The apartment is decorated in light colours and the beds are comfortable…. The bathroom has a good shower and the air conditioning was a great asset in the heat. The balcony gave great views over the city roofs and an outside space. Giorgia our host was attentive to any questions or issues too 👍

We were very happy with our three night stay ….the apartment is in the top floor (3rd floor) with no lift so anyone with lots of luggage or mobility issues may find it challenging…. However after walking +20k steps every day we got fitter and the stairs weren’t a problem 😀

Lovely property in the heart of Venice close to shops.

It would have been excellent to know the number of steps involved especially for check in. I believe most people are aware that properties in Venice may not have stairs but confirmation would support to be prepared.

This is a lovely place to stay in a great location. we loved being so close to all of the bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crazy busy main sights of Venice. Very comfortable bed and lots of space, we particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony of an evening watching the sunset!

There wasn’t much to not like however there was no cork screw provided (annoying when you settle in for a nice glass of wine) A plug in mosquito repellant may be good to provide too as on our first night there were a lot of mosquitos in the apartment.

The property was nice and pretty much what we expected. The location was good as it was a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle, which meant it wasn't noisy. It was also right next to a water bus stop, which was handy. The host was really helpful and was in contact in the days prior to our arrival to check what time we were going to arrive, so she could make sure someone was there to meet us. We were greeted by the housekeeper who was there cleaning the property and she gave us keys and let us drop our cases. The weather was lovely for most of the weekend, which meant we could sit on the little balcony. The bed was a good size and comfy and the kitchen had a hob and microwave (no oven). The host was easily contactable if needed and we could leave our cases when we checked out in the morning and came back to collect them when we left and dropped the keys off, which was convenient.

The apartment is at the top of the block and there is no lift. There are 67 steps. We are a fit couple who run so it wasn't too much of an issue for us, although after a day of walking, it was tough on the legs. Not suitable for older people or people with disabilities, as there is no lift. I couldn't seem to connect to the internet (the hub wasn't displayed when searching), but this wasn't really an issue, as we can use our data. Couldn't get anything on the telly either, but again not really an issue as we weren't fussed to watch TV. Otherwise, all good.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

The apartment was brilliantly located - in a quiet area but minutes away from all the famous spots in Venice. 15 minute walk to Rialto bridge. 20 minute walk to St Mark's square.

Everything was fab - the only suggested improvement i would make is that as we used the second bedroom (which contained the sofa bed) there was no comfy seating (unless we made the bed back into a sofa each evening. Not an issue really as we were out and about in Venice most of the time.

Lovely and warm and very quiet so great for sleep. Excellent location close by to walk to all the main sights.

This is a great little apartment, close to some fantastic bars and restaurants. There's a little balcony overlooking the city, which was perfect for sitting and relaxing, morning and evening. We had a wonderful time!

We loved it, but people need to be aware that there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment.

Great apartment to stay in Venice. The host was very kind! You will find everything for a pleasant stay in this place, kitchen with appliances, all rooms have own conditioner, coffee machine, etc. Walking distance to everywhere, boat stop in 3 mins. Will come back again! Thank you!

Location is perfect. Very nice and cosy apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Nespresso machine, and dish washer are available Very quiet place. Lovely terrasse with a view on Venise roofs Giorgia was a very kind host, warm welcome and always available on What’s app.

The water flow in the shower is a bit low but obviously due to the old and Charming building.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant and exceeded our expectations - modern, spacious, bright and in the perfect location yet quiet. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Quiet but central location. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean. Some kitchen basics like salt and dish towels were there, that was nice. Amenities such as the sound resistant windows (seagulls can be pretty noisy ;)), air conditioning and balcony in a nice old building super close to two convenient vaporetto stops. Would stay again!

amazing place to stay in venice!

Very nice communication upfront, precise instructions how to find it, which proofed to be very easy. The apartment is very spacious for two with large bright windows and a small terrace, with sunset. As we love the Cannaregio area, the location was superb. Our lovely host managed to get a table in a nearby excellent restaurant. All in all a place to remember and a stay we"ll not forget.

Great location near the train station (easy walking distance even with some luggage) in beautiful Canareggio district, Vaporetto station just around the corner. The apartment itself is really beautiful and also beautifully decorated. The balcony is great for breakfast or drinks in the evening. The bed was big and very comfortable, we slept very well, also due to the calm environment. Communication with our host was always fast and straightforward, she was more than helpful! Our expectations were exceeded!
