Great location by the Marina. Large and comfortable. Unfortunately no laundry if staying for a while. There is a laundrymat about 6 blocks away-closed on Sundays. A/c worked great. Overall a very nice stay. If come back will definitely stay again.

Jim was a great Host. Communicated very well. The condo was great, beds comfortable and the location was perfect for access to the marina and all of the hit spots in downtown Cabo. We will be back.

This is the perfect spot for a fishing trip. Docks and Sanchos both within about 100 yards!

This is a great property in the perfect location for Cabo San Lucas. It is spacious, and we’ll appointed. The only criticism I have is that there is no central air, the only air conditioner is in the master bedroom, and it is a mini split. Also, they need a large trashcan in the kitchen with instructions as to location of the dumpster. But I loved my stay, and would definitely return!

Nice location for traditional Mexican style condo m. Also great details given for access and Nearby businesses. It rained heavily during our stay and a leak in dining room required a couple buckets Loved having 2 bathrooms and balcony was very nice Some things that could improve stay would be better lighting and a few more amenities in the kitchen. ( dish towels, napkins/paper towels) Also it would be good to mention that there is no elevator to 2nd floor, however I will add that there is usually a security guard nearby to help with the luggage.) All in all we had a great time! Thank you

Hello - We can down for a fishing weekend and this property was perfect. Don't expect luxury, but it is just what we were looking for. Right on the Marina to get to your charter, and easy walk to everything and anyting in downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described, clean and all the instructions and information give to us before was a great help. The property manager was very nice and helpful as well. Loved having two bathrooms. The deck was nice to sit out and enjoy the afternoon sun. Great location, being right on the marina and close walking distance to the beach, mall and markets . The highlight of our trip was the sunset boat tour.

Great time. No spring breakers. Minutes from the boat we fished on.

Location was awesome. Right downtown where we wanted to be. The Condo itself was great. Took a few tries to find all the switches to run lights and fans, but overall we had an amazing stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cabo. One thing I would hope too see next time is an umbrella out on the patio. There was a table and chairs, but if we wanted to sit outside there wasn't any shade. This would be a huge positive for us. Thanks for having us!

If the beach is not your thing and you prefer walking distance to a variety of restaurants, this is your place. Medano beach is an easy 20 minute walk. The locals beach at the end of the marina is about a 10 minute walk. Close to small markets for water and other basics. Bring earplugs, it can be noisy weekend nights, but all of the units at this end are equally impacted.

We stayed June 30-July 5th; Was excited for the location; arrived at the condo, unfortunately there was a pool of water in the dining room; called Ana (Mgr) and she was very helpful, was the weekend - yet, she tried to get it fixed. Turned out it was the Main-AC unit in the ceiling- which had issues and the condensation was pooling up and falling into the condo from the ceiling. Had no Main-AC throughout our stay...since the repairmen would need some time and space to work, they decided to do it after we left. The Split-AC in the MasterBR worked and the 4 of us were able to make a go of it by leaving the MBR door open. We were tired enough most nights! The kitchen is very basic - as are the pots/pans (we bought a non-stick pan & left it for the next tenants- you are welcome:-); Nice big fridge, 4 burner stove, nice ceramic plates, silverware etc.The location is unbeatable - great access to the downtown area and the better restaurants- we felt these were more authentic and not the touristy kind! The marina is in your backyard for all water related activities. Ana is extremely helpful....we booked all our activities through her...and we not only saved good money, we also got a full-refund, when one of us became sick and couldn't go....Thank You very much for all your help, Ana! A general piece of advise: Try to take pesos from your bank in US - the exchange rate I got was good; we found the rate at the nearby Casas de Cambien not very good. Also, ask for the prices in pesos...they always quote you $ prices...in many instances, it is much cheaper in pesos. Quick shout-out to "Tacos Gus"....we went there 3 times!

Our family loved visiting this property. The location made it easy to get to anything desired by any age....nightlife, nice dinner, marina, Medano beach, Dairy Queen, the bus stop and the Pariso mall. It fit our family perfectly. It was clean, WiFi and Air conditioning worked, beds were very comfortable and lots of room. Having two bathrooms was the best! Anna had everything prepared for us and the entry was seamless. It is up one flight of stairs which made it even more spectacular in the mornings looking out to the marina just steps away.. Great location to Cabo but the property needs updating.

This spacious 2-bedroom condo is located right next to the marina, close to all the Cabo action. (So close to the action, you may want to bring ear plugs for a quiet sleep!) Comfortable beds, kitchen has basic cooking equipment and new refrigerator. Onsite security made us feel comfortable during our stay. Loved the outdoor patio (we brought our yoga mats and stretched on the patio in the sunshine). Jim provided lots of helpful info, and Ana was quick to respond to emailed questions. We recommend this if you're looking for budget Cabo accommodations.

We have rented this property several times over the years. It can't be beat for it's location, it is close to everything....,beach, nightlife, fishing, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is well supplied. Beds comfortable. We go for the fishing, which is great in Cabo!

I don't want to say too much about this jewel. I want to keep it a secret from the rest of you. We absolutely loved this condo!!! There was only one drawback and that was that there wasn't access to a pool. We knew this when we rented it. We did spend a day at ME Resort for the price of eating and drinking there, so not too big a price. Otherwise Location, Location, Location. We were right down where all of our activities left from. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable & the shower worked great! View from the patio is of Pedregal hillside (very nice homes) and the parking lot. Really easy to access the condo. Thanks so much, I know my friends are already talking about coming back next year.

We loved being at the marina, a short walk to everything, with about a ten minute walk to the beach. The patio accessed by both bedrooms was large, great for morning coffee, DIY happy hour or nights under the stars. The refrigerator and kitchen counters are nice & new. Ana was very responsive when we needed her. Good price for its location and size!

the condo is perfect for our needs, right on the fishing pier, minits from all the action, private, clean, and everything works. We have always enjoyed our stays.

We stayed here in July while on a 5-day deep sea fishing trip, and the condo was very convenient to the marina where our boat was docked as well as most restaurants and activities in the immediate area. It is a comfortable unit & the air conditioning works great. I would definitely book again next time we are there to go deep sea fishing.

When I booked the property I thought it was a fantastic deal: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, air conditioner, sofa bed, wi-fi, balcony and literally 10 steps from marina. Finding the place was easy, Jim Thatcher gave excellent directions prior to arrival along with notes on where to find groceries, how to set up Wi-Fi, etc... and how to contact the property manager, Ana Chong, which I will get to later. Little shower bottles were abundant, plenty of bed sheets, and it felt just like home. At first everything seemed to be fine, except for a few issues such as a shower rack that was loose, stains on mirror, and a loose door knob that slipped off often. Minor issues, but was still planning on giving this place 5 stars. The trouble started the second day when an A/C inside one of the rooms (separate from central A/C because it didn't reach one of the rooms) began leaking condensate inside the bedroom. We had to keep it on low and used pots to collect the water but was leaking so bad that we almost couldn't use it. We told Ana, the property manager, but she seemed not to care. On the 5th day it stopped leaking somehow and we were able to use it. Also, the A/C was not strong enough in the other bedroom and my partner and I sweated at night which made it hard to sleep. One of the bathroom toilet's water tank filled up so slowly that it could only be flushed once per hour. The Wi-Fi also went out periodically. I don't watch TV but the signal went weak at times. If this were all, then I would still give 4 stars, however, I am inclined to disclose that I believe there were bed bugs on the property. We found little bugs which I wanted to believe were baby ants, but several of us woke up with bites and we were quite itchy in bed at night. The final night I confirmed the bed bugs because I could feel them crawling on me for about an hour or so and I felt helpless but to ignore them and try to catch some sleep before the flight. Overall, I believe this is a great property that needs to be worked on. Ana, the property manager, did not check up on us once, but she did have great deals for activities. I have mixed feelings about this property, but probably would not stay here again in its current condition.
