Nice cozy beach studio. Great location. The building need update . We have many problems with the elevator.

We had a superb stay at Isla Verde Towers. It was very accommodating and a short commute to surrounding areas of interest.

I enjoyed my stay here. Right on the beach, cozy studio that served our needs perfectly.

The hostess was very prompt and helpful. Her unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for our needs.

Loved the decor, space and location. Would stay again.

The condo was nice perfect for a couple. The AC worked really well! It was very clean and had everything you need with a grocery store right across the street. The private access to the beach was a plus! The parking is first come first serve but we always had a spot available. The condo next door is being remodeled and that was horrible we had to leave during the entire day because it was so loud and vibrates the whole condo.Probably shouldn’t rent while next door is under construction!The elevator is really sketchy and was broke one day.we mostly took the 7 flights of stairs but that got exhausting. The stairwell is open to the outside so one day it was raining and windy and we woke up to an inch deep of water covering the ENTIRE condos floor. We used the towels and mop to clean it up and Rosa sent someone to bring new towels. So be aware if the rain is blowing this is a possibility! Also even though it’s a beach property make sure not to bring sand into the condo. One of the demands is no sand in condo if you want your security deposit back. There is an outside shower area. My husband and I didn’t swim just walked on the beach and still tracked sand and needed to sweep several times.The building is old and run down but Overall the condo itself is new and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and safe! The studio was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Great location and very clean. Having free parking was great! We had a lovely time in Isla Verde.

The property owner communicated well with me. The room was neat and conducive for rest and quiet times. The beach is nearby and you are within walking distance from the grocery store and restaurants.

We had a great stay. Communication was awesome and owner was very accommodating. She was very attentive and helped make our stay enjoyable. Apartment was clean and location was awesome. Only suggestion would be to provide at least two beach chairs and a swivel TV mount so you can watch from bed. I would rent this location again.

Clean room, had everything I needed. Grocery store was across the street. Several restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous beach.

Wonderful stay!

This place is perfect for its location being next to the beach. Good views from the 7th floor. The place is clean and comfortable, they have everything you need for the beach. One issue I have is the traffic noise. A lot of honking and loud music from the street. If you're used to that, it's not a problem. This is just a part of being near a popular area.

My daughter and i had the very best of times. The section of beach behind the condo is worth the trip all by itself. I usually try a new location each trip. But this would be the first time I'm planning on returning to the same place. Absolutely love it!!! Thank you Rosa for sharing your home.

Nice being on the beach but the area is so loud not sure why people have to blast the music and honk horns at 2 am feel bad for the folks in the 1st floor

It was amazing time

Kids and I spend 7 days in lovely Peurto Rico. Our host Rosa was amazing- she has been fast in communication, provided all items (I kindly ask her if she has any sand toys for my son and she got him brand new items to play with). Any requests I have asked was met by Rosa :) Rosa personally called me and warned me about current ocean condition and possible strong waves that could be dangerous. She mentioned few other spots and suggestions- which I greatly appreciated her attention to weather condition. We had great time thank you Rosa :)

My wife and I really enjoyed the central location of Rosa’s flat. Literally feet to the beach for a morning walk or quick drive to some of the best spots in Puerto Rico. The flat was nice and accommodated our needs. When we had questions about check in, Rosa was terrific to work with. A definite stay here when we come back. Thank you!!

7C is a great location that boasted updated accommodations. Many new improvements have been done to the property that are not accurately described in the listing. The location is perfect for a single person or small family (I would say no more than 3 people). The beach is readily accessible and literally steps away. The host Rosa was amazing with communication and met and exceeded all my needs expeditiously! I will be sure to stay at this location when I return. I forgot to mention that all your shopping needs are a minutes walk away. Great location overall!

I didnt give it a 5 just because property is under renovations i believe..other than that it was a great distance to the beach which is why i got this room. Room was very clean and it basicly had everything i needed for my stay. Didnt have any issues or problems at..super market was right across the street..that was great!

This was an amazing stay! The host communicated with quickly. Condo was clean, easy access into building and to the beach. The only the complaint was the shade was to thin, light shined thru at 6am, the thinness made me fell the building over could see my every move.. lol. But overall amazing so amazing to be in Puerto Rico for our furst time

First, the manager Rosa was amazing with communication. The first day we some how lost our keys and were locked IN the apartment. The property manager was there first thing in the a.m. with new keys. The new set of keys did NOT work. It locked our cab inside the gate which was a HUGE issue, but in the morning we got new keys once again. The beach is literally the backyard which was amazing. The apartment is in ROUGH condition, they are updating it so I understand. The inside is TINy. Barely big enough for 2 people but it worked. Wish there was a blankly for the futon, which was very comfortable but we made do. The covers on the bed had some stains which was off putting because I'm still unsure if it was makeup or blood. Overall the apartment was clean. She provided towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and hand soap to wash your hands. No other issues. Great for the price

It was perfect for what i needed. I was in a wedding within walking distance. There was a supermarket open 24 hours across the street. The beach was clean, the neiborhood was quiet (I live in a similarly populated area). I just needed a quiet place to change, sleep and shower and this was perfect.

4021 Isla verde did not appear to be safe on any level. Extremely difficult to enter the property with the combination lock. Exposed wiring. A bucket was used to catch water leaking in the walkway.
