The condo in the Pilot House was amazing. We squeezed 10 adjusts and two little ones in this beautiful 3 bedroom space. Some dishes were dirty and tears in one kitchen chair were not ideal. The blue wicker swing on the deck needs to be replaced as it sheds none stop. Other than those few complaints, it was just wonderful. Sandestin resort is gorgeous and we made the most of our time on this vacation. I would definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the showers. Location was amazing :)!

Not a accurate description of the property/location. There was no way the condo was 1400 sq ft. The second bedroom did not have a king size bed. The third bedroom had its own air conditioner and thermostat, we could not get it cold in there. The dryer did not dry properly.
Pool on third floor was not as large as the pictures made it look.
Overall it was a ok experience. Not interested in returning to this location.

We just returned from a stay at the condo and it was wonderful! Communication with the owner was the best I've experienced with rental properties. He replied quickly and provided coolers with ice when the fridge needed replacing at the start of our week.
The rooms are comfortable; one king, one queen, and lock out unit has two queens; plenty of closet space; well stocked kitchen for dining in; carpet in bedrooms probably needs replacing at some point; easy beach access via tram practically outside the front door of the Pilot House; lots of fun restaurants in the Village (highly recommend the Crazy Lobster), One parking space per unit and the garage fills up quickly during busy season and weekends! Overall a great vacation and we highly recommend this lovely condo. Many thanks to the owner for being so helpful!

Great location for small kids. The pool was fun and we loved being so close to Baytowne. We never had to drive our car. Only downside was that the condo could use a little work and updating. Porch looked rough and dirty when we got there and carpets could use a good cleaning.

the size was great. the beds were most uncomfortable; way, way to hard, no pillowcases, hard pillows. supplies: dishes, cups, glasses were great. chair swing on porch is starting to lose plastic covering. would be nice to have directions on how to use the t.v. remotes.

Enjoyed our trip to Destin and this unit! Loved the convenience of the unit. Close to the festivities, but little to no outside noise. The dryer took several cycles to fully dry items and the AC unit in 407 was very loud (kids were in that side, however, had adults been staying there, it would not have been tolerable). The kitchen was well stocked and the master bath was wonderful!

Our stay at Pilot House was such a lovely space for our family. The location is so convenient and we were able to go between the beach and pool. Tram pick up/drop off right outside the building was perfect. Fireworks at the wharf on Tuesday night was enjoyed by our whole family. The Farmers Market on the weekend was so nice as well. We will be back to Sandestin!

The condo was awesome. All the codes given worked. We had zero problems the entire time we were there. There was adequate bedding for the sleeper sofa, and the sleeper sofa hard a memory foam mattress. I would highly recommend.

A Beautiful Spacious Property in the Heart of Everything!!!
I really love this property! I like to stay where I can walk to everything. We stayed at Baytowne Wharf and we were able to walk to restaurant, shops, a few attractions like ziplining and more! We were able to take a shuttle to the beach. So that was really cool. The property was perfect! As my family gets larger, it's best for us to stay in properties that have 3+ bedrooms and a kitchen if we would like to cook. Oh! We loved the balcony! Spring Break was wonderful and this Vrbo property was a big part of it!

It was in the perfect location to the wharf which we were still able to go to frequently even in the rain. The condo had plenty of room and was great for two you g children. We plan on making a yearly trip back to this same exact condo. The only issue we had the entire time was the AC in the single unit didn’t seem to be working. The management team had it fixed immediately. They were extremely responsive and helpful!

Great location, great condo! If you're going to be prepping/cooking food (in addition to your food) bring sugar, salt and pepper. Everything else is provided.

Great rental
We stayed there for 16 days recently. Overall it is an excellent property/rental. Only few cosmetic issues that need to be addressed. 1) In the kid's bedroom with 2 twin beds, one of the beds at bottom corner scratched 3 of us on our shin legs and caused such bleeding. 2) Wine bar outside on the patio needs to be cleaned out, dirty wine glasses, behind the bar also trash behind the patio couch. 3) Carpet in all bedrooms need to be shampooed. Very dirty spots. 4) Building elevator, one of the 2 broke down, causing such delays in getting on the elevator. Otherwise it's a nice rental. Would stay there again. Bette, property manager, was great to work with. Highly recommended this company - Destin Memories, LLC. Thank you!

6 adults were stuck on the elevator with a toddler that had pooped it's diaper for almost an hour - Response team stated they were never told which unit and elevator we were in, that caused the delay
Some type of alarm was going off outside our bedroom window from about 10pm to 1am, took 4 calls to get someone to address the issue and get it turned off.

Baytown Wharf needs to step it up with their management of the property.

Great Family Vacation!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The bedroom layout was perfect to accommodate my husband and I as well as our teenage daughter, toddler, and my mother in law. Everything was exactly as described, and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. It really is the perfect unit for a larger group.
