This studio condo was just what I needed for a home base! It was clean, centrally located, and well stocked! The decor was a little dated, but still ok- I really didn’t spend too much time there anyhow!

Since I spend most of time while on a Hawaiian island out and about I really just look for a clean comfortable place to stay and this fit the bill. It was clean and quiet. It is right across the street from a beach and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary.

Good condo with everything you need and more. Not very clean, but that's the issue with the cleaning people management need to address. Floors are pretty dirty, there was a broken glass everywhere: floor, inside the microwave and most disturbing on the mattress of the sleeping sofa when we opened it. Good that there is a vacuum in the condo we used to clean everything. One piece of glass over the front door is missing, found few bugs inside, AC is weak and working non-stop. We did not contact the Management company, but they sent several update emails, great communication. All of the above is the inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. Great location, but beach across the street is not very good, shallow, dark sand, people fishing, but sometimes turtles are getting out on the beach. Good pool, good clean grilles, good tennis court, property is old, but very well maintained.

Perfect area to travel all around where we wanted to explore, perfect access to the beach across the street. Place was nice & clean when we got there. Overall was a great time!

The property was clean and welcoming. Communication from the property manager was excellent, and I felt like we knew all necessary information before we even stepped into the home. The property was well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed during our trip. We had a wonderful time in Maui, and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo on the northern side of Kihei. Traffic was much better here than near some other beaches on the south side. Easy check in, clean unit, pool and hot tub were excellent. Conveniently located across the road from the NOAA whale sanctuary which had a great beach/fish pond with little waves and we were able to see 5 turtles on our first day!

Our favorite and most used items were the boogie boards, there was also snorkel gear, chairs, and umbrellas. We also loved that it was near the entrance of the complex. The bed was super soft. The A/C in the unit was great, but we did run it a lot when in the condo. The ceiling fans were helpful as well. The fan in the bathroom did not work while we were there, but that wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was stocked with more than what is listed. There were icepacks in the freezer, but we also froze water bottles. There are two small coolers in the closet also. One thing all units could use are more hooks to hang towels. And in the shower for loofahs. The space is suitable for two people. We had to unpack our suitcases and use the dressers as there is nowhere to leave a suitcase other than the closet. A cute little beach is right across the road. The pool and hot tub area is great also. There is also a shower station at the entrance of the parking lot which is great to keep sand out of the condo. Wifi worked great. We loved the location for being quite central on the island, being approx the same distance to each main area of the island. Ultimately, it's Maui so that's the best part of it all!

Very convenient location, and well-stocked with household items. Like the pool view, and beach across the street. The only downside was 3 overcast days.

Nothing fancy but comfortable. Nice to be near beach with turtles.

The floors were tile and appeared clean upon arrival until you walked on them barefoot, Wow our feet were black on the bottom. We personally cleaned the floor three times the first day and it still needed something more to remove the tacky substance on the floor. We were not happy about the floor condition.

Everything went well. The beach is just a 15 sec walk across the street.

Renting this property was a good experience, the kitchen was stocked with good kitchen equipment, like good pots and pans, slow cooker, rice cooker etc. The location is good and the swimming pool and area was nice. Thanks for providing a good loved space.

Well maintained unit and complex. Unit had everything we needed to prepare meals when not wanting to experience Maui cuisine. Park across street allowed us to catch several fantastic sunsets and visit with sea turtles. Pool area with hot tub and grills always clean. Highly recommend Kihei Bay Surf!

This property was perfect for our first time visit to Hawaii. Easy and accessible walk to town, beaches, and food. We were able to rent a car for the day literally two blocks down from the VRBO to take the road to Hana which is a must do!! Sugar Beach bakery had the best farmers market, you must try their fresh guacamole!! We used the hot tub almost every night and it was the perfect way to wind down. Overall, we will definitely be coming back to stay here for future trips!!!

We went all over the island and it was the perfect central location. Full kitchen, clean and all you need for the beach, towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella etc. we also played a game of tennis with the tennis rackets and balls provided. You must eat at the bakery Sugar Beach Bake Shop down the street! We went there almost every day and have zero regrets. Safe and quiet area and the pool was never over populated. We would definitely stay here again.Quick responses when we needed help. Great place to stay if you’re like us and just need a home base but are gone most of the day.

This condo was perfect! Very clean and excellent location. Fully supplied with everything you would need. Check in was incredibly easy. Bed was comfortable. Endless beaches right across the street, and if you love turtles this is the place for you. Pool and hot tub were a wonderful treat. We loved our stay!!!

This condo is perfect for someone looking for a reasonable place to stay while exploring the amazing island of Maui. Everything you could need is provided, including endless kitchen equipment and beach gear (coolers, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards). Some items were damaged but still fine to use! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Well stocked and comfortable unit. No issues with checkin and checkout. Convenient location, across from the beach. We would have benefitted from a few more toiletries, but that's it.

The condo had literally everything thing you can think of for Hawaii. It was a perfect stay for us.
