Unser Strandhaus befindet sich im AWARD WINNING Ocean Lakes Resort, einem fabelhaften Familien- und Unterhaltungszentrum mit einer Meile von Strandeinrichtungen. Unser Haus wurde im Juli 05 gebaut und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt im beliebten Holiday Inn Abschnitt der Ocean Lakes auf der Seite # 1155A. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand oder Sekunden mit dem Golfwagen.
Wir sind etwa 125 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Gemeinschaft verfügt über 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, 10 mph Tempolimit, Rettungsschwimmer, hat zwei olympische Schwimmbecken (eines Indoor und eines Outdoor), zwei Baby-Pools und ein Kinderbecken. Sie können die Kinder bei Ocean Lakes gehen lassen und sich wohlfühlen.
Dieses helle und wunderschön eingerichtete zweistöckige Haus bietet alles, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. The place was great, however we were only able to enjoy two days due to Hurricane Debby coming in and threats of historic flooding. The SC governor had declared a state of emergency, so we left early to avoid flooding issues and other potential dangers.

We truly enjoyed our stay there. The owner is such a nice guy and had great communication, ensuring we had what we needed. The house was very nice and the kitchen had everything which was a nice surprise. We loved the location to the beach. The porch was a great place to rest and chat with family. i would highly reccomend staying here, it was a wonderful time for me and my family.

This property was great for our family vacation! The house was even better than expected! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of seating for our family (8 adults and 6 kids all under 8). The outdoor furniture was high quality with lots of seating too. The outdoor shower was great to have. The walk to the beach was short and very easy. We did find the beach wasn't as crowded on this side of the park, possibly because its the edge of the park.
The owner was very nice, responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with. You can tell he takes pride in his property.
We'd definitely recommend this house!

The house and property were exactly what we expected, and more! Very well stocked with everything you need for meals and a relaxing trip. Host was very communicative and made our stay so pleasant! We loved the place, and hope others have as great of a stay as we did!

This property was perfect for a family vacation. Very clean, plenty of towels, lots of seating inside and outside. The owner was very engaged from the start, ensuring we had everything we needed prior to our stay and during our stay. Definitely a 5/5 all around. Hoping to make this property our family tradition.

This house is exactly what you see in the pictures. We had a mixture of family stay here with 13 in total and we all fit comfortably. The room with bunk beds is perfect for kids. It is very clean and comes with everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Check in was super easy.

Three moms and eight kids 14-16 spent our spring break in this perfect size house. It was beautiful and clean. The house had everything we needed for our vacation. We opted for the linens. Randy also allowed us to extend our trip by a day because the house was available. Would rent again!!

We booked this trip to serve as an opportunity to enjoy birding and a boat cruise in the Murrell's Inlet / Huntington Beach State Park area, and also to enjoy all of the attractions of Myrtle Beach. The property, located in the Ocean Lakes development, was accurately listed as 150 yards from the beach, and allowed easy access to both of the areas listed above - an 8 mile drive to areas of interest to the south, and a 4.5 mile drive to attractions in Myrtle Beach, such as Broadway at the Beach.
The property had adequate parking for our 3 vehicles, room for our family of 12 in the kitchen, living, and bedroom/ bath areas of the house, as well as the outdoor deck areas. We thank Randy for his excellent communication with us throughout the rental process and during our week-long stay. An enjoyable vacation for our extended family in the Myrtle Beach area.

Very well furnished house with updated floors, furniture and decking. Randy, the owner was very personable and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better week at the beach as Ocean lakes has everything we needed for fun at the beach. We only left the park once for groceries.

We stayed here on a family vacation with our kids, grandkids and our parents. It was one of the best places we've ever rented in Myrtle Beach. It's the owner's home away from home and had a lot of the basics available for use that no other rental has ever had plus some nice extras like a croc pot, instant pot, gas grill charcoal grill, etc. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

We had a total of six adults and three children (8, 5 & 3) stay in this house for our week long vacation. Communication with the property owner was very easy and open. We loved how close to the ocean this property is (you could easily walk to the ocean in a couple of minutes). We always bring our own golf cart but we certainly did not need it to get to the ocean from this house! There were plenty of rooms/beds to house all of us with room to spare. The only thing was that we did find some trash under/behind the beds/dressers, dust on top of some of the dressers but, overall, the house was clean and we didnt let those small things bother us.This is a great property if you need something for a somewhat large group. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us and we look forward to our next trip to Ocean Lakes!

This property was a perfect fit for our group that included 2 adult couples and 5 teenage girls. The layout and cleanliness were things we really appreciated. Parking our two vehicles under cover was convenient and there was plenty of room left over to park the 2 golf carts we rented. There were several areas to congregate; 2 levels of decks, living and dining rooms, and even an area at ground level with seating and an outdoor television were available. We liked the fact that the beach was a short walk. The water park was very nice, well organized and clean. Having rented golf carts was a good idea for us to move about and carry our things to different areas of the property. Good restaurants, Broadway at the Beach and shopping were all a short drive from Ocean Lakes which by the way is a very well managed, secure development. The owner Randy was a pleasure to work with. He was easily accessible, informative, professional and personable. We will be back. Many thanks to you Randy!

What a beautiful home. The house is nicely set up to give a family space to be alone or to congregate as a group. The deck was by far one of our favorite features as close as the homes are in Ocean Lakes you don't feel crowded on the deck. We had a total of 4 vehicles one being an F150 and we managed to all park at the house. The lounge area under the house is an excellent bonus we were able to watch The Cleveland Cavaliers win the Championship there. It is very close to the ocean but a bit of a hike to the water park and basketball but our kids didn't mind they only kept talking about when we would go back! Thank you Randy

Owner was excellent to work with and the home was comfortable and clean.The bedrooms were actually only 4 not 5 because the 5th bed was placed in a sitting area leading to a deck with no door closing it off from the rest of the house.No privacy in this one sleeping area what so ever, it is ok for small kids but not adults to sleep here.
The house has two parking spots which are ok if you drive small cars we own a Lincoln navigator and a ford excursion so it was a real hassle to try and park.The streets are very narrow and houses so close together you can almost touch the deck to the other house next to yours.The car charge for parking (which is charged by ocean lakes not the owner) is outrageous we paid 70.00 for 2 cars for a week, and now it will be higher I hear.All of this is not the owner fault so if you can handle these bad points Randy is great owner to rent from and the house is not far from the beach.The beach is wonderful here the best feature of this resort in November.The resort has most of the extras closed during this time of year and they give no discounts to anyone for anything at Ocean Lakes. Ocean lakes is not our favorite place to stay.

Our family stayed in August with ages 9 thru 83! No one was disappointed. The house was beautiful and spacious. Randy was a pleasure to work with - we can't say enough about our fantastic trip! We will definitely go there again......

Our family stay in May,2014. The house was very close to the beach which was very important to our family. The house had plenty of room for our 3 families with a total of 12 people. We really enjoyed the outside TV and grill Randy has set up under the house. It allowed us to be outside for watching races and baseball games. Highly recommend this house and will stay there again.

This was the first house we rented that actually had a fully stocked kitchen! The owner was beyond helpful. I had lost the pre check in forms and without hesitation he mailed them off again and didn't ask that I pay for postage... which is rare nowadays. The house fit 10 people (two families) very comfortably and had all the things we were looking for. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
