Communication with the Vacasa team definitely needed improvement. This house is withing a 5min walk from the beach access point in Lincoln city. Perfect for a large group and the game room was great even though several of the games did not work.

We've been here every year for about 6 years. We are a large family (7), 2 adults and 5 kids ages 16-6. It fits all of us very comfortably and the kids have a great time hanging at the house while mom and dad have a date, or if we need some down time/relaxation between meals and activities. The house was very clean, everything smelled/looked nice and fresh. We love our stay here every year and it truly feels like walking into a nice, familiar second home every year. Thank you!

Our family and grandchildren really enjoy being able to stay in this family friendly well-stocked beach home for the second time. Everything you would need is here except a private chef! We will work on that ourselves.

The place was very roomy with lots of open space. Master bed was very comfortable. Spectacular activities and games for all within the house.

We had a great stay. There was plenty of space to spread out which we loved. Rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked. A couple areas that could use attention were the kitchen was poorly lit partially due to multiple burned out bulbs and the master bathroom tub had a very loose knob.

We loved the ocean view, close beach access, game room, board games, fireplace, kitchen & the fact that there was plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful vacation destination along the coast! Beautiful views and the perfect home for our family of 6. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable, the game closet was a huge hit, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. Amazing week in this beautiful beach home!

The game closet has more options than I have ever seen. Charades was our favorite. The game room was a blast and the hot tub was the Cherry on top. We had a wonderful stay and the house was just perfect for us all. Celebrated Dads birthday with 6 adults and we had everything we needed and more in the house. They thought of everything we could possibly need and so easy to access. Thanks to all.

Although we had several issues getting into the property, once we were in we had a great time. Loved the fact the "kids area" with the bunk beds, arcade games and table games were all on one level. The kids hung down there and had their own space and I could be upstairs. Vacassa was attentive with the issue of getting in and when we discovered the air hockey table was broken. Kitchen had a lot in it. Unfortunately previous guests didn't keep some items clean.

Perfect for a group of adults and teens. Both groups had their own living rooms. The assortment of games was excellent and most equipment in great condition. For a very rainy week we stayed in a lot and had a great time. Hot tub location was slightly weird because it rains a lot and rain drips right into it off the roof which was kind of eew, but we still used it and it was not quite hot enough but lovely. Location of the home is great for a super short walk to the beach. Will stay again. Side note we left something there and had to stop back by after checkout and housekeeping was super nice.

This home was perfect and we plan to rent again some day soon. I rated this home 5 stars. On our arrival we noticed the home was quite cold, we found the thermostat was set to off, and we adjusted to 68 degrees and went out for dinner while the home heated. After dinner we found the home was still cold, and a little troubleshooting found the furnace was not working at all. A few calls later the management company (vacasa) had someone out to fix this first thing in the morning. Long story short, after a nights sleep, a little more bundled up than normal "#campingindoors"...the person sent was unable to resolve, but he SAVED the day (and our trip), by getting us a couple of space heaters to get us by. We truly enjoyed this trip and this home, there's more to type here but no one wants to read a novel, needless to say this owner, this management company AND for sure the local repair person all did right by us and to us THIS is what a truly great place should be like! (all the features, all the amenities, AND when things go wrong they are there to help and make right).

We had an amazing time at Wave Haven! We stayed over Thanksgiving break with family coming in from all over. The house has everything you need plus more. The basement was super fun and where we mostly hung out. The arcade games, pool, air hockey and ping pong were a huge hit for all ages! The upstairs hall closet has an abundance of games. It’s across the street from the beach, but you can still see the ocean and hear the waves crashing. There is a scenic view point with beach access just a short 5 minute walk. The only negative would be the oven is not full size. We were there for Thanksgiving which made cooking all the food a challenge. There is a grill on the back deck so we were able to keep food warm. Upon arrival, our access code did not work. After numerous attempts, the rental company gave us the code for the manual key box. The key only opened one door and that door had a chain lock. We waited for 2 hours before the rental company showed up. We were there for Thanksgiving so our cars were loaded with coolers of food. This was a huge inconvenience!

This has been one of the best homes that we have rented for our annual family weekend. It was clean, kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, glass, etc. the view was so nice and the house was bright and cozy! We will be back!

We were there for the November APA Chinook winds tournament. House was a nice size for our group of people. It was clean and well organized. Highly recommend for rental.

Grill needed a deep clean before using, the hot tub was great however is not under cover we had to wait for the leaky gutter to stop and wait for wind to die down to avoid pine needles . Great entertainment for whole family! Games were a plus! Only issues were the pull out sofa is broken. Was hard to get it back into the sofa and with the rain and wind storm the lights flickered throughout the night and in case of power outage there are no flashlights in the house nor a first aid kit. With kiddos it would have been great to have as they were terrified to sleep downstairs with no flashlight . Overall we would love to stay again!

This is our 3rd year in a row renting Wave Haven, and it's been better and cleaner each year. They're always making improvements and adding to the fun arcade for kids. Love this place.

Wave Haven is very clean and has everything you would ever need for your stay. The kitchen has every pot and pan and then some, tons of books, puzzles and games. Roads end is so beautiful and enjoyed walks on the beach several times a day. The people are simply the nicest!!! I will be back to Lincoln City and will be booking again for another stay at Wave Haven. Fantastic location. Great restaurants!

The game room and hot tub were great and the kitchen was very well socked for cooking almost anything. The view from the deck was nice. It included a friendly seagull who came to visit multiple times a day. 😉

Loved the layout of the house. Pool table, ping-pong, air hockey plus. Open floor plan with kitchen and great room. The only slight negative was that the floor was pretty dirty and socks and feet really blackened by end of the day. All in all would definitely come back again. Positives way out-weigh the one negative.
