate with and provided me with all the information I needed. I will most definitely be back!

Great place, directly across from best beach in Kihei, Condo is clean well stocked and nicely renovated. Lots of places within walking distance to eat, and 30 second walk to beach. Host was terrific to deal with, 5 stars!!

Everything was great. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, beach chairs/umbrella, plenty of towels, etc.), had nice furnishings, and very nice kitchen and bathroom.
The location within the complex was great -- close to the beach, but one building back so there was no street noise. (The complex overall is pretty big, so it could be a considerably longer walk to the beach if you had a unit far from the street)
The parking spots are a little tight, but plentiful.
The complex pool was very nice and one of the larger pools I saw when researching places to stay.
Facility laundry room was close to unit and seemed to have plenty of washers and dryers, but we didn't use them so can't comment further about that.
The beach across the street was perfect -- wide, clean, and beautiful. The street to cross is pretty busy, but the traffic stops immediately to let you cross so it wasn't an issue at all for us. Many of the beaches in the area are much more narrow (distance from street to water).
The overall area is quite busy with restaurants and tourist retail (snorkel rentals, souvenirs, ice cream, etc.). So if you want a remote, isolated-feeling area this wouldn't be best, but we loved the convenience of walking to dinner, groceries, etc. Depsite being a busy area, it wasn't noisy or crazy-feeling.
The owner was super responsive to emails and one phone call.

The condo is very nice, clean and upgraded. Quiet. Everything was great about it, the living room had great seating and tv, bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed and was nicely organized. Best location and the ocean view made it that much nicer. Would love to stay here again.

This location was perfect. The unit was centrally located in Kihei. Near the beach, restaurants and other shops. We enjoyed going out to see the sunset every evening. The unit was also stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was very clean and matched the description. The bathroom walls had some spots and there were lots of hard water-looking spots on the shower glass and shower heads. But other than that, felt very very clean. The 2 faux leather chairs were nice because they were cool and they reclined.
A sliver of the ocean is viewable from the porch which was nice. The pool wasn't great. No hot tub.
There was no boogie board, snorkeling gear, shampoo/conditioner soap. There were two nice beach chairs and an umbrella. There were some bags and a cooler we didn't use. There were plenty of bath towels and 4 beach towels.
It was really hard to shave in the shower. There was no stool or step to put your foot on. It was frustrating.
The beach across the street is good, but we found ourselves mostly in Wailea and it was easy enough to drive and park (although I'm not sure that would be true once tourism picks back up post-fires).
The kitchen was well stocked.
Bring white noise (chickens) and an eye mask (no blackout curtains) if you like quiet and dark.
Robert was incredibly helpful and super responsive. Lightning fast.

We have been traveling to Kihei, Maui for over 25 years. Most of our stays have been at KKN. Took us a while but finally found our favorite with the condo. The location provides an ocean view and the owners have remodeled recently completely. New cupboards, furniture, and A/C in both living area and bedroom. (A/C isn’t always needed in the 2nd floor unit with great cross breezes.) There are many restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a short walk across the road... the best beach in Maui, imho. And you can easily walk the 3 beaches.

We were just there for a quick weekend getaway. The unit was very nice. Only slight negative is that the resort itself if older, but I knew that ahead of time. It was very nice being so close to the beach.

Everything was clean and new. Very nice condo. Super convenient location. Good restaurants walking distance. We were here during the fires and security was outside to help us . I really appreciated their help. Luckily we were safe here in Kihei. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: This condo exceeded our expectations. We loved the very close easy 2 minute walk across the street to a beautiful swim beach with morning tree shade. We loved the ocean view from the living room and lanai. The condo is super clean, great condition, and well-supplied with an umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, beach bag, and a soft and hard cooler. The condo complex has a rinsing station with seating to rinse sand off after a beach day.
Cons: None! This was a great rental for the two of us!

This is our 4th stay at this property. We've been coming to Maui for 7 years, and once we discovered this unit the years ago, we've stayed every year since. The location is amazing - right across the street from an amazing beach and walking distance to so many great restaurants in Kihei - and I love that the unit is closer to the front of the complex. We previously stayed at another complex that was across the street from the beach but at the back of complex which made a quick pop back to it quite inconvenient. The unit is stocked with everything you need and you can tell the owners take pride in their unit. Complex itself is vert well kept. Pool is great if you need a break from the beach, laundry room has great machines. Can't wait for our next trip back to Maui - we've already booked Bob's unit. It takes off some travel stress (especially with kids) knowing that our accommodations are everything and more we can ask for.

This apartment was perfect for me and my mom. Very clean and renovated with almost everything you can think of that you need. Bob was very attentive and the location just can’t be beat. You’re literally steps from the beach park to watch the amazing sunset as well as the boat ramp for any scuba/boat excursions. I hope I have the pleasure of staying here again in the future!

Location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches, walking paths, restaurants and shopping! The condo is quiet, well appointed and with great air circulation. You can check the conditions of the ocean from the private lanai. Being on the second floor adds to the privacy. The condo has everything thing you need. The kitchen and shower is especially nice! The pool is huge. We really found the no key needed feature to be very handy! The breeze moves nicely throughout the condo with the fans and windows. Air conditioning is available but was not needed in May if you open things up. Our weeklong stay was very peaceful with no feeling of hustle or bustle! There are great restaurants near by, an ABC store, and other conveniences. We bought our groceries at Walmart , near the airport so have no info on local grocery stores. Easy to find long walks going either way on the beaches. There are nice grassy parks along the beach as well. The beaches were not crowded at all! It is less than 30 minutes from airport/car rental to condo.
I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo directly across the street from Kameole Beach 2! You definitely want to be at this end of Kihei where the beaches are amazing, and you can easily walk to lots of amazing restaurants. The host was an excellent communicator and even phoned us upon our arrival and let us know that the cleaners were done, and we could check-in early if we liked. The condo was as pictured with comfortable furnishings. We liked the updates such as bed-level outlets which made it easy to plug in our phones. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Thank you, Bob, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is such a lovely place! Modern, clean, everything you could want and more! The pictures don’t do it justice.
Bob is a great host and very thoughtful with his various suggestions and thorough information. We really liked having a key code to use, also, rather than being concerned about the safety of a key.
The beach is beautiful and it’s great to be able to wander over in your swimsuit and towel. Fred’s and Moose next door are excellent, particularly on taco Tuesdays, but we had most of our meals “at home,” on the lanai.
There’s simply nothing to fault here. Thanks, Bob. We’d love to come back one day!

Apartment is just perfect! View of the ocean literally across the street from a beautiful beach with the most beautiful sunsets. Apartment was clean, plenty of amenities, we left a beach mat for future renters. They had a small cooler bag plenty of beach towels. The apartment was updated and modern. Definitely found a rental that we cant wait to return to! Bob was also the sweetest and provided so much information for the island, down to food, rentals and island tips!

The condo in Kihei is very nice and extremely well kept, clean, and updated in terms of bath, kitchen, tile flooring (including the lanai), and appliances. We felt very comfortable here.
Kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed for eating in. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels & travel tote. What we didn't originally fully appreciate was how perfect the location was...right across the street from the very nice Kamaole beach, literally next door to a number of good eateries (approx 30 restaurants within 1 mile radius), walking distance to many shops for groceries,bakeries, ice cream, gifts, snorkel gear. The condo here in Kihei was the perfect hub for our ventures to Haleakala & Lahaina. Bob, our host, was super responsive to any queries we had prior to and during our trip. Our first time stay in Kihei was certainly enhanced by staying at Bob's place. Mahalo!!

Clean and comfortable unit! Robert was great to communicate with. The condo was recently remodeled and had everything we needed and then some. Loved the location and walkability to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc. Also the umbrella and beach chairs were such a nice touch. Would love to return and stay here again!
