Great place, would highly recommend!

There is no dining/breakfast table, but for this trip it was fine. We set the temperature at 66 but always warms. Kinda hard to punch numbers to get the garage. Elevator went out and we could not get in via stairwells for about an hour, then some one said they jammed the stair locked doors open and we got in. The unit was very good as one would expect in a good location.

Great spot for skiing!

Everything was well communicated for a vrbo room. Clean, good instructions, good location. Nice place. I will come back and recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect size and bed set up for our family of 5. Cozy fireplace & spacious master. I wish the property had been a bit cleaner (food in fridge, some clothing found under bed & a few other small things). However, we will DEFINITELY come back and stay again at this same property. It was the perfect New Years ski trip to Beaver Creek with our family!

Wife and kids enjoyed this spacious condo in Chapel Square for Xmas vacation. Restaurants downstairs, on the Avon Skier Bus route, warm garage. Fantastic place and we will definitely rent again.

Nice place. Only problem was I wish it had A/C in the bedrooms. Opened the windows at night and it was ok

The apartment is nice and cozy. It has a nice view of the moutains. Restaurants, bars and grocery store are a walking distance.

Straight forward , everything in its place hefty deposit , so I shot video of the place as I walked out . 5 stars as long as the deposit is properly credited.

This is a great little apartment in the heart of Avon. Close to everything, it’s just ideal. I would give it five stars but the fireplace and jets in the tub were broken and the manager/host did not disclose the problems prior to our stay. I believe in transparency.

Walls are thin, could hear the TV blasting from the neighbors, one night until 11:30pm, and started again at 6:00am, very frustrating! The mattresses in both rooms could use replacing too, we felt like we were sleeping in a taco! Also recommend adding bus instructions on how to get to BC.

Good location and well stocked condo. Jacuzzi and fireplace didn't work during our stay

The unit advertises that it has a gas fireplace, however it does not work but I paid for it. The manager/owner should have informed me of that. A fireplace is a well-used and appreciated amenity when renting a place in the mountains. The smoke alarms went off each time I cooked and I wasn't burning anything. Then the smoke alarm began chirping as it does when the batteries are low. I emailed management and got no response, so I figured it out myself.

This condo is conveniently located in Avon. It’s the third stop for the skier express to Beaver Creek and right across from the supermarket. Dining is within walking distance too.

Property management very responsive and helpful. The location was close for adults but a bit too far for children to pack their gear to the bus/mountain shuttle. Great pizza place in the same complex. The unit was very well appointed with all basics you would need. That being said, there were repairs that were needed (kitchen faucet, blinds, deck ext doors, large rip in sofa.) We stayed 2 nights and had wonderful skiing at both Beaver Creek and Vail. This was one of the more affordable options and worked well for our family for a weekend stay.

Great time

Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of location but the place needs some TLC. Kitchen faucet handle was old, loose & about to fall off. Couch had a tear from wear in the seat. Coffee table’s leg was loose and wobbly. Light bulb needed in lamp in bedroom. Bathtub looked dirty / dated due to the jets being brown. Kitchen had limited offerings in food prep - no large bowl for salad / pasta, no large sauté pan for cooking items. Dehumidifier in closet was nice touch to have - but did not seem to work.

Clean and close to stores and restaurants. A bit of a challenge to get to the ski resorts if you don't have your own transportation. 10 min drive minimum.

Visited for a weeks stay with my family which includes an 11 and 9 year old. I’ll start with the positives. Bedrooms and bathrooms good size Hot water good Kitchen well stocked Host was responsive Clean Great location WiFi good Close to restaurants Quiet location when windows are closed Plenty of towels Here were our challenges that I think guests should be aware of before booking to avoid frustration. Uncomfortably hot- no ac in bedrooms so had to blast living room ac making that room too cold and unusable and did little to cool off bedrooms- they remained at best 82* at night. I’d kindly suggest management get portable ac for bedrooms so guests can sleep during summer months. The entire building seems hot, not just this unit. The hallway was very uncomfortably hot as well which is unfortunate. Had to sleep with windows open which was noisy below due to retail and people always being outside in parking lot until late hours of middle of the night. Portable Fan broken and extremely dusty. Tiny TVs in all rooms- even the living room might have been only 22”? So small that most programs didn’t display properly. Living area very small- difficult to sit with our family of four to watch a movie and our kids are little. With 4 adults it would be very uncomfortable to sit together. Couch is the smallest loveseat I’ve ever sat on. Unusually small Parking spot very tight as mentioned in the listing. Obviously much of this would not be relevant for guests staying during winter season. This is particular to summer.

We lived the proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek. We liked having the underground garage.

Sweet little apartment, great views of the mountains, located in a nice little complex with walkable restaurants and shops. AMAZINGLY stocked kitchen. We couldn’t find the shuttle to Beaver Creek and the parking garage was difficult to locate, but overall loved our stay.

Very comfortable place with a great location to bus to Beaver Creek. Instructions for the skier bus given by owner and the city could be better. For instance, just because you took that in the morning doesn’t mean it will take you back. You have to take the red line from the landing.

Great place to stay for a family ski weekend!

Great condo for a ski weekend for 4 people. Beds were super comfortable. Loved that it was so close to shops and restaurants. There were no extra towels or toiletries in the unit though...

Myself and four family members were fortunate enough to stay here for two nights after Christmas and ski/ board at Beaver Creek. While the price due to holiday time was high, we would stay here again. The property was as described, clean easy to park and access. It was a bit confusing as to the exact location, above a strip mall with front elevator access through the Cohabit Hotel. This location while a few miles from the slopes, offers affordable restaurants as well as a grocery store within walking distance. I know there is a shuttle but we did not take it as we had a non skier who dropped us off. We were happy to discover the mountain offers free garage parking after 3:00 so he was able to meet us for après ski easily.

Love this place! the location is awesome for access to both BC and Vail. checkin process is super easy and love being so close to restaurants and grocery store.

We were 2 couples and one single and this place was great! It was very clean and easy to access.

Very nice and comfortable property for two moms and 2 kids ( dad stayed home). Absolutely everything you need is within walking distance. Property is quaint and quiet. We loved the fact that it was so close to so many different towns and villages. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and excellent communication with the booking agent. We did have a hard time getting the ac to cool and did need to use all the fans and open the windows at night to cool it down. Other than the ac not cooling it was a great stay.

Communication was easy with the property manager.
