Sandcastles 404 - Come for the Launches, Stay for the Beach !
Willkommen zu dem Strandurlaub, von dem Sie schon immer geträumt haben!
Dieses Gerät hat eine spektakuläre Seitenansicht des Strandes und des Atlantischen Ozeans. Außerdem können Sie nach Norden in Richtung Cape Canaveral blicken und die ankommenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe sehen (und mit etwas Glück starten.) Wir sind eine Minute zu Fuß zum Meer und etwas mehr als eine Autostunde von allen Attraktionen und Themenparks in Orlando entfernt.
Sie wohnen in einer renovierten Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im 4. Stock mit allem Luxus von zu Hause. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr, Utensilien und Haushaltsgeräten.

Sommer 2016 - Brandneue Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe, Kühlschrank und Toiletten.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen an der Wand montierten Fernseher, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Bad en suite. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelbett sowie einen großzügigen Kleiderschrank und einen an der Wand montierten Fernseher.
Das gesamte Haus ist gefliest, rauchfrei und haustierfrei. Sehr familienfreundlich! Wir haben alles enthalten, was Sie brauchen: alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher (einschließlich Strandtücher), Liegestühle, Kühler, Sonnenschirm und Boogie-Boards.
Es gibt ein Esszimmer und ein Familienzimmer. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-Kabel- / Film-TV und einen Glastisch für 4 Personen. Diese Strand-thematische Wohnung ist für Komfort und Bequemlichkeit unschlagbar. Wir haben WIFI im gesamten Gebäude und ein Festnetztelefon.
Das Sandcastles bietet einen schönen Außenpool und ein Spa, Tennisplätze, Zugang zum Privatstrand sowie verschlüsselte Aufzüge und Treppen für Ihre Sicherheit.

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great and accommodations were exactly as listed. Full kitchen with anything you might need, as well as full beach gear (umbrellas, towels, toys, coolers, chairs).
Host was great and super responsive to our questions before we arrived, and even checked in on us during our stay with a quick hello message. Would definitely recommend! Good location with grocery store nearby as well as places to eat.

Excellent condo suite exactly as described! Everything in kitchen fully functional including kcup coffee machine and lots of extras in pantry for meal prep.
Balcony has great view of beach and ksc. Also condo is very close to downtown strip, many dining and entertainment options.

We enjoyed our family vacation to Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The pool and beach access was perfect - we even saw a rocket launch from the balcony. Close to many restaurants and shops. Kathleen was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was as advertised. Condo was very clean and we had no problems what so ever. Plenty of good restaurants really close as well. The owner let us know about some rocket launches that we got to see as well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Kathleen's place just feels like a home away from home. It was so well stocked with everything we needed for our weeks stay. We especially enjoyed beverages on the balcony and evenings out in the hot tub. Everyone we met was so friendly. Very central location in Cocoa Beach. Highly Recommend!

Nicely decorated and well stocked, very clean condo. The balcony faces the Cape Canaveral launch site, so it was an added bonus to see a rocket launch. We LOVED having beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler to take to the beach - a short walk through the dunes. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
Small snafu the day before check-in as I didn’t realize we also had to sign a lease, but it all worked out.
Definitely recommend this condo on beautiful Cocoa Beach!

My husband and I loved getting to stay at this property. Even amidst the construction that was going on, the owner was in communication with us giving updates and it didn’t inconvenience us too much. This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, towels, toys, and floats. We enjoyed getting to sit on the balcony in the mornings and enjoy our coffee as well as having plenty of room to hang out inside at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

What a wonderful condo. Newly renovated and beautiful condo with all new appliances and a perfect location on the beach. Kathleen was an amazing host and you can tell she really cares about her property and makes staying there a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect! Our host was amazing and very responsive and helpful, as this was my first VRBO experience. The host helped me plan my family vacation. The condo had absolutely everything we could need for our stay! Very well stocked and lots of additional beach items that were so nice to have right at the condo. Easy and quick communication with the owner who met all of our needs and went above and beyond to make our trip work for our schedule and for our toddler. Would highly recommend!!

This property is fantastic and the unit we were in was beautiful. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony looking at the waves each morning. Great beach with perfect sand bottom. Cocoa Beach is a great beach getaway. Going after school started made for a quieter experience which we enjoyed. The condo we were in was outfitted perfectly and there were lots of extras for going to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more!

One of the best vacations we’ve had!!!
Not only was the property renter super sweet and helpful, the property was extremely nice, very clean, convenient and in a great location. Secluded enough to not deal with big crowds but close to everything you could possibly want to do. Not to mention the condo was completely stocked with just about everything you need for a week! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!!!

Beautiful stay for Family Wedding
Everything was easy about this condo rental. We were given the access code and instructions the day before and everything worked great. We were greeted with a beautiful view as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of linen and beach towels and beach chairs. We highly recommend.

Quiet resort with all the amenities, especially for a family traveling on a budget. The condo was fully stocked with EVERYTHING we could have needed. Proximity to the beach can't be beat, security was wonderful. The other tenants and owners were very kind and accepting. The owners of this condo are fast communicators and very accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to stay again!
