We love our stay in villa nueva house !!!
Perfect for family time ,the beach is close just 5 minutes drive .The pompano pier was so closed and lots of restaurants options to choose from .
The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet !! We’re ride bikes and walk too!
We have so much fun in the pool !! Also watching the green iguana in the backyard and the little lizards around the pool!
At the beach we saw turtles nests and the little turtles hunching and help them go into the water ! It’s was a wonderful experience for my girls !!!
We definitely be back to stay in pompano beach !!

This was our first trip for Ft. Lauderdale with our family. We had a great time. Some days we stayed in by the pool and others we stayed at the beach for the day. There is a great boardwalk area with playgroud and splash pad within driving distance that was our kids favorite place to go. We also rode bikes/scooters there one day. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We would certainly stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is simply gorgeous and well stocked with incidentals. Everything was impeccably clean. The outdoor area and pool are beautiful and well maintained. Kenneth was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Checkin process was a breeze. Location was good and felt very safe. Will definitely stay again.

This like-new property is perfect - 6/5. From the great hosts Kenneth and Therese, to the easy and quick check-in process, to the quiet neighborhood, to the clean and beautiful house with the no pet policy and the private rear yard with an ample size pool and covered patio, we loved every minute of our stay. We will be back.

Unfortunately I'm more than disappointed. Communicating with Kenneth was difficult, after asking several times for our code to get in to property and receiving answers *that we ended up finding out were not correct* we luckily got in without too long of a wait but wow very stressful.
Upon arrival we noticed Ant trapes all over the floors which scared my kiddos more than the adults, and yes they're are ants in the house. After the first night we all realized pillows were beyond flat, sheets and comforters were very old and the towels looked and felt like they hadn't been replaced in years.
The pool is very small and wouldn't accommodate to a bigger group then what we had.
We followed all directions that he had requested which was a lot in my opinion for example must put garbage out on curb on x day and needs to be 3 ft from anything else this goes for recycling too they is on anothet day or fill pool on 5th day. And we did all of it.
The last but most important part of this review would be if your looking to get your security deposit back i would highly advise you not to expect that.
I didn't even know that we would be getting back any money so really this has nothing to do with that at all.
I received a message from Kenneth 3 days after our departure stating we had destroyed sheets and moved furniture around which voided the security deposit.
This all could have not been more than untrue. We left this home in excellent condition, never moved anything and probably left it cleaner then arrival.
This all sounds like I'm being pretty picky, but for the amount of money you pay a night I would have expected way more. And, the ending with the accusations really put a BIG RED flag for Kenneth and whoever managed this rental.
Beware of this scam and don't learn the hard way like I did.
Look over every single sheet for old stains you'll be accused of and any other possible reasons you could be accused of anything. Take those before and after pictures,they may save you in the end.
After all this and going back and forth a few times with Kenneth he decided to just ignore the situation.
I hope you read this and know I mean well but unfortunately this was my experience.

We had a wonderful time in this peaceful home. It was a short 20-25minute walk to the beach depending on the bridge wait times.
Everything we could possibly need was there for us, bikes, stroller for our 3 yr old and beach toys.
Very happy with the entire booking and managment process with Kenneth & their Families Home. We will definitely stay again in the future if its available.

Perfect family vacation (FUN for the kids and adults)! The house, pool, neighborhood, everything was amazing. The owner is very communicative and took care of the one issue we had with internet. If we take a FL vacation again, we would stay here! Walking distance to everything you could need! Full recommendation for those looking!

This was a great spot for our family vacay! They had a high chair and pack n play (with walk in closets aka no windows!!) for our little one and plenty of space for all the adults. The pool is the perfect size for socializing and the location is near enough the beach that you can walk or easily drive, but far enough that it’s nice and quiet.

For a home of this size for a weeks stay my expectation would have been some basics like this would have been stocked. Very simple $20 cost to have made our stay a five.
Overall though, the home was very well maintained, easy parking at the beach and many restaurants near by. We’d stay here again.

Amazing Home
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Pompano Villa Nueva. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Our family is 2 children and 6 adults and each of our expectations have been exceeded with Villa Nueva. The house looks good on pictures but the pictures do not do justice how nice it is in person. Kenneth was more than helpful and immediate to respond to any requests made.
Definitely a place we will visit again.

A Beautiful House
We had a wonderful stay in Pompano Villa Nueva. The house was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Large rooms, high end finishes and beautiful landscaping- it was perfect. It is located in a lovely neighborhood and ideally located to enjoy both Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Our communication with the hosts was excellent and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Florida.

The house was much nicer than the pictures. I loved how the bedrooms were in three separate wings, it made for privacy. My family especially enjoyed the pool and the well stocked kitchen. Great fun

Love It!
Absolutely loved this house...We were 3 adults and appreciated the nice separation of the bedrooms. ...House was immaculate....and appears as it shows in the pictures...so tastefully decorated. Master bedroom suite is luxurious. Great pool... just large enough to heat nice and toasty. The pool heater "died" while we were there...One call to Kenneth and it was replaced in less than 24 hours...no pool time was missed. Climate control in the house takes care of itself nicely...Never had to adjust for changing temperatures...Hope to rent again if available.

Kenneth was very responsive whenever we had a question about the property, even before check-in. The house was beautifully maintained and worked well for our party of 8. We definitely enjoyed the large kitchen and living area as well as its location close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

My dream vacation home!
I very much recommend this place. The house is the nicest, comfortable, and everything is made for your vacation to be perfect. I recommend taking a swim in the pool at night, and experience the shifting colors in the water. The backyard is comfy and offers a nice, big barbecue.
The area is quiet, nice and safe. Perfect to hike, jog or cycle around with the house bikes. Beautiful Pompano beach is very close, and I loved to exercise at the outdoor exercisers available on the beach. There are many things to experience in the area for families and children. Coral Castle was amazing and gator boat ride very fun! There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars. Try out the local Irish Briny Pub at the beach! Sawgrass Mills met all my shopping needs and the prices are affordable. Only 20 minutes from the Airport, and about 30 minutes to Miami beach. I can guarantee that you are going to thrive!

What a fantastic place you have!
What a marvelous place you have, Therese and Kenneth! Only 20 min from the airport by car and we still felt like we lived in a quiet area. We also had access to bicycles which made the way short to a nearby beach and check out the area of Pompano. We had a fantastic week at your beautiful home, and thank you for your good tips on restaurants, outlets and attraction we should see. The house was big, beautiful and clean when we came, everything was as in the picture and more. We loved your place and would love to come back.
