Erstaunliche Strandlage perfekt für Familien mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten und wunderschöner Aussicht. Cindy ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin und sorgt für einen reibungslosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Very nice but could use some minor updating. Lighting in master bath was missing recessed bulb. Seemed like some of the light switches were quickly painted over and some did not work. Kitchen cookware was older and some not very clean (noticed that the dishwasher didn’t clean ours very well either )so it may have been cleaned but not checked before they put it away. The A/C kept going out and needing to be reset These are just little things and all in all we were very happy so not meant to be a bad review.

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with nice beach with 2mins walking distance. Will book it again in future.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was perfect for our family of six! Our almost grown kids loved having a bed of their own lol! We love the location and the private section of the beach!

Very good place to stay but it is not beachfront it is across the street from the beach. But there is a walway over the street to get to the beach but there are a lot of stairs going dowň to the beach. But overall for the whole family great place.

Loved everything about our stay! Host checked in on us to ensure our stay was perfect. She also gave us a list of places to check out in the area which came in handy since it was our first time in Destin. We were a family of 12 and this place accommodated all of us. Beautiful beach view. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Great space, especially for families. Note that one of the rooms is off of another so you have to walk through it to get to the other room.
We used one room for children, and the master for my husband and myself )plenty of space for a pack and play in any room btw), and the back set apart room for my friend and their two kids.
TONS of sleeping space. Great walk to beach and pool and the communication via text was incredible.

Loved everything about my stay. We’re a family of 11 and didn’t expect everything to be as smooth and accommodating as it was; however, Cindy and her condo DELIVERED! The location was perfect for beech access and within 20 minutes of every other place we went. I’m committing to this booking for any of my returns to Destin as a Family.

We had an enjoyable stay in Destin. Ms. Cindy made it a whole lot better. We didn’t have anything to worry about she takes cares of everything and is such a pleasure to work with. My family and I haven’t had a trip together in a long time and it was absolutely wonderful, from the condo to the weather. Thanks again and we will choose to rent from Ms. Cindy again. 😊

Let me talk about Cindy first off. She is very nice and helpful if I could ever meet her I would give her a hug. Her condo is beautiful and in the best spot. You can see the ocean at every angle. If and when we go back, I will most definitely VRBO with her. She was not bothersome. She told me what I needed to know ahead of time and made sure we made it and then on left us alone unless I text her. I want to thank you so much. If you have a family that has 4 adults and 4 children it’s the PERFECT place and spacious. Again Cindy thank you so much it was the best time I have ever had in Florida.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cindy was great to work with! Everything about the unit and property was great. The only problem we’ve ever had here is the parking situation, but that isn’t Cindy’s fault. Even with the parking, it was still a great vacation and we will be back!

Perfect Location, Accommodations, and Amenities
This unit had everything we needed for a beautiful week at the beach. The kitchen had all of the utensils, servingware, and pots/pans we needed. There's even cookie sheets, muffin tins, a bundt pan, a slow cooker, a blender, and a mixer. All if the knives need sharpening, so if that's important, you might want to bring your own. Don't forget to pack extra kitchen towels/washcloths. The one of each that came with the unit needed replacing pretty fast, and we usually needed another when the first was in the washer. We were a little surprised that we had to walk through the middle bedroom to get to the 3rd bedroom, but we worked it out by having everyone leave the 3rd room, go down the outside hallway, and enter the kitchen door. Not a huge problem that got worked out. We had a small issue on the first day, and I texted the owner who took care of it promptly. This is a lovely, large condo in a great location, has great amenities (including an on site restaurant with amazing food), and has a front row seat to a beautiful beach.

Great location
The place is dated and has a strange layout. I must have missed in the description that you can only access the third bedroom by walking through the second bedroom. It wasn’t convenient or private for 1/2 of our guests. We also had a toilet that would run and a noisy elevator next to one of the bedrooms. Overall, the location was the saving grace for this rental.

Family Spring Break
Thankfully, this 3bdrm/3ba condo was available 2wks prior to our arrival! The bedroom accommodations were perfect for our family of 11 and the 4 accesses to the balcony were very nice also. The kitchen had everything that was needed. Cindy was available and promptly responded at any time to any questions we had and was so easy to communicate with and gave us detailed info that was required. Definitely recommend Cindy and this condo to anyone traveling. The views were wonderful !!

This property was great, it was in the perfect location. Cindy was awesome to work with the entire time, she even allowed us to check in early. Property has everything you need, all within walking distance. You can't beat the view for the balcony, it was beautiful!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Great beach getaway!
Home (condo) was beautiful! Pictures of pool, tiki bar, grounds somewhat misleading. Made it seem much larger than it actually was. Overall, though, wonderful stay.

Where to begin... at first it started out as a very pleasant interaction. The pictures looked very up-to-date so expectations were high, little did I know what we would be walking into. Upon arrival we noticed the place was extremely dirty like it had not been cleaned since the last time it was used. There was a pile of sand under the third bedrooms bed. The floors were so filthy that without shoes on the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt. The entire place smelled terrible, it hit you as soon as you walked through the door. The dishes were dirty as well. The ceiling fan in the main room didn’t work nor did the one in the third room. The a.c. in the second room did not work so it was extremely hot and humid the entire week we were there. In the third bathroom the shower doors fell off on me while I was showering but luckily two of the gentleman also staying were able to fix them (as best they could.) We also noticed that the door frame was busted in that room as well and so the door would not close. On the main balcony we noticed the floor was very soft in one spot as if any minute we could fall right through it. All in all the room was outdated and not very well taken care of and most certainly NOT WORTH the price we spent to stay there. The women accused us of breaking her door (as mentioned before) and charged me $100 to fix it even though it was broken already. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing to say the least.

Cindy was a wonderful host. She kept me posted on everything I needed and was always available. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. The beach is straight across the road with easy access. The restaurant at the condo was truly the best place we ate while vacationing.
