Coco Beachside Duplex ist schwer zu erreichen. In dieser großen Suite mit Designerdekor und 2 Schlafzimmern und mehreren Terrassen am Strand können Sie sich bei geöffneten Türen ausruhen und den ewigen Passatwind und das Rauschen der Karibik genießen. Dieser 5 km lange Strand verdient wirklich das, was die Leute als "das bestgehütete Geheimnis der Insel" bezeichnen. Einfach ein Ort, der schwer zu schlagen ist.
Coco Beach Side Duplex ist eine geräumige Maisonette mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einzigartig für ihre große Terrasse direkt am Strand von Simpson Bay. Sie genießen den Panoramablick auf das karibische Meer oder das Vorbeifahren von Kreuzfahrtschiffen und Megayachten, während Sie sich auf Ihrem Liegestuhl sonnen. Das große Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurde mit einem Flachbildfernseher aufgewertet. Sie werden sich im Urlaub wie zu Hause fühlen. Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind: Vollklimaanlage, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten und Highspeed-Internet. In der obersten Etage befinden sich die 2 Schlafzimmer. Coco Beach #2 has serious problems. Since 1992, we have visited SXM + never confronted so many issues. Julia+Winnie (Sunshine) were helpful, but these things made our trip unpleasant. We asked for a partial refund of rent for the problems, but the owner refused. It’s a beautiful location, but until the safety issues are resolved, we cannot recommend staying there. We are used to poor decor, unmatched dishes, and minor maintenance, but the problems encountered in April 2023 are unacceptable.
1. Refrigerator malfunctioned for 5 days–did not keep ice frozen or food cold. We couldn’t even make a cold drink.
2. Safety issues - a. Upper deck stringers are rotted + joists pulling away. Lower deck has rotted areas that sink when walked on. The onsite property manager confirmed this + had 2 contractors inspect. He indicated there should be a rail on the steps from the deck to the sand.
b. Inside floating steps likely do not meet the current building code. Railings are unstable and moved significantly when used which could be dangerous for the elderly or small children.
c. Outside lights burned out. Lower deck bulb was replaced, upper rusted shut.
3. Ants on the kitchen/bathroom counters were treated, but ran rampant on the deck furniture. Technician wanted to treat the outside, but that was not approved.
4. Washer was unbalanced and ‘rocked and rolled’ even with a small load. Housekeeper said this was a long-time issue
5. Only 2 outside table chairs were undamaged.

We had an incredible 10 days at Coco Beach. The view from our back deck was truly breathtaking. This two bedroom unit is spacious, well stocked, and clean. We appreciated the gated parking lot, the well maintained grounds and we enjoyed spending time in the pool and gym. Watching the planes overhead was a great source of entertainment as were the yachts in the bay and the abundant marine life. We were able to snorkel right out our back door, had a sandcastle building competition and took long strolls along the beach. Thanks Winnie for your great communication and for allowing us to share in your piece of paradise!

We just returned from Winnie’s place and are already looking up dates to come back. Winnie was incredibly helpful, with a perfect space to just relax and enjoy the sun and sand. If you’re up for walking — There’s a ton just outside of the neighborhood within a 5-10-15 min walk depending what you’re looking for! We will grab a car next time to check out other spots on the island but we didn’t need one by any means. I’ve done a ton of traveling/space rentals and I have to say they really did well here! Towels, rafts, cookware, etc. Just pack your clothes and relax 💕

This was a wonderful property. Great location, some walkable, but also very short car ride to many great restaurants. Do yourself a favor though, and spend as much time at the property as possible. Truly the beach doesn’t get much better, and you have your own self paced service.

We have been to St. martin several times but never stayed at Coco's Beach Club! It sits on the best part of Simpson Bay and close to everything!
The view and ability to walk directly off your deck and into the sand was magnificent! There is also a pool onsite if you want a change of scenery.

Excellent management staff- very friendly and very attentive to any questions. St. Martin is extremely easy to enter if you are vaccinated- which is a huge plus!!
The one thing to know is that Cocos is right up next to the airport. So you do hear the jets in the afternoon landing and taking off. It wasn't a negative for us but for some it might be.
We will definitely return to Coco's!!!!

The condo is spacious and has everything a family could need on vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the decks have the most amazing views.
The management company was very attentive..responding quickly to any request we had. There are tons of restaurants nearby and one right in the beach, a few steps from the condo.

We had several things that needed attention/repaired while we were here for several weeks. Winnie and Zoe were very good about addressing the issues promptly .
