Das Hotel liegt im Kawama Yacht Club, einer sicheren Gated Community mit friedlichem Inselgefühl. Unser Stadthaus wurde vor 6 Monaten renoviert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Dieser Ort ist auch mit Schwimmern ausgestattet, um Ihre Sorgen in der schönen Salzwasserlagune zu vertreiben. Unser Badezimmer verfügt über Doppelduschköpfe für eine entspannende Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine neue Schaumstoffmatratze und leckere Kissen. Beide Balkone verfügen über Stühle und einen Tisch, um abends Ihren Morgenkaffee oder einen Cocktail zu genießen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und BBQ.
Der Kawama Yacht Club liegt im Herzen von Key Largo und ist ein tropisches Inselparadies mit über 22 Hektar Landschaftsfläche und ein in sich geschlossener Urlaubsort. Sie können in unserer 3 Hektar großen Salzwasserlagune schnorcheln, in einem unserer beiden beheizten Pools schwimmen oder mit unserem Golfwagen ein Glas Wein mitbringen, um die atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgänge oder Sonnenuntergänge von unserem privaten Strand oder dem 400 m Bootsanleger zu beobachten. Unser familienfreundliches Resort verfügt über einen neuen Spielplatz und Tennisplätze. Kawama verfügt über einen Yachthafen, wo Sie die Bootsrampe kostenfrei nutzen können und ein Bootsrutsch gemietet werden kann. Kein Boot Kein Problem! Bootsverleih und Charteryachten zum Hochseefischen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für den Tauchenthusiasten sind die Gewässer unseres Grundstücks direkt am Meer von John Pennekamp mit wunderschönen Korallenriffen und fabelhaften Tauchplätzen direkt vor der Küste. Kawama liegt in der Nähe einer Vielzahl einzigartiger Geschäfte und lokaler Restaurants, in denen frische Meeresfrüchte und Limettenpastete angeboten werden. Dolphins Plus und Dolphin Cove sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Genießen Sie die zweistündige, landschaftlich reizvolle Fahrt nach Key West, während Sie auf dem Weg das türkisfarbene Wasser sehen.

The property is so nice! The lagoon in the middle is beautiful! You can snorkel, swim, and kayak in it! The owner communicates very well and offers a kayak, cooler, and chairs for your adventures. We didn’t use the golf cart because the place is small enough to walk everywhere, but it’s so nice they offer that! There is not a true walk in beach to swim in the ocean, but they have a beautiful sandy jetty with several sitting areas that has great views! There can be areas on the jetty that have a smell from the seaweed build up (could just be certain times of the year??), but keep walking and it passes. It also is doesn’t happen anywhere near the home or lagoon or pools. Truly a relaxing place that offered more than I realized when I booked it, and it would be great to spend a week here! (We only stayed 3 nights.)

If you are looking for a quiet location with all amenities within a short distance - this is your location. Condo was well equipped with easy access to Route 1, shopping etc, yet on the end of a quiet residential street. Property has lovely pool, tennis courts, etc. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Host offered many great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Pictures always make a space seem larger but overall plenty of space for 4 adults as long as someone sleeps on a top bunk or couch. Glad to have washer/dryer there. Would happily book with this host again!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and well laid out for a family, with showers in both bathrooms. We loved the lagoon, the pool right out the back door, and golf carting to catch the sunrises and sunsets. Everyone we met on property was welcoming. Highly recommend.

The unit is as pictured and described. Our family of four had a great stay. The owners are super helpful and attentive. They even sent a brand new kayak while we were there. The lagoon is a great tropical swim and kayak area - more exciting than the pool. We look forward to returning in the future.

This was such a great place for us to stay. Just off the main road, nearby so much that we did. We loved having the golf cart to head over to the jetty for him to fish. We would definitely return. Plenty of towels, both beach and bath. We loved it! Great hosts as well! Thank you for helping me make a memorable trip with my son for his graduation from hs. Appreciate it.

We LOVED everything about this property. The location was fantastic, it was a fully stocked/ functioning unit with everything we wanted or needed and more! We were very pleased. Would definitely return. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and even was able to accommodate early check in which was awesome! The golf cart was amazing to have to drive around the property with and to enjoy sunsets! Very pleased! 10/10 recommend!

A nice townhouse with all amenities, new appliances, outside seating areas in front and back. Convenient to Key Largo attractions such as snorkeling, parks, and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time staying at the property over spring break with our two boys (6 and 7 years old). The boys loved the house and we had fun on the golfcart. The bunk beds were perfect and the pools and lagoon were a hit. Communication was easy and we can't wait to return!

We had a very nice stay Dec. 21-26. The condo was as pictured and described and was very clean and well furnished. The check in and check out process was very easy and seamless. The host was very quick to reply to my texts during our stay and he gave me recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The only item I would fix is that the tv in the master bedroom did not work. It's not hooked to the cable in the rest of the unit and we could not get it reset to work as a smart tv. Overall we were very happy with the condo, the host, the location and our stay in Key Largo over the Christmas holiday.

Older unit, great location. I think the golf cart needs battery attention. Charged overnight for 3 nights barley made it back from the point.

We had a great time staying at this property. The place was just as expected and it had stocked amenities! The point past the marina (short ride in the golf cart) was a breathtaking surprise! Perfect spot to watch the sunrises and sunsets!

Quick getaway
We had a great time staying in Kawama. The townhouse was nicer than listed. The cart is a must have and was so nice to take to the marina. If your traveling with a boat make sure you reserve a slip as the ramp is tide dependent. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

The condo was a nice space for me and my three boys. It was close to our dive boat and all the amenities we needed. Owner was very flexible with check in and check out.
