What a gorgeous property with hardwood floors and built-ins! Lots of room for 2 families of 4.

This was a nice, clean property-it was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was super responsive.

We stayed here while we seen sights in Cuyahoga National Park! Was a bit of a drive to the park but not bad. The property was very clean and served us wonderfully!

Well equipped and recently renovated house. Quiet street. Good parking at house and on street.

Frank's house is incredibly clean. Five bedrooms so we all had space to stretch out and 2.5 baths. Great rental property. Decent neighborhood, not really walking distance to anything but quick drive to some great restaurants. Frank is very responsive and the check in and check out were easy as can be.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and extra space were great. Use of the garage was a bonus. Our host was very responsive!!

This property fits our needs perfectly! We have a son attending Case Western Reserve University. We were just minutes away. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Nice kitchen with great appliances & basic utensils. Shopping close by. We will definitely stay here again!

Frank's property was the best place our group stayed in OH. We had to leave a property booked through another service. I found this house and reached out to Frank on little notice. He was responsive and had the home ready for us earlier than expected. The updates to the home and attention to detail made the home an enjoyable place to return to at the end of our days, cook meals and relax in the family room area. The appliances, furniture and, most importantly, the mattresses are all new. Frank did a great job communicating with me and offered to help us with any suggestions we may need about the neighborhood and attractions. Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was modern, clean, comfortable and within close proximity to Progressive field, R&R HOF, Little Italy, the Christmas Story house and a ton more. The hosts understand that the most important thing they can do is provide a clean comfortable place to stay and they nailed it. Thanks Frank & Sarah!

Stayed with my 3 daughters and granddaughters. We loved having room to spread out and esp. having 5 bedrooms. Located on a quiet street. House has a front porch, but we were disappointed there was no outside furniture. That would be a nice touch. Back yard is very small - it appeared to be larger in pictures. House was clean and well-furnished. Coffee maker was good, but there were only 2 full-size coffee cups. Others were only about half size. There were, however, at least 6 wine glasses. This property suited our needs and I recommend it.

Stayed here in early May 2018 for a long weekend with 7 adults. The renovation of the house was done very nicely and it made for an very comfortable stay. Frank and Sarah were very accommodating and I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Cleveland Area.

The owners did a wonderful job rehabbing this beautiful old home. The house is very spacious and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. We loved the old home and appreciated the efforts the owners put into restoring this gem. We had one issue with a toilet that was fixed the very next day. The owner was very prompt and sent over a plumber ASAP. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to many fun activities without the hassle of the city. Loved the home.

The house is about 12-15 minutes east of the Cleveland clinic and worked as a great residence for all the family and friends we had been doing while I underwent my operation and recovery! The home is very nice and comes with a detached two car garage that was awesome for parking and while it snowed, therefore we didn’t have to worry about scraping or brushing off our vehicles in the morning or brushing off our vehicles in the morning. About the home; it’s really terrific. Frank was great with communication and the home has thoughtful accoutrements in every bedroom. We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was very comfortable for four adults and three dogs. We were very lucky to find a host welcoming to our furry family members! I was very thankful to be preparing Thanksgiving dinner in the large kitchen with all new appliances! Thanks for having us. I hope to stay again in the future!

Family visiting and needed a place to stay with multiple bedrooms, kitchen, and living space. Lived up to everything we needed.

We were in town visiting our son who's attending Case Western Reserve University. Property was convenient to the school & great for relaxing & visiting. There was plenty of room & kitchen equipped with nice appliances & all the basics. The owner was very informative also. I highly recommend this property if visiting Cleveland.

All was as promised and Frank was pleasant and helpful when needed. WE appreciated the phone charger things in the bedrooms, as well as the fans. The house was close to a lot of things, 20 minutes from the Westside Market and the same for Cuyahoga National Park, so pretty centrally located for our needs.

Great location, most points of interest within an easy drive of the house. Owner very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Cleveland. Staying at this house was wonderful and really added to our experience. Very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

I've been using HomeAway and like services for many, many years. This was easily the best experience I've had. Frank is kind and courteous and respectful. He is very clearly committed to being the best host possible. One can't ask for a more attentive owner: that includes everything from the handsome interior design to answering questions about whether and where there's an ironing board. I would gladly stay at any of Frank's places without hesitation and I think he's the model all other owners should follow.
