This is located in a nice quiet neighborhood away from downtown. I much preferred the location versus a hotel we stayed at downtown. It also has a nice view of the valley from the back balcony. It’s only 15-20 mins away from attractions.

Restaurants or even road side eateries are not within walking distance so make sure you grab food before heading there. A small part of the road to get there is dirt/rock which is a little jarring on vehicles.

The place is quiet and clean. If you want to get away from the busy city, the location is ok. Very suitable for our family with 6 adults and 2 kids. All kitchen amenities are complete. Beds are super comfy. There are two bathrooms at the 1st and 2nd floor making it easier to prepare. Like the terraces too!

The place is very nice and spacious, especially the rooms as well as the living area. The balcony also has a very nice view. They have an enclosed parking space that can fit a big van. Caloy is also very accommodating and nice.

The location is quite far from the city center and there is about 200 meters of unpaved and very rough and steep road so experienced drivers are needed, and even then, the driver must still be very careful. There was also an unpleasant smell in the corridor and by the door in one of the big rooms (maybe due to stale trashcan).

The house was clean. There was plenty of room in the house for our large group. We enjoyed a lovely view from the balcony.

We only stayed for 1 night and the place is very quiet, not too far from city. We had 2 cars and they gave us another parking soace as only 1 can fit in the garage. they caretaker is very helpful. You only need to being toiletries for shower and everything else is already there.

The place is clean and relaxing. We were greeted immediately when we arrived. The actual is the same as seen in photos. It has a nice mountain view from one of the bedrooms. We didn't cook that much, but cooking utensils are there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much 🥰🥰🥰

No major issues so far. It's just that it's a little far from other tourist spots.

The property is of good size for family of 7. Good value for money but dont expect a total comfortable stay. they provided drinking water. exterior of the house looks nice.

House requires thourough cleaning. We saw small creepy creatures in the utensils drawer. Beds near the window have dust mites, i was not able to sleep well. Rugs and toilet mats are a little bit worn and dusty. We requested for pickup but the care taker was histatnt to do it , instead he said we use waze. we got lost and in the end he picked us up too. IMPORTANT: The road leading the property is a little bit rough road

Fully furnished vacation homes. The cleanliness and the quiet surrounding. Most importantly, the owner and the caretaker kuya Caloy attends promptly to all our needs before and during our stay. Location. Far from crowds and the noise and exhaust of diesel-powered cars and truck in downtown Baguio. Scenery was great too as was the quiet neighborhood.
