Ruhige nordöstliche Strandwohnung nur 200 ft über die Straße zum Strand Zugang- Schöner Strand mit guten Angeln und Schwimmen. Erdgeschoss, Küche / Wohnzimmer-Kombination mit Queen-Schlafsofa und ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Komplett eingerichtete Küchenartikel (keine Spülmaschine). Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Zwei Kabel-TVs und WLAN. Kleine Sitzecke und gemeinsame Loungebereich hinter dem Grundstück mit Grill und Außendusche.

Die Insel verfügt jedoch über einen erschwinglichen Stretch-Golfwagen-Taxiservice für 3 $ pro Person auf der ganzen Insel. Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes und familiengeführtes Unternehmen. Unser Mietobjekt liegt rechts an der 2. Ampel ein paar Häuser hinter der Sugar Shack auf der linken Seite. Wir sind auch zu Fuß zum Sundae Cafe, das beste Restaurant auf der Insel zum Mittag- und Abendessen !! Der Leuchtturm und Museum sind auch nur ein paar Blocks entfernt. Komm und bleib bei uns und genieße unsere Außenterrassen, Grills und Tiki-Lounge-Bereich! (Diese Einheit bietet Nebensaison 1-2 Monate Vermietung nur pro Buchung von 1. November bis Ende Februar für nur 2 Erwachsene. Die Reinigungsgebühr wird verdoppelt und ein Aufpreis berechnet, wenn der Strom über 100 USD beträgt. Außerdem gibt es eine Kaution von 100 $ für monatliche Miete. Schmutzige Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich abgeholt und Sie erhalten saubere, wenn Sie nicht Ihre eigenen benutzen möchten.

Huge bonus is the tiki shower in the back courtyard. Even has shampoo and soap. Short walk to the nearest boardwalk and next door to Sugar Shack for nightly ice cream! Only drawback is the booking process us a little cumbersome bc you have to fill out a separate rental agreement and send it in. I haven't encountered this with any other Vrbo rental. And you must call or text prior to checking in and upon checkout, even if you're within the time frames the rental is guaranteed to be free. Had a small problem with the lockbox but the owner was there to help literally in minutes, which was awesome. Would come back.

The Seascape was an amazing place. The room was clean and stocked with all the things you need. The outdoor spaces were beautiful from the back patio, outdoor shower and play space with tiki bar and gas grill. The walk to the beach took 2 minutes. My family and I will be back!!

The property is as described on the site. It was neat, clean, and located in a good central area to walk to just about anywhere on the island you may want. There are two sweet shops nearby if you have children (I recommend Pralines since their employees are friendlier), and beach access is only two houses down. For the adults, there is a brewery and several eateries/bars within a block of the apartment.
There is an outside shower so you can wash off the sand before going inside and a shared area in the back to just relax in. Another plus to the area is that this part of the beach is not as congested as the north end or around the pier. We got to watch a pod of dolphins swimming in the area and overall it was just so much calmer than other parts of the beach. I used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch with no problem and there were enough dishes and utensils provided to cover just about any meal you could cook.
The towels and sheets were soft, a pleasant surprise, and smelled wonderful. There wasn't that odd smell you get with some rentals near a beach, and the grounds were maintained. We plan to come back and hopefully be able to continue renting this particular unit.

This is our second time on this property and we love it’s location to the beach and Tybee restaurants ( especially the sugar shack!) This time we also enjoyed playing cod hole in the common area out back!

Awesome place
delightful place to stay quiet are of the island. Nice community area with cornhole and grill. Tv in the bed room channels doesn't work. But overall highly recommended place to stay!!!!

Amazing Location!
The property location was perfect - just a short walk to beach access on very quite street. The beaches were amazing! The unit and surrounding property are older and could use some sprucing up, but it was comfortable and worked very nicely for us!

Older property, but great location to beach.
Just a walk across the street to the beach access, nice and quiet location. The property was older, but met our needs. The window unit leaked water onto the carpeted floor next to the bed. Evidence this has happened over some time, stains on the wall etc. We informed them when we left. Overall nice stay.

Close to the beach but not the comfiest.
This spot was really convenient and less than a 1 minute walk to the beach, which I loved, and check in/out was really easy. I would say this is a good place to stay if all you need are the bare essentials and don’t plan to stay inside much. It was pretty clean, everything just seemed sort of old and in need of some updating. None of the furniture is very comfortable. I would definitely say that the bed is uncomfortable and my partner and I did not sleep well. The towels and linens also had a very perfume-y smell that I didn’t love. All that to say, this place is fine if you are more interested in being close to the beach and just need a place to crash and keep your stuff.

Third time staying at this great property. Pat, the owner as well as daughter Julie were always available and took care of all our needs. The property has everything you need with many shops and eateries nearby. You’re only feet away from the beach! What more can you ask? I will be back!

Perfect location, great management
We were not ready to go home from our vacation and did a last minute reservation while traveling. Julie worked with us and even met us at the door to be sure that everything went perfectly for our check-in.
The property has been in her family for three generations and you can tell by the cleanliness and care given that the family loves their home. The apartment was sparkling clean with a comfortable bed and nice linens and towels.
This is a retro environment, so if you need fancy and new, find another place. We love the beach feel and found everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.
The location is great- just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. We were on the beach for sunrise every day. Agave, the Mexican restaurant around the corner makes great Mojitos and did a good job with social distancing. Bubba Gumbo's had patio seating, fresh brown shrimp and good hush puppies. A late Sunday afternoon found room at the bar at Huck-a-poos for ice cold, $2 beer without too much of a crowd. A later visit was disappointing. We didn't go in because there was a crowd and we didn't feel as safe.
The one thing that no one had any control over that was a big bother were the gnats on the beach. They bite and it hurts! If anyone know how to keep them at bay, let us know!
We will be back- and we would like to stay with Julie again.

This property was just as described, literally 200 yards from the beach access and 200 yards from ice cream- we didn't get in our car the whole weekend! Perfect for a couple for a weekend getaway, it has everything you need for a beach trip.

Perfect place for a quick getaway!
The condo is just like the pictures describe. You are a 2 minute walk from the water and there are several local restaurants nearby. There are beautiful historic neighborhoods to stroll around and this is at the part of Tybee island where there are not too many people. It was pretty crowded for the holiday weekend, but not as dense as the other parts of the beach further down. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back!
