Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The layout was great, the furniture was comfortable (the beds were heaven!), and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. There are always pros and cons at a location, mostly due to personal preference, so these might not matter to you, but I wanted to point them out nonetheless: Pros: -4 elevators at your disposal -Very comfortable beds -Kids room wasn't in the front, close to a walkway (this setup made me less anxious, as most condos have the guest room by the door with a window next to the walkway.) -Property was well-tended and security was present and interacted with guests -Free chairs were a blessing (make sure to reserve as soon as you get there to get a front row spot. Caleb was a delight.) -Condo maintained it's temp (I know they're sometimes hard to keep cool) and the sliding doors were awesome. Heavy, but they slid easily. -Updated bathrooms -The pool was a cool temp...we were shocked. It was very refreshing without being cold. Cons: -Master bath was smaller and harder to use (you had to squeeze behind toilet to close the door and get in the shower). But the guest bath was really big, so we almost exclusively used that one. It had plenty of room for the four of us. -Mesh on the railings blocked the beautiful views of the water when seated. -Because of the location of the patio, you don't get a view to the right (you look in a neighbors window), which means you also don't get the breeze of being in the front. -There is also an open field to the left, which provided some entertainment if you were on the patio early enough to watch. -Bar down the street had a live band a few nights of the week, which was actually nice to listen to (you COULDN'T hear it inside...) but there was a guy who rode his motorcycle back and forth popping wheelies and making a lot of noise, which ruined the quiet vibe. -The elevator closest to the condo was super scary...I refused to go in a second time. It was literally banging off the walls at each floor. The security guard told us he'd rescued somebody from it earlier that day. Luckily there were other options. My husband said they fixed it. This is a really lovely place, and if you don't spend a lot of time on the patio like we do, this is a great choice for a family. Some of these things are outside of the control of the owners, I know. Connie was very helpful and responsive.

Room was late getting ready. Elevators were sketchy as far as working while we were there. Parking was quite tight and limited especially late at night when we returned home. On a positive note the master shower was clogged and was repaired as soon as it was reported to maintenance.

This was our 2nd stay at the Watercrest. We enjoy being on a smaller property with less crowds. The pool and beach are easily accessible and my favorite place, St Andrew’s state park is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed the large kitchen and wrap around balcony. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out.

We love this condo. Not only is the location more peaceful it is a short distance to some of our favorite restaurants closer to the marina. I always appreciate how clean this unit is! One of the things we like most is the large side wrap balcony. This unit is nextdoor to public beach parking area so no condo is directly next to obscure your view. Connie is very responsive and such a pleasure to work with.

This condo was wonderful! There was only one thing that I wish had been better during our stay & that had zero to do with the condo, but the buildings elevator on our side was a bit sketchy and small. It made sounds that made us feel u sure we’d reach our destination, but it always worked. Now re: this condo (601) - BEAUTIFUL! Beautifully decorated, much prettier than the pics. Fully stocked kitchen with more than you could ever need. Convenient washer/dryer duo just off the kitchen. The beds were sent from Heaven! Extra pillows in the closets, even fans for people like me who need the noise. Would highly recommend! 24hr security, who actually like their jobs. Owners/renters/employees were all very kind. Communication with Connie was fabulous! I’m someone with very high expectations & this stay exceeded them in every possible way. Hope to return!!

This 6th story condo was the near perfect location in PCB. The condo was just as described in the VRBO photos and entry/re-entry was very reliable and straightforward. This condo would sleep three couples comfortably for a couple weeks if needed. Owner also messages you back almost immediately. I would definitely stay again if coming back to PCB.

This condo was so clean and the decor was excellent. The kitchen was was very well stocked with all the dishes and utensils, bathrooms were stocked with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes an very modern. The condo location is in a favorite section of PCB for us, well away from the crazy middle of town so great for families yet close enough to do all the fun normal PCB activities. The property had a very nice section of beach, heated pool and hot tub with 2 padded beach chairs included which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend staying in this location.

Connie’s property is exceptionally beautiful and well equipped with every amenity. She is a fantastic host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stay here again!

The property was just like the pictures. It was very roomy, especially for two people. The view was awesome and the balcony was huge!! The area had SO many restaurants! We really enjoyed it!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The balcony is breathtaking. It’s located farther from the congested area of PCB but close enough to get to areas quickly. We had an issue with our bedding being stained but Connie responded quickly. She sent someone over to retrieve the bedding, in which they let themselves in after not getting a response to knocking and I wish they would’ve come back another time. My kids and I were napping and he panicked my husband who was relaxing on the balcony. In her defense, she did respond to my email saying someone was coming. The kitchen had everything you needed, I may buy an air fryer now, after using the one in the room for the first time! Ha! Parking was very easy, no parking garage to deal with. The security were very friendly. They even had a small toddler pool so my 3 year old and 1 year old could splash around without their floaties on. My husband enjoyed the gym. Overall a wonderful experience.

This was the 4th year we rented this condo at the Watercrest. The Condo is beautiful and the location is just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to all the restaurants and attractions. Always a pleasant experience! We will be back next year!

We have stayed at this unit several times now and we love it. The decor is tasteful, it is VERY very clean, well stocked (appreciate the add of the Keurig Connie), love the space in the kitchen area, the wrap balcony is the reason we really love this unit, the free beach chairs is super convenient, parking is easy, location of Thomas Drive is quieter which we love, and Connie is great to work with with. I wish I could give this condo and Connie 10 STARS! Thanks Connie! I highly recommend this condo you will not be disappointed.

This unit had everything needed for a nice week’s stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware and dishes. It was clean and comfortable. The only downside, was that you couldn’t see the sun set from the beachfront balcony with how the building is designed. Other units in the middle stick out blocking the view. A trip down to the beach solves that. There is no sun to worry about during morning coffee. We highly enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back!

This was the cleanest, most beautiful and spacious condo we have ever stayed in after 40+ years of coming to PCB. The wrap around corner unit balcony had the most breath taking views from the 6th floor. The condo host was great with a seamless check in. The host would answer emails almost immediately and provided us with a whole list of numbers to call if we had specific problems. I highly, highly recommend this unit and I can’t say enough about it. The renovations of this unit were spectacular to say the least. Thanks Connie we had a great time and look forward to staying here again.

Our place was exactly what we expected and very clean!

This is our second stay at Watercrest unit 601 and once again it did not disappoint! The unit is tastefully decorated and very clean and well equipped with everything you need! The Master Bedroom is so comfortable as are the beds in the second bedroom! Connie is a wonderful host and made the process so easy! What a great week we had in Panama City Beach! We are already planning our trip fir next year!

This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. We loved the wrap around porch and all the upgrades inside. An added benefit is that there are main elevators for the entire building, but also one nearer this unit's end of the building for only the first 6 floors. That meant we never had to wait long for an elevator or share it with others! Extra perk!

The property is just as pictured! So clean, very homey. I would want this property over and over! Communication with the owner was amazing. We will definitely be back!

When looking for a place to stay we always seek a place with nice furnishings that is clean and has a nice view. This unit checked all of the boxes. The property manager was also very quick to respond to my request to add a few more days to our trip with very short notice. Thanks for the great experience during our first stay in PCB in over 20 years.

This property was very clean, the check-in process was smooth. Everything work perfectly, the area was nice and quiet. The neighborhood was very safe, and comfortable. Parking was very easy, and convenient, elevators were fast and working. I would definitely stay at the property again. The owner was very responsive to all questions. There was no need to contact her during the stay because it was just that perfect.
