Please ignore the rating as I cant make a review since we had to cancel due to approaching Hurricane Ian. Fortunately we did cancel as Sanibel took a direct hit by the hurricane and we would have had to evacuate.

Had a nice relaxing time, pool and beach access was very close and both had minimal people. The only negative is the condo wasn't very clean, there was still sand all over the floors and on the dining table as well as the bathrooms needed to be cleaned and wiped down to remove dirt and hairs.

Beautiful and spacious
This space was in an extremely convenient and beautiful location. Lots is space allowed us to feel at ease with our group and their belongings. Easy access to the beach was wonderful, and even though our pool was under construction during our stay, the ability to use the neighboring units was sufficient.

Great location, lots of space!
We loved the location on this property and liked how the beach was not as crowded here as in other areas along the island. The condo is nice and clean; however, I would suggest to the owners to leave more dishwashing pods and garbage bags. The beds are in need of new pillows. For as much as you pay to stay, these would be simple ways to improve guests stay and help keep it tidy during the stay!

Only a fair condo. Dated. Old refrigerator didn’t work when we got there. Toilet plugged up several times( old style low flush toilet). Weak WiFi TVs not Smart TVs except one Excellent communication

Nice condo, so convenient to beach!
Pros - size of rooms, view, amenities
Cons - couches need cleaned, they are beautiful but on the ends they are showing and feeling grimey. We had planned to use the pull out couch as a bed but it was very uncomfortable until we moved the mattress to the floor for kids and then that worked just fine. The icemaker didn't make any ice at all but we were able to work around that as the fridge kept our things good and cold.
Overall would definitely stay here again! Beach was amazing and pool was great temperature!

Excellent Family Unit
Large, clean unit with comfortable living room furniture. Excellent mattresses. View of ocean is only from the screened in porch but it is a beautiful view. Pool is in great shape and beach is spectacular.

The condo was perfect for our party of five.
The condo was perfect for our party of five. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, cook and eat in the condo, and plenty of space to spread out. Will definitely plan to stay on Sanibel in the future and use Sanibel Captiva Vacation Rentals again.

Loved it!
I loved the no contact check in process and the room was absolutely spotless! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The view from the front door and the patio are both stunning. You can only use the side pool but that was a great way to social distance! This place comes with beach chairs, toys, and towels. The rooms were all very nice including the pull out bed in the living room! Absolutely fantastic location in the sundial resort without a ton of foot traffic. No maid service (which we preferred) so just bring extra toiletries with you are a full house including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Overall a wonderful experience!

Great Location, disappointing accommodations
Beautiful property, the grounds are well kept, pool was clean. We had to call maintenance for a clogged tub and they responded quickly.
Not as clean as I would have liked inside. The living room floor was a bit sandy when we arrived, the refrigerator had food on the outside of it.
We loved the size of the dining room table and extra chairs and the big table on the Lanai.
The condo was listed to accommodate/sleep 8. We arrived late on a wknd to find no bedding for the pull out couch and it hadn't been cleaned out, lots of food crumbs from previous people. We bought an air mattress and had to buy 4 more beach towels so we all had one. There were not enough cooking/serving dishes for 8 and nothing to carry food to and from the grill and no grilling utensils.
We love Sanibel/Captiva and vacation here often. We have never experienced not having enough to accommodate our large family.

We did have a backed up tub during our stay and the maintenance man was there very quickly, and was a very nice guy. We really appreciated that.

Dirty! Dirty! Cockroaches and more Cockroaches!!!!!
Property was very dirty. We had to call the rental agency to have the floors cleaned the day we got there. We had 2 children under 2 in the condo and we were so concerned. The worse part were the cockroaches that we had to deal with all week. They were in the kitchen and horrible. Thank goodness we stored our food in the upper cabinets. We didn't call because the cleaners apparently do not do the kitchen. There were so many items missing from the condo. It was so poorly stocked. Needed more dishes, silverware, cooking pans that did not have all their coating missing, no wine glasses, glasses and dishes that were chipped. Knives that are actually sharp. Could not believe that there was no salt and pepper shakers or any type of spices that couldbe bought at the dollar store. We had to buy a $6 box of coffee filters that had 80 in them to make 7 pots of coffee. Left them hidden hopefully for the next occupant. The bathroom rug was in tatters and looked at least 10 years old and was filthy. The electrical outlets did not work on the counter or on the wall of mirrors. The light in the living room was poor (one lamp). The rugs in the bedrooms needed a cleaning or to be redone. The size of the condo was great and layout but that is the only good thing I can say about it.

Great condo in a great location
Our party of 8 stayed over spring break. The condo was large enough to accommodate us and not feel crowded. There was a nice large tv in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms. It had enough seating inside and on the patio for all of us. While not a full ocean view the view from the patio was nicer than I expected. The kitchen was outdated and in need of some cooking items. The unit could have also used more beach towels (it had 4, should have had 6) and beach chairs. It also only had 1 umbrella. We could have used 2. The washer and dryer in the unit were a good size and convenient. The unit was on the top floor, so be prepared for a hike up and down the stairs. That didn’t bother us. The management company was great. They promptly answered my questions and gave us all of the information needed for our stay. They called before we arrived and called a day into our stay to make sure everything was good. I would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again.

Horrible. Total lack of professionalism and follow up. NO indication at all that the unit we rented was not part of the Sundial resort. NONE. We did not know we couldn't use the main pool, and were humiliated when asked to leave in the middle of the morning (the pool was not even half full). My kids were playing and laughing in the pool and I had to pull them out and leave. Unbelievable. I never got calls back when I had questions. Horrible. I'll never use your company again and will make sure everyone I know gets this review as well.

My husband and I recently spent six nights in T401 at SunDial Resort. We traveled with our daughter, her husband, and their two children. We were very pleased with the accommodations with the three bedrooms. The kids loved having the choice of eating at the kitchen bar, the dining table, or out on the screened in deck. There were enough plates provided that we didn't have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Having a washing machine and dryer in the unit was extremely helpful. The only downside was the mattress in the master suite -- it desperately needs to be replaced. I had occasion to interact with the ReMax people two times and each time they were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Property had nice amenities (restaurants, bars, store, pools). But renting through VRBO/ReMax we were forbidden from using the main (only heated) pool, get towels from the resort, use the fitness center, or use bikes and kayaks. The unit itself was clean but shabby - needs paint and updating. One bedroom had neither a mirror nor a TV set. Location was good, though nor beachfront; easy walk to the beach and pool (the one we were allowed in). Easy drive to stores, other restaurants, shopping.

Pros- condo is large and accommodating. Plenty of space to spread out. Beds are super comfortable. Great location. The shelling was wonderful at this beach. Cons- be prepared to buy or bring EVERYTHING you need. This condo has an occupancy for 8. You are provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent tab, 2 laundry soaps, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 beach towels etc. You get the picture. When traveling with 8, you will need more than what is provided. Condo was overall a bit run down.

Great for 2 families with travelling together with 1 or 2 kids each or less. Modern facilities. Great dealing with Remax - easy, efficient, helpful. Good location but recommend a rental car to get around Sanibel / Captiva. Do not come here expecting to have drinks and catch-up with mates on the balcony though as 9pm is lights out for turtles. noise must be kept inside and shutter blinds closed to not confuse the turtle hatchlings - this was a tad disappointing for us as this was the only accommodation where we were to have a few loud drinks together (and did not want to wake the kids). Otherwise was super. Also note ample parking space for guests. Pool is very warm in Summer so not easiest to cool down. Beach is great for shelling and sand dollars + the odd fighting conch! make sure management switch on fridge well before your arrival.

We were in Sanibel for three days and two nights. We were able to get into the condo at one on the first day and check out at 5 on the last... very grateful for the extra time! My husband and I were traveling with our two sons, one with a wife and baby and the other with his girlfriend. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay!
