Great location in Kihei. Across the street from the beach and minutes from downtown. Quiet complex with friendly neighbors and plenty of parking. Fully stocked with beach towels, chairs and even a cooler with ice packs. Perfect for anyone who is looking for a affordable space to stay at while exploring Maui.

We really enjoyed our stay at KBS #250. Not only is the studio clean and comfortable, it has all the amenities you need for a day at the beach or preparing a meal at ‘home’. We appreciate the attention to details. There’s parking and the unit is easy access to Wailea, Kaanapali and Kahului. The check-in and check-out process is a breeze. Would definitely stay here again. Loved this condo location close to lots of awesome beaches and restaurants. Right across the road from turtles on the beach! It was very quiet, except for a couple days as the roof was being replaced during our stay. Didn’t bother us too much as we were out all day exploring. Really enjoyed having the beach chairs, towels, and cooler for our use. Thanks!

Lights very yellow and dim. Lighting poor because the condo is in shade or partial shade during the day. There was no scissors or a coffee measuring spoon, or at least 1 or 2 safety pins. Other supplies were adequate. Also no sugar for even one cup of coffee. Other than that I have no complaints. But I think a guy must own this condo.

Hello,We have enjoyed our 1 week stay with little to no issues.The complex is nice and quiet, the grounds, pool & BBQ are well maintained & free parking for our rental car is appreciated. (Let’s face it, you have to have a car on Maui).Our unit was perfect for our needs, great bed, great shower, great air conditioning, free long distance calling, free wifi & the kitchen is well appointed. We were happy to have access to the cooler, beach chairs & umbrella as well.However, the knives we used to prep our food are in dire need of sharpening! It’s the only thing that needs attention, otherwise we are completely happy.Cheers, Andrew.

Overall our stay was great. The only issue we had was the TV wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t a big deal but it would’ve been nice to watch once we were in for the night.

We always love to stay at the Kihei Bay Surf as it has such a super location. We love to see sunsets.Each day we take our chairs and walk across the street to the park where we see some of the best sunsets. We can slso swim in the enclosed Hawaiian fish pond. It is terrific and the condo is updated and cheery as well. It makes for a super vacation.

The shower wasn't supplied very well, just a bottle of 2-in-1 body wash + shampoo that won't cut it. Otherwise perfect.

The property had just been flooded but they had everything cleaned up and operational when we got there.I would highly recommend this condo and property. The only thing we would have liked was a better table and chairs on the lanai for eating our meals outside.

I love staying at this property check in process was easy and simple the place had a lot of things we needed pretty much everything we needed beach chairs, a small cooler, a beach umbrella, beach towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc…. If I had to have some type suggestion it would be maybe to just update the bedding a little bit but other than that overall was just a really good experience staying there. I will definitely be looking to stay at this property my next time in Maui.

We reserved this place at the last minute for Christmas. You can walk to the beach across the road just 90 feets away. We saw a lot of turtles there.
The condo has a beach umbrella, 2 beach armchair and small beach cooler. Place nice and clean. Full kitchen, Wi-Fi, pool, hot tub. We brought from home a lot of food to make our own breakfast and dinners. I highly recommended. Some day we will be back because its great price to pay for staying.

What an amazing stay for our first time in Maui. We enjoyed it so much that we had to extend our stay for another day! The location and cleanliness of the property is truly unmatched. So many restaurants right down the street including a food truck park. The beach was steps away from the studio and nothing beats the view you get from the mountains you’re surrounded by. By far our favorite vacation and vacation home. We are already looking into booking our stay for when we come back- and we will for sure be back! 20/10. Highly recommend!

Kihei Bay Surf is conveniently located in North Kihei with easy access to Kahului and Lahaina. The beach is right across the street with an enclosed area perfect for little ones. The complex is not too big and is nicely maintained. The pool and hot tub were great, our studio apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. This is the 4th? time using Rentals Maui to book a stay. All the properties they work with have been wonderful. I highly recommend you book your next vacation with Rentals Maui. Aloha

This apartment is very cute, well decorated, clean and has all the amenities you could possibly need.
Only thing I'd wish was if the bed cover was placed in a duvet cover. Otherwise wonderful place to stay and very well located, just across the road from the beach where you can see giant turtles settling in for the night.

One week stay Kehei Bay Surf #250
Pros: The condo came with lots of great amenities for the beach. Wifi was strong and reliable . The kitchen was also well stocked. We liked having the pool handy for quick dips.
Cons: Our bed was very soft, pillows hard and flat, AC noisy, hot water in the shower ran out a few times and our suite was near the road and had a lot of road noise. Sounds like a lot of negatives, but nothing major- just being honest.
