Mid-Century East Cliff Home, Steps From The Beach!!
Dieses schöne Haus liegt nur wenige Schritte von der 26th Avenue entfernt. Strand. Das offene Layout und die hohen Decken ermöglichen es Ihnen, sich in einer luftigen, offenen Grundrissumgebung zu entspannen und Ihre Umgebung zu genießen. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und zwei Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss. Es gibt auch 2 Vollbäder, eines im Schlafzimmer und eines im Erdgeschoss. Ein zusätzliches WC befindet sich auf der oberen Etage. Das Top-Geschichte Loft hat auch ein Futon, um zwei weitere zu schlafen. Mit einer fantastischen Aussicht ist es ein großartiger Ort, um die Sonne zu genießen, sich zu entspannen und eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wenn Sie ein Haustier mitbringen, dies im Voraus genehmigt werden muss und eine Haustiergebühr von 100 US-Dollar anfällt. Wir begrüßen Ihren pelzigen Begleiter.

The house is fun, neighborhood great. Lots of cleanliness issues - dirty toothbrush in one of the beds, filthy bath nonslip mat in downstairs bathroom, dirty skillet in cabinet, dirty knife in knife block and completely unresponsive host. VRBO even tried to reach her wo success and then said it was just an advertising service and could not do more. Ridiculous.

We have stayed at this property on previous occasions. This is an annual trip for many years and generations. We tend to stay in the same area and are trying to find a new annual location. While we like the property, the beds have significantly gone down hill. The larger beds are no longer acceptable as it feels as though you are hitting box springs. Mold around the facets especially lower bathroom is not acceptable. The barbeque as in previous stay was really gross and unclean. Given the price per night, better mattresses and cleaner bathrooms, etc. are expected.

Everything was great, kids loved the house, location was perfect and the host was on point. My only feedback would be the bed in the Master bedroom was hard as a rock and after a week my wife and I felt like Fred and Wilma Flintstone which is the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars all around.

The house location is ideal for walking, biking to different beaches. Short bike ride to East Cliff pleasure point for surfing. House is fantastically uniquely Santa Cruz with contemporary amenities. We loved every day of our week stay!

Homey large home by the Sea
We enjoyed our visit in this spacious home with our daughter, son in law and teen age sons. It was also perfect for our Jack Russell. It has a large back yard, several porches, all with plenty of places to sit. Also a well stocked kitchen and big dining room table.

Large, clean ,house in a prime location. Great backyard and porches. Yard was good to contain our dogs and hang out for people too. Kitchen was topnotch with high quality kitchen dishes and amenities. We'll be back!!!

Digital door instructions opposite as stated. Back door never set. Carpets stained and dirty. Barbecue filthy and caught fire searing one guest. Plumbing and electrical issues. Property manager very responsive. Interior needs updating

Perfect for dog owners
We go to Santa Cruz at the end of summer every year. This was my favorite property so far. The house is well stocked. Plenty of towels, the kitchen has all you need. There are 2 balconies that are lovely for morning coffee or evening wine. Wagon and beach toys in the garage. The house has multiple levels and stairs, but we appreciated some separation from our noisy boys. The beach is only 5 or so houses down. This is a very dog friendly beach, and our dogs loved it! The location is absolutely perfect. My only complaint is the bed in the master was a little firm for my taste. Overall, this is a large house with lots of room, and the location combined with being pet friendly is awesome!

There were so many great surprises to this great home, such as being a stone's throw from the ocean, having a wet suit available, wood for an evening around the firepit, and a kitchen fit for baking a wedding cake. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the house was very clean. There was one problem with the bottom drawer of the dishwasher that did not run smoothly. Thank you for a great stay. We would love to come back.

Lisa was quick to respond to any questions I had and gave me all the info we needed to access the keys and home in general. Would highly recommend this as a vacation rental for other people looking for a nice place to stay in Santa Cruz.

The house was big and clean. There was lots of space to hang out either inside or outside. The house was just a quick walk to the beach. Overall, it made for a great weekend stay!

Great large home with easy beach access
Large home with all the amenities. Clean kitchen with cooking accessories, very comfortable for our family. The kids loved the multi story home, the hammock and fire pit were great for an evening of s’mores. We will definitely be back!

Stayed with two grown children and their families totaling six adults and three kids aged 4,5 and 6. The house was big enough for everyone to feel comfortable and so quirky, with many levels and lots of private spaces for everyone to take time out to read, day dream, etc. The beach so close was the best thing for these active kids. They spent three days playing in the waves. Great Thanksgiving, great memories .

Fantastic House
In the most amazing location. 1 block from the beach, short drive to the Boardwalk and restaurants. Watched whales from the beach on this trip. Great family house with plenty of space for family of 9. Lia, the owner was great and very accommodating. Thanks Lia.
