Das Downtown Provo Cottage liegt nur einen halben Häuserblock von der historischen Innenstadt von Provo entfernt. Es ist ein charmantes Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 kompletten Badezimmern und 2 1/2 Badezimmern.

Wenn wir hier Vollzeit leben könnten, würden wir !! Es gibt Platz für alle ihre eigene Sache zu tun. Genießen Sie einen Film in HD, ein Nickerchen machen, kochen ein Abendessen für eine Menge, genießen Sie die ruhige und doch optimistisch Nachbarschaft wie es in der Nähe der BYU und der Innenstadt Provo ist.
Da dies ein Ende der Stadt zu Hause Einheit ist, gibt es so viel natürliches Licht, könnte man nicht nach draußen gehen wollen! :)

This cottage checks all the boxes for a great stay in Provo. Very clean and nicely updated. The basement was a cool and comfortable place to get some work done when the temperature outside topped 100. Be aware that the damage deposit is vastly out of line with similar rentals. Overall a great value.

My family had a great time spending our weekend here. We were walking distance from many stores, restaurants, the library, and we enjoyed taking walks around the friendly neighborhood. Everything we needed was supplied including a pack n play. The basement was spacious and the perfect place to relax at night.

This place was great. Everything was very clean. The house was welcoming and comfortable. Loved that there was a garage! The kitchen came equipped with lots of supplies. Property manager is very organized and kind. Definitely would book again without hesitation!

This was a nice home right in the heart of downtown Provo.
The location is fantastic, the home itself was clean and had a great layout, the garage for parking the car was a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was exactly as described. Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was close by. Would stay there again. Owners were polite and accommodating. Highly recommended.

This was exactly what we hoped it would be. A lovely home with comfortable beds, nice showers, plenty of bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is basically the basement TV room - which is great for common areas, but not so great if you wanted that 4th bedroom to be a private area (we didn't need it, so it was great for us). The 2 car garage was great as well.

We came to town for the BYU/ISU game. The house was a great location and perfect for our group of 5 adults. The bus to the stadium was only 1 block from the house and very easy to use. Jen was a great host who gave us many ideas and was quick to answer when we had questions. If we are back in 2 years for the game, we will definitely look into staying here again.

Our group came for 4 day event. This home was lovely and is so comfortable. It is centrally located and easy to get around. Home was quiet at night. It is equipped with everything that is needed. Well done! I hope to stay for are annual event again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had enough room for our family of 6 to spread out and have some space. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. My family enjoyed doing the puzzles together that the property owner had in their game collection. We would definitely stay here again!

Two moms stayed with two teens for events at the BYU campus. It was so convenient to the campus and to groceries, not to mention the university avenue with cool shops to explore. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for a college area, just occasional people out late.

We enjoyed staying here the week before Christmas. There was everything we needed there, including holiday decorations. The bedrooms and basement are on the large size. The gas fireplaces were a nice extra touch and put off plenty of heat. Location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this property! To us, it is our second home. It has everything you need. Beds are cozy with plenty of blankets. Kitchen is stocked for cooking meals. Games and movies in the basement ends the day just right. Walking distance to eateries and shops. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

This place is way cuter than the pictures in the listing and the location can't be beet. We stayed two nights with five adult women friends. The location near downtown Provo restaurants and shops made us really love the town. We felt safe and enjoyed ourselves.

We enjoyed the accommodations. Perfect for a girls golf outing. We were all able to have our own space. We loved the garage because we didn’t have to worry about our golf clubs. Would definitely stay again!
