Great property!

The condo was the perfect place for us to stay for a last minute ski trip. The condo is in a great location with an awesome view of the park. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat meals. We would stay here again.

The property is in a great location. It is well maintained. I recommend the property to anyone staying in the area or skiing at the Winter Park resort.

We stayed one night here while skiing nearby. Everything was great! We were not there long enough to enjoy all the amenities but would definitely go back to a longer stay if we have a chance.

Wonderful & clean condo - great location!

Great and comfortable stay

This place is perfect. Easy access to hot tub and downtown. Very roomy, All the cooking supplies, amazing bathrooms! Super Clean. My kids and I’s only complaint were the thin bedroom pillows, very uncomfortable. Bring your own if u can. We’ll be back next yr.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo. Well laid out. Plenty of room. Nice location. Easy parking and nice amenities. Only thing renter should be aware of is that the master bath (and to a lesser extent the master bedroom) smells like urine. It seems like maybe an animal was kept in there? We reported it when we checked in. They were very responsive and kind and sent maintenance right away. However, after the air freshener that he sprayed wore off the smell was back again. So I think it is a larger problem.

The condo was beautiful, it felt very cozy! It was very clean! The location of the condo was great. Winter Park is a beautiful place tu visit! Will definitely go back and will try to stay in the same condo if it’s available! Owner responded very quickly if I had any questions! Thank you!!

Condo is nice and well located - right in the town of Winter Park. Could be slightly better stocked (only four spoons?). The dishwasher did not work for our entire stay but the owner graciously sent housekeepers to wash our dirty dishes. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony.

The unit was great for our purpose of being in Winter Park, CO. The location was outstanding. I only have 2 negative issues: 1) The code and key entry for entering the property was ridiculous. Towards the end, we finally figured it out--it was too cumbersome. 2) The place was generally clean, however, in the main bedroom, a portion of the room smelled like dog (animal) pee.

Nice condo with fantastic location! Walkable to everything in Winter Park and was great for kids with heated pool/park close by. Property was clean and well appointed. Property manager was very nice and responsive in our interactions.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is close to town and Shuttle to ski. Very convinient and clean.

The unit was nicely furnished, more than enough space for three people, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. The walls/floors are super thin and noise travels easily, I'd be extra cautious if your sensitive to hearing the neighbors or them hearing you.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The condo set-up worked perfect for us. It was clean and had ample space for the my family, 3 teenagers, my husband and myself. Access was easy from the main road and a short drive to the slopes. Great ski vacation.

It was spotless and sparkling clean, had two queen bunk beds in the guest room and a king in the master. Mattresses are great! Plenty of supplies and all the kitchen tools you may need. Two things effected our stay and review of this property: 1. The master had two drawers in an armoire for storage, then they had a large “locker/gun storage” container for hanging the rest of your things. Between these we could not unpack. Also not enough room on the floor for a suitcase. We were looking forward to getting all settled for the week but found it hard to unpack in the master. The main master closet is kept locked. To the owners: I highly recommend this closet remain able to be used by your guests for a MUCH more comfortable stay. The “locker” is not shown in pictures and is large and weird and does not go with the aesthetics of the unit. Tacky. Number 2. The owners below this unit are a PAIN IN THE A**. We had 3 adults and one toddler and NIGHT ONE we got a call from property management complaining about noise at 8:30PM. She stated the owners below us even had been hitting the ceiling to try to quiet us down. Unbelievable. We should have known they were going to be an issue because as you enter the unit, on the wall, there is a sign warning of thin walls and the downstairs neighbors. It seems they complain often enough to warrant a sign in the unit. This unit would be best for older, quiet adults. Only other thing I will say is we had family staying in two other units in this complex and their units were updated and much nicer.
