Large suites very quiet an dcomfortable

Dining area is not tented very well. Long waits just to get a coffe. Wish there were ice machines on the floors. It can take up to 20 minutes to get a bucket of ice.

It was beautiful, exceptional decor everywhere, great gym, rooftop pool was quite small but amazing views and great ambience. Loved the cafe staff, we only grabbed coffee but they were so warm and welcoming. The room was so well appointed and spacious! Plush beds and lovely big bathroom with great products. Couldn’t fault the Chamberlain, would love to return.

Nice hotel in a quiet residential area, central west Hollywood, easy to reach both airport (30 min), rodeo (10min), walk of fame (10 min), Beverly hills (5 min) .. Clean, large and comfortable room, with well refurnished mini-bar Swimming pool on top Very good value for price

While room was perfect, we noticed some smell in the shared corridors (petrol from parking, glue from carpets?) - maybe low air circulation Reception is closed after 8.00 pm, you need to call in case of late arrival

There room was cool, nice decor, spacious, came with a nice balcony, the bathroom was also nicely decorated and spacious, with closet space in the bathroom as well. Breakfast was enjoyable, my reservation came with vouchers for each guest for breakfast for 30$. The pool are was nice, a rooftop pool with nice city view. Location was nice, close to basically everything we wanted to see.

Thank you for the complimentary bottle of Prosecco and the nice noted added in my room. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Location is perfect, the upstairs pool area is beautiful. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to DT WEHO area. Will definitely be back!

A hot tub option would be nice but I understand space is limited.

The location was ok.

The room was underground with no natural light, the AC didn't work properly and the other rooms were super loud late at night.

the rooms were very spacious and clean, comfortable bed and great central location in WEHO

The stay was a little pricey for just the room. It would have been great for the rooftop pool to be heated so it can be used during cooler months. Also would have been nice to have some music playing on the rooftop and to have cocktails served at the bar there. This would have created more of an atmosphere so we could spend more time up there as opposed to going to other hotel rooftops.

we loved the rooftop fire pits , the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was helpful for check in to check out.

The food we ordered was estimated at 30 min but came over an hour later and everything was cold and tasted stale as if it had been sitting the whole hour.
