This is a prime location. It was close to everything we wanted to do and have extra amenities like the pools and fitness center that we utilized. We had room for our family to visit, play, and eat together.

Extended family met in Branson for some summer fun. The condo was exactly as described. Great location - centrally located to all of the must see attractions. The weather was really hot, but the air conditioner worked perfectly! We didn't need to contact the owner, as everything was working well!

The condo is in a very great location in the golf resort. The home is very comfortable and they have cards and games available for the guests. Overall great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. However there were a few tips we would leave with the home owners/managers. For the amount of money it rents for, I believe it could’ve been a bit more clean and updated. The towels stunk from being stored under the bathroom cabinet. There was a dirty wash cloth left hanging on shower - not from us, must’ve been from cleaning people or previous guests. The volume on the upstairs bedroom tv would not turn up- could barely hear it. Bathroom rugs look dirty. Just didn’t feel real clean like a hotel is when we stay there. We enjoyed the multiple bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. We would’ve considered staying there on our next visit had it been a little more updated and inviting. On the plus side, it was super easy to contact owners and the check-in process was great. They were very friendly- just hope they update a few things. They are not expensive fixes- just needs someone to show more care for those paying the high price to stay there. Oh and the Christmas tree was a nice decoration.

Vrbo, Jerry, and Judy made this process so easy for us. The place was exactly as we had pictured it. It was clean, well equipped with necessities for our stay, and coming and going for our vacation was a breeze. We will definitely be back. The only concern was the staircase. It’s a dated, steep, iron staircase so I would be very watchful with your children. However, the place came equipped with a safety gate in the closet upstairs and we just moved It back and forth so the kids wouldn’t climb.

We enjoyed our time with kids and grandkids in this condo.

We were convertible and had space for 6 of us. Our main problem was the rail for previous shower doors still on tub and no safety bars in shower. Since we were all senior citizens that was a concern but we managed without getting hurt. Also might make it known to bring own soap for shower and kleenex. We loved the area and easy access to main roads and eating places.

Perfect Branson property.

When we arrived at the property after a ten hour drive and it being in the 90’s outside we were all exhausted and ready to relax. When we got inside we were slapped in the face with heat, 80 degrees to be exact. I get wanting to keep your bill low in the summer, but if you know people are coming it would be nice if the air could be set to a comfortable temp prior to their arrival. My two young kids had a difficult time sleeping that night as well as those upstairs due to waiting for the condo to get to a comfortable temp. Also, I doubled checked kitchen amenities and it stated “grill”. So I went ahead and ordered hotdogs and hamburgers to grill one night while on vacation. When we arrived I couldn’t locate the grill anywhere in the condo. I messaged the owners and they said the grill was down at the end of the road open to the public. We had to wait for others to get done grilling before we could even cook our own food. I would’ve ordered different groceries had I know this. I did notice mold on the air vent in the bathroom bedroom on the main floor. We found clothing under the bed in the upstairs bedroom. The coffee maker didn’t work. Tv is extremely slow as well as internet. The location is great though.

Good location although there's no view of the lake. Well maintained and. clean, but no coffee maker that worked and a blender would have been nice. Also, no kleenex boxes and no trash liners. Could have been better equipped.

Jerry was very easy to work with. I had to change this reservation and he made it a breeze. The condo is very spacious, lots of room for a large family.

We enjoyed staying, loved the river

The condo was perfectly sized for our yearly “cousin camp” which consisted of myself, my husband, (grandma and grandpa) and 6 grandchildren. I loved the layout and there were plenty of dishes etc for all. The only down side was the very dirty carpet and some loose tiles in the guest main floor bathroom floor. The condo could use some updating, but we really did not care about that. The kids all thought the condo was amazing, as did we! The upstairs loft was perfect ❤️

Great location and perfect for 4 couples

Beautiful condo in a great location.

This was a Thursday-Monday family vacation with our grown kids. The condo was spacious and pretty much as described in the VRBO ad. It was really well stocked. If you stay, check all of the drawers before you run out and buy. The owners thought of everything. We loved the screened in porch which looks out over hole #1. Within walking distance of a family picnic/playground area on Taneycomo if you like to casually trout fish. Also, close to the big pool complex. Overall it was a great family weekend.

This two story unit is on the top floor and you do have to go up a flight of stairs to the unit. As an older couple, it was important we find a unit where stairs were not involved. Disappointing but we made do. The unit was clean and was pretty much as advertised. The walk to the pool was up a steep hill so we drove to the pool. The master shower was a little hard to get in and out of due to the height of the tub. We did have a great time with our grandchildren.

PROS: The location of the condo and the neighborhood were great. All accommodations were as listed. The owner was responsive. The dining table and family room seating accommodated all eight of us. CONS: The decor, linens, and towels were dated. A few key things didn't work: the sliding door to the screened porch didn't lock, many of the vertical blinds didn't close, the coffee pot took forever to brew a pot, and the screen in the porch was torn. There was no grill at the unit. Also, the outdoor community pool has absolutely no shaded areas and was quite busy even at 10pm. Overall, it was fine, but certainly not anything fancy.

This condo was very spacious and comfortable for 7 of us (4 adults, 3 kids). It was exactly as described, clean, and in a great location. It was a short walk to the community pool/restaurant and also down to the playground and river. The property is beautiful. We cooked many meals at the condo and found the kitchen to be well stocked. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Needed to get away for Christmas this year and this worked out great, everything was great except my golf games, quality time.

This condo was perfect for our large family. The three bedrooms with king beds worked perfect for us as our adult married children and their spouses each had their own king size bed. And our younger children had the loft beds. The only problem we had was the code for the door was not emailed to us. But the owners were prompt answering my messages. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

We loved our stay! It was great! Plenty of room for our large group. 4 adults and 4 kids. 3 king bedrooms was great. My wife and I had a room. Her parents had a room. Then my daughter had a room to herself. That left the loft for all the boys which they loved! The place has an indoor pool which was great in November! Beautiful area in a gate golf course neighborhood. We will stay here again for sure!!
