This house was even more beautiful in person. It was so spacious, clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular and the location was great. We were able to bring our dog which made it a true family vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We hope to return!!

The home has beautiful rooms. It was very clean. The house had plenty of room. No one was on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped. It is well located at convient to go anywhere in the Hamptons.

Very spacious home with beautiful views of the water. Located on a quiet street so it was very relaxing. The owner, Jean Marc, was an excellent communicator and very responsive to any questions we had. We had 7 adults with plenty of room for privacy yet share time together in the open dining/kitchen/family room area. We very much enjoyed our 3-night stay here. It was still chilly outside so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool area but did enjoy sitting on the deck taking in the views.

This property was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos. Our family had a wonderful time in this spacious and well appointed home and we were able to enjoy the house without stepping all over each other. Our host was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing time in this house. Jean Marc was a great host. Very attentive to our needs and questions. It was 3 adults 4 children and a dog and we had space for more. This house is great and the views areas incredible!

We had a wonderful stay. Jean Marc has a beautiful home and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, modern home environment. Everything we could need was provided and the pool was perfect. Our kids ages 3-10 had a wonderful time. We went as a multigenerational family trip. Location is convenient to many areas within the hamptons. Beach day passes were easy to come by and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The beautiful ocean view really makes you feel like you are vacation.

The only thing I regretted was not being able to stay longer. The property was even more beautiful in person and Jean Marc was so kind to arrange pool heating and accommodate our early arrival. He's such a gentleman and his place is nothing but perfect. Thank you again for sharing your paradise with us!

Wonderful property with great view. More blinds in the bedrooms would have been nice but otherwise fantastic.

Our family of four had a great time during our stay in Jean Marc’s rental house in Hampton Bays. The views are spectacular, the house is large and it had everything we needed. The master bath was amazing and the house was very bright and open. Since it was Spring Break, it was still a little cold to enjoy all the outdoor spaces, but we would hope to return at a future time to enjoy the pool, deck and patio. There is a road that runs down behind the house that can be a bit loud when the cars are speeding, but it does not take away from the enjoyment of the views across the bay!Jean Marc was very easy to work with, was flexible with our check-in due to approaching coastal storm and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. Overall, it was a great house, in a great location, with an owner who was very helpful that we would highly recommend to all.

Perfect House - Stunning Views!
We stayed at this lovely home for a couple days after Thanksgiving. The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could need. The host was incredibly responsive when we had a question. The beds were very comfortable. And the views were just wonderful. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it would be in the summer. Hope to have the opportunity to rent again - any season!

Beautiful view!
The house has a beautiful view. The area is low key but was perfect for me, my husband and my son. He loved the pool. Altho the pump on the pool was not working, we were able to reach the owner quickly. Issue resolved and everything went well. Would definitely book again!

Exceeded Expectations
My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better, more perfect wedding weekend rental house. Our experience here is beyond compare. The view alone is phenomenal, however the house was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. Jean Marc is the perfect host, adding touches to our stay that made us feel welcome, and communication with him was very smooth. The pool being open was a lovely surprise and made us all very happy! Thank you for hosting us and I will be sure to recommend your house to anyone needing a rental in the Hamptons!

Hampton Bays Stay with Spectacular View
My family and I stayed at Jean Marc's house in Hampton Bays for over a week during my son's school holidays. We had a really good time there. The house is clean, very nicely and comfortably decorated. It's very spacious and has everything that we need. The view of Hampton Bays is spectacular. Jean Marc is a great host, very attentive and thoughtful.

Perfect time in the Hamptons
My friends and I had a great time at Jeanmarc's property! The only thing is that the beds in 2 of the rooms are smaller than expected + a bit hard and squeaky. Other than that it was perfect. Thanks!
