The unit is dated, but clean. Beds were comfortable but sheets were scratchy. They provided absolutely nothing, not a roll of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, ice trays, nothing. The dryer didn't work well. The advertising that you get up to 250.00 in free activity tickets a day a top rated places is a lie. You get one free ticket to older outdated places, not the Aquarium or the good mini golf courses. If you are traveling by air, you have to rent (quite expensive) umbrellas and chairs or buy them. If they were to put an umbrella and a few beach chairs in the closet, it would be a great benefit.
The pools were kept clean and the ocean was lovely. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We had a fun time, despite being nickeled and dimed to death.

This condo is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The building is also very clean and kept up well. We loved the lazy river and the hot tubs.The location right on the ocean is perfect and the neighborhood feels quiet and safe.

Our stay there was OK. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Loved having access to be able to walk on the beach. It was frustrating that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and would leave food marks on the dishes even if I ran it with the hot water setting to start. I had to clean the dishes after they had been in the dishwasher. What we didn't like about this property was that neither one of us could get internet in the room, we both had different carriers. We connected with the internet for Bay Watch but it didn't help. I had to keep going down by the pool to check emails or texts. Because of that, we will not rent this place again.

Our stay at the Bay Watch in Myrtle Beach was great, our room was excellent, overlooking the beautiful pools and hot tubs, and of course a grand view of the ocean. Since we have visited Myrtle Beach many times we just enjoyed the great weather and ate at all of our favorite restaurants. A few visits have been not so pleasant accommodations but our stay at Bay Watch through VRBO was excellent. We enjoyed the cafes and dine in accommodations. We highly recommend visiting the beach and enjoying the hospitality. We will definitely be back at Bay Watch again.

We liked the condo. Loved sitting on deck watching the people and listening to waves. It was great for my son because had pools, hot tub, workout room and of course the beach. The area was easy to drive and traffic not bad. There was restaurant in condo and fod was good.

Was woke up every morning by 5 to 530 am with the big moths next door to us when the resort was darn near empty. Cockroach in the room that was not newly renivated . Dont sray here it is horrible, and the reality of north beack realtors dont care. Run from this place

The condo was in a great location and the 10th floor was great! Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful! The condo could use a few updates in the main bedroom and bath. The condo overall was really nice. Peaceful and quiet!!!

Property was pretty much like the picture. Resort was slightly dated but nice. Steps from the beach and was perfect for sitting on the balcony seeing the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Minor issues were taken care of right away without issue. Beds could be more comfortable and unit could be updated a bit more, but overall, the stay was pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely partially remodeled. The staff at the property were always cleaning and managing the pool area. Lots of pools! Activities with music at the poolside the days we were at the pool. Beautiful and clean beach. In a residential area with nice sidewalks for walking or running. Lots of activities in the overall North Myrtle and Myrtle beach area!
My main con is the fitness center. Needs to be larger. Or remove some of the cardio equipment and expand the weight section. Every time I was In there, the weight section was overly crowded or people left and came back later. Only 0-1 people on cardio equipment. Nice weather = walk/run outside.

We’ve stayed at BWR before but booked thru the hotel. This was our first visit booking thru a realty company. Check in was quick and easy minus the amount of check ins they had that day (line out the door)!
The room was spacious and well stocked with things we needed like bath towels, linens, kitchen utensils and appliances. The room could have been a bit cleaner. One of the pull out beds looked as if someone slept in it and the linens were never changed…
Balcony was fantastic with an amazing view!
The only consistent issue was the strong smell of marijuana EVERYTIME we stepped out on the balcony!! The rental company called saying they got complaints of smoking from our balcony but that wasn’t us. My guess would be someone just needed someone to blame or they were smoking themselves.
Overall we would stay again. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to use your space for our family vacation!

The condo was nice and spacious with views overlooking the ocean with a nice size patio. The washer dryer was very convenient to have. There’s a bar restaurant that we enjoyed on the property with great prices and food. There are indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. The beach is accessible from the pool area with places to wash the sound off. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time thanks to great weather. Would have liked a few things better like the resort to have more heated pools, cleaner hot tubs and the restaurant to be open all days instead of weekend only . None of this affected our stay though. Location is beautiful. Great sunset and sunrise and the one lazy river and pool made for great memories. You cant do wrong.

Beach front balcony, ocean views, and outdoor pools and spas were excellent. Overall cleanliness of condo was good. However, the mattresses on the beds are quite worn and need to be replaced as they were not very comfortable (this was by far the biggest negative about this condo). Also, the toilets are not chair-height and are somewhat dated and could be replaced. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the property is great, as it is close to many restaurants, stores, etc...

Layout was great giving us privacy with bedrooms down the hall from each other. The place was clean and appeared to be fairly recently updated. Great sized balcony for 4 people to relax. Perfect for watching some beautiful sunrises. Could have used a couple more hand towels for the bathrooms. Location was good for golf, shopping, winery, and a little sightseeing. We all enjoyed our vacation.

Our stay was awesome. Very nice condo. Beautiful views of ocean. Only complaint I have is that we woke up one morning and our door was open and they were painting it. (HOA Requirement). We received no notice and when I called rental company they didn’t know about it either. This should have never happened. Other than that everything was awesome.

The only complaint I have is the Security Guard needs to look for the bands on your wrist discreetly and not ask everyone to lift there hands, I felt as if we were not being treated as guest. I understand if he doesn’t see on on your wrist then ask to see it. I was at the pool one day and I was sled three different times to show my wrist. I wasn’t happy about it. Other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you

love the place, great location, excellent view, easy smooth load in and load out. we really enjoyed baywatch resort. just needed a ramp for our beach wagon. steps were a bit challenging pulling the wagon with all our beach chairs, umbrella & bags. great vacation will be back next year!

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 4 days. It was everything as described. The condo was clean, well appointed, and well maintained. The view and balcony were fantastic. We could see everything around from the 10th floor. The pools and amenities in the resort were wonderful. The only surprise was that the restaurant was only open a couple of hours for breakfast. But, all else was fully functional and well maintained. All things considered this was a good place to stay and we would come back again.

The resort is in a good location in NMB. The condo has had some updates that appears to have been recently completed. Still needs some minor updates but overall appears to be adequately maintained. Worked well for a long weekend. Carts to carry your luggage are hard to find during busy check-in and check-out times.
