First the staff was very nice and understanding, they provided and setup extra air mattresses and bedding for kids that we requested and checking in was very easy. The house had a few items that were not working and/or broken that we didn’t find out until we arrived. Specifically the fire pit and the movie theater chairs were not working and the back of one of them was broken. On our last night a massive water leak occurred from the bathroom next to the kitchen and it basically was raining in the master bathroom/bedroom directly below it. We had to have the family of four that was staying in that room (parents and two small children) go to a hotel. Not that this was anyones fault, things happen, the company offered another property to us for the last night but that would have been a major hassle. No monetary credit was given for this inconvenience, we shut off the water and cleaned it all up ourselves as well (because we didn’t want things to get ruined or damaged further). It basically killed the last evening and we needed to be out the next morning, not exactly how you want to end a trip.

Property manager was prompt with replies and helped out with everything we needed. House was large enough for all of us. 6 total.

the home was beautiful although we thought we were renting the sister house the house we ended up in was beautiful; however we had to clean the house! we had to change the sheets stains were on the sheets, we had to clean the bathrooms, we had to clean the rooftop area, there is only 2 rags in the bathroom some only had one, we had to go out and buy rags and towels. The TV's are hard to figure out we called and they came out and said one TV needed batteries to turn the channel so just leave It on this channel (haha) we went and bought batteries remote still didn't work so they had to watch one channel if laying down mind you it was all couples. the bedroom downstairs bathroom is not in the room its actually in the hallway. The master bedroom fireplace did not work, the master bedroom door has no LOCK, and it won't close behind you if you. To make it stay closed we had to put a shoe behind the door when we were in bed or changing. When we left we had to put a bag stain in the crack of the door to get the door to remain closed while we were away. The cushions on the patio and the rooftop was not cleaned so we put towels on top ti sit on them. To work the elevator you have to make sure the inside door is locked but figuring out what floor its on is another thing if the door is not closed properly. for the price of this home I was very disappointed yes they had beautiful views but if you have to clean a home and things are not working properly who cares about the views when. you live regularly seeing views you expect when you pay for service or a product you expect to be satisfied not partial satisfied. if the house was clean and had all of the amenities needed the stay would have been amazing

Awesome property for large groups. Clean home, easy check in/out, views of LA. Overall, great experience.

Ended up at the neighbor property due to technical difficulties but everything went smoothly via the prop. manager and the stay was better than expected. I will definitely stay again if available.

Our extended family of 9 stayed over Christmas week and had a great time. House is nice but not precious, so very comfortable to hang around and relax. Very spacious.Only negative was construction across the street that was a little noisy and made getting in and out difficult at times.

We had a great stay here and never ran out of things to do with the roof, views, pool, hot tub, games, billiards, movie room, etc. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and living area and kitchen were gorgeous! And the location is killer! Highly recommended for larger groups.
