This condo was great! Easy check in and the host called to check on us. Lots of beach supplies, so you don’t need to buy any. Only complaint was rugs left in washer when we arrived and the floor was Sandy, which is at the beach.

Very nice condo and well equipped for a family-friendly stay. Pool is very nice and the ocean is steps away. Can see the ocean from one of the two large balconies. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and convenient to Everything. Owners checked in to make sure we got in, communication was great!

The location is amazing!!! Love the beach. It’s right on the beach. Not too crowded. Parking is easy. Everything is accessible for eating out, groceries, shopping, etc. I wish the unit we stayed in had fixed the broken microwave and screen before we arrived. Also the screen doors need some maintenance as they are difficult to open and close.

The property was perfect for our getaway. The condo had everything we needed and was very roomy. Communication with management was easy and prompt. Access to the beach was simple and the pool area was excellent. We are already looking into our next getaway here. Highly recommend this spot when looking at Cocoa Beach.

Very happy with this condo .Very clean . Plenty of towels and fresh sheets. All appliances worked perfectly. Owner has terrific communication. Sandcastles is very well maintained. Door was nice convenient keypad entry. Beach supply closet was nice. You will be very satisfied if you stay here.

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and we were pleased with the condo, the pool and access to the lovely beach.
As stated in our rental agreement, it was noisy during the day due to construction at the next door building., but we were usually out playing during that time. The property manager kept in touch with us and seemed genuinely concerned that we were happy with our stay.

We had a great stay here. The kids loved the proximity to the beach, and the beach accessories that were available (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, shovels, etc.) in the suite. This was our third place to stay on our vacation with a full kitchen, and it was the best by far! We were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was (pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc.). It made making meals for the family easy.

We had a great experience, the condo was beautiful, close to the beach, even though not ocean front, still had a beautiful ocean view. Lots of things to do close by. Beautiful pool, and hot tub. Enjoyed every minute of our stay, thank you!

Amazing property
We had a wonderful time at the beach. The property far exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have ocean front but that didn’t matter because we could walk there in two min. The pictures don’t do the condo justice… even all the beds were comfortable. Five star!

Wonderful
My husband, two kids and I stayed for a week and truly enjoyed our trip! A short walk to the beach and the pool right down stairs made it easy for us to get the most out of our trip. Keith was great and was easily reachable should we need anything. Can't wait to stay again!

Fantastic family beach vacation, it was the perfect cozy beach getaway! The access to the pool the beach was easy and convenient. The property is clean and well-kept and the property caretakers were fantastic!

Fun time at the beach
My wife, son, and I traveled to Cocoa Beach for vacation. Keith’s place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the master suite, and our son enjoyed having his own bathroom and bedroom. There were two nice balconies, one of which has a side view of the beach. The facility has a nice pool and hot tub and is just a few steps to the beach. Keith was very cordial and responsive during the booking process.
