Der Thompson Ferienhaus ist ein drei Schlafzimmer drei und eine halbe Bad Haus in der Gemeinde Las Conchas gated. Ein Rollbett ist für einen weiteren Gast zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zum Strand ist direkt auf der Straße über den Zugang zum Strand Gasse zwischen zwei Strandhäuser, Strand ca. 50 Meter entfernt ist. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Eine halbe Bad ist im Erdgeschoss neben dem großen Raum und Küche. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt; Kühlschrank, Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen, Teller, Gläser und Besteck. Der große Raum befindet sich neben der Küche mit Küchentheke und Esstisch. Bequeme Sofas bieten dem Fernseher sehen, die Dish Network Kanäle bietet. Draußen sind drei Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer von Cortes aus verschiedenen Ebenen, die jeweils mit einem Tisch und Bänke haben. Neben der Terrasse ist eine Veranda mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Zugang zum Grillplatz. Sichere Parkplätze hinter Toren im Vorgarten. Las Conchas hat 24/7 Wachpatrouillen, so dass Sie hier sicher Aufenthalt fühlen.

Everything was as described, and the host was very helpful. We are a family of 7 and we like to have some space, be close to the beach, and be close to the city. This was great.

We had a great stay. This house is family friendly. Bathroom in every room was a plus. House is steps away from the beach. We had a truly relaxing and great stay.

The house was very nice, it had everything we needed. We had no problems getting in to the house or with anything else. I recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and a huge house. The house is older and in need of much TLC. As a family we were able to overlook the crumbling plaster, old dishwasher, tiny outdoor coal barbecue (had to cook food in stages), but it was evident that the house had not been cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen sink was dirty as were the bathroom sinks, showers and bathroom rugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything and anything that one would possibly need but many of the pots and pans and silverware were actually “rusted” so unable to use (glad we packed paper dishes & silverware). We luckily had Lysol wipes to wipe down the bathroom’s & kitchen.
I should have contacted Gary the host but I’m one that doesn’t want to cause any trouble. Overall, my grandchildren said that they had a great time.

We came from Tucson (4.5 hours) for 4 nights of our spring break. We have 4 kids (ages 9-16) and LOVED the house and the proximity to the beach. We all had a spot to sleep and the couches were comfy for hanging out together.
We enjoyed the super quick walk to the beach to explore the tide pools.
The host was close and helped us get settled.

House was perfect for us, our two little dogs and our friends! Super quick walk to the beach and great views from the margarita deck. The house is a little older and worn, but well stocked and clean. If you have bigger dogs and close the gate, it is fully fenced. My little Maltese mix could get under the gate if she tried. We’ve been coming to Rocky Point for years, and this is one of the best houses we’ve rented. We are hoping to be back soon!

The pictures of this home do not do it justice! It is a beautiful home with en-suite bathrooms in every room, a powder room off of the kitchen, 3 separate level balconies to enjoy the breeze of the ocean, a built in outside grill if you decide to grill outside for dinner (we did), spacious rooms and bathrooms, I could go on and on about this home! Gary was extremely accommodating as is his home. We never had a problem, I did ask for a late check-out (noon) due to unforeseen circumstances and he was fine with it. 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

Great house, wonderful views of the ocean & right across the road from beach access. The owner is a couple of doors down & very helpful. On request, he left a list of restaurants he recommended & even a map of the town. We will definitely be back!

The home has sufficient car parking! The home was huge and very open floor plan living area and kitchen very spacious as well as the rooms and main restrooms were big! Super close to beach in the second row of the beach front homes. Definitely would stay here again!

House was clean, good communication with Gary. We had issues with the brand new AC unit but Gary had it repaired quickly, even offered to help us find another place. Night temperature was in the 60s so no need, would definitely recommend the property to others.

The property is nice and has all the amenities full stocked kitchen with every tool you need. The layout is nice. There is work being done behind the house but was little bother as we went to the beach all day. Bring your own beach towels, toys, and chairs.

What a great place. Dogs were safe behind walled in area. Security guards did a drive by every couple of hours. Access to beach was indeed across the street. Views were better than expected. Accommodations were comfortable and provided privacy when wanted. Beds were also comfortable. Everything was provided for kitchen and beach. We will return and had a wonderful stay full of laughter, fun and adventures.

I think there is actually more outdoor/patio square space than internal. The setup is perfect. And literally a one minute walk to the beach. Thank you Gary.

Very nice property. Great views. Good location. We stayed for a month and loved it. I appreciate having dog friendly properties to rent. We really enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach! Owners are right next door and very responsive. Would stay again.

Great home, well stocked kitchen, RO system for drinking water, ice maker, beach access right in front of house. A lot of patios and viewing decks. Gated parking. Loved during high tide it was sandy beach swimming and low tide exposes the reef and rocks perfect for sea creature viewing and shell hunting. Our family/friends stayed in the house right in front of ours, which is also Gary’s, on the beach side. Gary greeting us upon checkin and checked during our stay to make sure we had what we needed.

Home was large and comfortable. Beach was so close we would walk there barefoot! The patios all have a view of the ocean and as soon as you open the doors you can hear the waves! Manager came by and greeted us when we arrived and made himself available. Definitely be back soon.

Perfect holiday
The owner Gary greeted us on our arrival, and was readily available during our stay. The house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and exactly as described, living area and kitchen even bigger than the photos show. Would definitely stay again.

There is TONS of patio space, so much room for people to stretch out and relax. We were greeted by the property owner when we first got there, who was very nice and offered to help us with whatever we needed. Overall, this house has amazing potential for large parties and get togethers. Especially with each bedroom having its own bathroom, that was a huge plus!
Now for the bad part. The house suffers from some severe deffered maintenance. There are outlets that are hanging out of the walls, cracks running through the ceiling, loose tiles, loose banisters, the furniture looked like it was from the early 90s, air filters that looked like they haven't been changed in years. Little things that add up to being really distracting in an otherwise very nice house.
I would certainly stay again, but it would need some updating before I did.

Great Location, Views of Sea, Spacious House
Thompson Vacation Home was exactly as described. In fact, it was more spacious than it seemed in the photos. It had lots of levels inside and outside, great for hanging out and relaxing. Each outside level had a table and bench seats so larger groups can easily fit. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom plus there was an additional bathroom off the living room area. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need for cooking full meals (bring your own spices). The grounds were neat and the gate was perfect for parking the car off the street and allowing the dog to have complete freedom. The beach was a very short walk through the houses across the street. El Malecon, grocery store, and restaurants were all very close by. Gary was nice and available for questions. We loved it all!

To many stairs. Needs a modern stove. And some better Cookware. Bueatifull Bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Loved the Gated parking. The Dogs just Loved their stay. .Me My legs are Sore. Overall I would say a 4.5 . A little Work could make it a a easy 5.0... my legs would still be sore.

Roomy house with great patios
This is a very comfortable, roomy house close to the beach. The upper level patios are especially nice and provide a beautiful view out to the water. Everything we needed to enjoy the stay was provided, and the enclosed yard was great for our dog. The house is very easy to find, and conveniently located toward the entrance of the Las Conchas area, so it was easy to get in and out. The host was very accommodating, allowing both early check-in and late check-out. We had a huge storm blow through during our stay which caused some issues with water leaking and the wifi (not unusual in Las Conchas area houses), but the host was very responsive and did what he could to address the issues as much as possible. We'll be back, though hopefully without any major rainstorms next time!

We had a very nice stay at the Thompson home. Everything was clean and worked except for the overhead fan/light in one of the bedrooms.
