From the minute we walked in and met Paul we were off to a good start. The place was stocked well, clean & spacious. The staff downstairs at bar was MORE than accommodating to everyone that stayed in the house. Easy commute nearby - comfortable neighborhood to walk around in (We're from Philly). 10 out of 10. The live music can be heard through apartment, but we were there for that so NO Complaints here! Thank you everyone that we interacted with. You made our stay that much more enjoyable and Again, Special Shout Out to Paul! We'll be back to wreck his head again. :)

Great, quirky, colorful place to stay up in Charlestown. Bar downstairs is fun and a great way to unwind after a long day. Would note: it can be noisy at night with the fun people are having downstairs.

There was a group of 10 of us and it was the perfect stay! Everyone had their own bed. Everything in the apartment was stocked with so much extra supplies. It was super clean!! The host was so great, helped us with what we needed, and answered fast. Bar downstairs was AWESOME

This place is great for a large group in the Boston area. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful - be sure to check out the bar downstairs for delicious drinks and food!

Great people to deal with and an awesome property. Had a blast playing ping pong and loved the fully stocked kitchen. Definitely will be returning.

This was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party!! The bar below helped with anything we needed and when I let the owner know the current coffee machine was not working, a new one was at the bottom of the steps not even 2 hours later. The house has SO many extra supplies which some rentals do not (towels, paper plates, sheets, toilet paper etc). There was no worrying about being quiet because we were on top of a bar and we were so close to the T line which helped us get around all weekend. I definitely recommend for a fun filled weekend!!

Lots of individual beds for a group of friends. About a five minute walk to the Orange line so really easy to get downtown. It's over a bar so there is noise into the early morning until it closes but the listing made it clear it was over a bar so it was expected from our group. Plus, they had earplugs in the cabinet just in case you needed them. Overall, a good stay with friends.

The property has a good location to the bar downstairs, the train, and all the popular area's in Boston (10-12mins each neighborhood). We all had a good trip and spend more time at the house/bar than we thought.

My buddies and I rented this place for a bachelor party and had an absolute blast! The house has tons of room and lots to do, and the location was perfect. Close to the T, the casino, and the pub downstairs was fantastic. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be back in the future

We had a group of 12 and everyone loved it. There were enough beds for more people too. The unit was nice looking, clean, and well stocked with everything. We played pool, darts, and ping pong in the unit. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay. The unit is over a tavern as the ad states. The bartenders were ready to help us with anything we needed. We didn't really need anything but ice though. Everyone working at the Tavern was very nice. When we would go down to eat or drink, they always asked if we needed anything upstairs. We left there with new friends. The location is fantastic. A short walk to the T. Only a 10 minute ride to downtown. Dunkin across the street. Food and drinks downstairs. A liquor store next door. We walked to a wonderful place for brunch on Sunday for Mothers Day, called The Tradesman. The Tavern also had a great brunch Saturday and Sunday. There is a casino that is a short bus ride away. You can see it from the unit. There is no way we could have found a better place for our large group. We celebrated a graduation, two birthdays, and Mother Day. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect listing for a large groups of friends. Property is located right above a tavern so it can get a little noisy later in the night. Would definetly stay again if returning to Boston with a group.

This place is set up perfectly for a big group of friends to have a place to relax, have fun, and call home base. The beds were comfortable, the layout worked for us and the location is awesome. Dart board needs to be replaced and that’s the only constructive criticism I have. Absolutely loved the stay

Our hosts were super accommodating and provided us with the perfect property for our friends trip. The bar downstairs and the bartenders were amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone trying to visit Boston with a large group. Food and drinks at the bar are great and reasonably priced.

Great for large groups.

Rented this location for the Frozen four and 8 guys. Convenient to everything - a 5 minute walk to the subway directly to downtown. Staff at the bar is wonderful - not only good bartenders and hosts, but answered any questions we had - about the rental or Boston in general. Everyone in my party was impressed with this location.

Perfect house for a bachelor party. The bartenders downstairs were awesome and helped us get checked in easily and early.

This place was awesome. It was super accommodating and had everything we needed for 14 people. The beds were really comfortable. The host was really attentive and so gracious, half of our group had late flights out of Boston and he was kind enough to let us stay until we had to leave for the airport. The bar downstairs was so fun and the bartenders were also really helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here on a bachelor party, and had a great time! Location is great, central to most anything you'll want to do in Boston.

I rented this apartment for a friends bachelor party. It was perfect for the event. There were plenty of beds and the pool/ping pong table kept us entertained when hanging out. It has a good location near the casino, and quick ride into downtown Boston. Would highly recommend.

We have an awesome time staying here with our group of 15 guys. The check in process was super easy and we loved that the bar was right downstairs. It was convenient to end the night right below where you were sleeping. The only difficulty was parking because there were a lot of restrictions and road cleaning days. We wound up paying to park at the Holiday Inn down the street. Overall a really great place to stay close to Boston with a large group.
