My family and I booked this condo for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very pleasant. The VIEW from the balcony was breathtaking!!! The condo came equipped with everything we needed , even all cooking utensils and several pts and pans. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be booking again.

Immaculate views and location! Customer service for Marisol was top notch & so friendly. Very accommodating when I needed a later checkout. Unit was spotless. I gave 4 stars for the amenities of the unit - as there wasn’t any hand soap, kleenex - they request to put dishes in the dishwasher and start it , however no detergent pods. Minor things I was able to take care of myself! This will now be my forever “go to” spot when visiting Panama City!!!!

Fyi tell renters the baggage carts aren’t on ground floor and location of trash bins and ice machine and let them know where to park for unloading otherwise all was well thank you for the experience!

My husband and I took our son and his friends on a graduation trip. This place was clean and in a great location. I am very picky about where I stay but I will definitely stay here again. The outside of the building doesn’t give it justice once you walk in the door. I was a little worried at first after receiving a call saying one of the elevators would be down during our stay and everyone would have to use one, but that was not the case. We arrived to see both elevators were fully functional. The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping arrived 15 minutes before checkout. I’m the type of person that wants to stay every minute of what I paid for. Needless to say they had to wait outside until 10am lol Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

It was more like a hotel stay. Any condo I have stayed at at least had salt and pepper, extra garbage bags, butter knives. If I would have known I needed to bring that stuff I probably wouldn’t have booked my stay there or been more prepared. If you’re renting out a condo for 10 people for a week I’m sorry but I believe they need more than just the garbage bags that was in the 2 cans. Not worth the money I spent. And the furniture was gross. Pictures definitely are outdated

Great family vacation
My brother’s family and I stayed a week in Marisol 802. It was a great time. There were 11 of us. We had plenty of room. The view was great. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that the dryer did not dry the clothes well. Had to go through three cycles to get dry and that was not large loads. We made due. Other that it was Great!

Beautiful view
My husband and I rented this unit for us, our daughter and her husband, and our three grandchildren.
The best thing about this property is definitely the view. Second best: the elevators. There are two, they are clean and there was never a long wait.
This is fairly spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. However, the bedroom with the bunk beds is quite small. If you pull out the trundle bed, you can’t use the dresser drawers and the door won’t open all the way. Also, the whole bunk bed itself is very wobbly and unstable. We were cautioned to not have anyone over 100# on the top bunk, but with my 60# grandson on the top, it was still wobbly. I don’t think it is safe.
There are three TVs and numerous remotes, but no directions, so they were unusable.
We submitted a list of “issues” we found with the unit to vrbo and the property mgmt company. Being a holiday weekend we did not expect to have anything repaired. These were mostly housekeeping and maintenance issues. They need to do a better job of inspecting the units before they are rented. Very disappointed.
This part of Panama City Beach is right in the thick of things, so it was quite noisy for us. People like to drive along Front Beach Blvd at all hours of the night blasting their radios and showing off their loud mufflers. That’s not the quiet, relaxing environment we were hoping for. If you like that sort of thing, this might be the perfect place for you.

Loved Staying Here!!!
We enjoyed staying here a lot!! It was clean, very nice, and had a gorgeous view. We did have some wifi issues but the property helped us out. The only other issue was upon arrival, the condo smelled a little funky and we discovered throughout the trip that the vents might be connected to other condos. Throughout the week, we smelled different smells from like burnt food to smoke smell which is unfortunate for asthma. If you have it, I’d just keep your inhaler handy. Other than that, we’d love to stay again!! (:

Met up with my Kids and Grandbabies for long Easter Weekend. Had an absolute wonderful stay. Manager and staff very helpful!!! Would return and stay here again!!! Only drawback was extra parking! But, the condo and resort were perfect!!!! Thanks to all !!!!

GREAT location, beds were really comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and I LOVED having full size washer and dryer and laundry room. We were able to wheel our wagon in there everyday. Very easy access to the beach. I would have liked the pool to have some sun but when we go to the beach, we typically stay down on the beach, so it was a bigger deal to my children and their friends than me. We had perfect weather and really didn't want to leave. We left our beach chairs and boogie board hopefully for future guests to enjoy!! It was time for us to get new ones!! I look forward to booking this property again. Loved everything about our stay!

Last trip before school starts.
We did not have enough towels for 10 people. Only a couple of towels in each bathroom.
No hot water in Kitchen. No wash or dry towels in kitchen.
Not enough seats for 10 people to eat at once. Two bar stools missing and the chairs sitting at bar are to low for eating at bar.
We didn't let this upset us. W bought what we needed and
enjoyed our family visit at the beach.

Perfect place for family vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner and managing company are very thoughtful about our comfort. We appreciate the extra linens and bedding. One exception is the shower in the shared space (not the master bedroom) is very weak. Recommend some maintenance on this. Otherwise, we would book this place again.

Overall, nice. Dryer vent was completely stopped by lint. Dishwasher didn't work well at all , coffee maker was so stopped up coffee ran into floor and we had to park one of our vehicles across street in a crowded parking lot while the lot at the condo was almost empty the whole time.
