Great location! Parking wasn’t great. Needs a lot of updating. Very outdated!

Location was perfect, correspondence with rental manager(Julio) was great, house was great, seemed very clean when we entered, a couple items need to be looked into…. -Leak on 3rd floor roof right above couch, could be the reason for the odd smell of that area. Might be mold, should probably check that. -Shower curtain rod(in master bathroom) needs to be replaced as it fell multiple times due to it being taped together by previous renters(?). -Right side of sliding door on 3rd floor could not open. Maybe set like that on purpose(?). Otherwise we made great family memories, thank you.

Perfect location for great access to all of Newport! Accommodations were comfortable and spacious! Great extras too!

We have stayed at this 17th st gem for over 15 years. We love it. Not much has changed with the property in the last 7+ years tho. New furniture comes and goes, but the blinds in the windows, some of the windows, the countertops in the kitchen, and some of the bathrooms could use some updating. There is no air conditioning, which is usually fine, as long as you can open windows, but some I would not touch without a tetanus shot and heavy gloves. 😬 And some windows don’t have screens, so I wouldn’t open those either. The kitchen countertop needs updated. It has small tile pieces that you can not get clean in the grout, and it’s pretty gross when you think about it too long. We love this location, the floor plan, the beds are even pretty comfy, the furniture is always in working order and the views are unbelievable! It just needs a little TLC.

Walking into this place, the view is breathtaking! You absolutely can’t beat the location. My kids are already begging to go back and we literally just drove away haha.

Lots of space to spread out in and wonderful location right on the beach - close enough to restaurants, stores, etc. but not noisy. The pool table, foosball and shuffleboard were great perks. Only downside was the upstairs deck was under construction and no patio furniture out so it was pretty unusable. All well-stocked, clean, comfortable. Garage parking was a real plus also. Great space esp for the price.

We had a great time! The host communicated very quickly. The upstairs was so big and spacious. It fit 10 of us with plenty of space. We will definitely be back again!!

Good property and Julio was easy to work with. Some items need a bit of a facelift, but you can’t beat the location and flex space of the 3rd floor.

The location was great . Julio was very nice and was there anytime I had a question with a quick response . Plenty of room for the kids to hang out and enjoy the house as well as the views from the balcony to look out for the teen while they would go to the beach was amazing. Definitely would go back again next vacation.

The location and beach access for this home is excellent. It was so nice to walk across the boardwalk, onto the sand and down to the water, and the view from the balcony upstairs was lovely! Agree with other reviewers about it feeling a bit dated (mainly bedrooms/bathrooms) but the third floor looks like it has been updated more recently. The beds are very firm (acknowledging that that is a matter of personal preference!). Keeping the temperature in the home comfortable was so easy - open the windows and sliding doors and the ocean breeze takes care of the rest! The place was very clean, looks like the pictures, and the amenities were great. Having the pool table and shuffleboard was fun, and the home was well stocked with everything from kitchenware to beach items. Note that the property comes with one parking space; there are nearby public spaces, but they can be challenging to get. Julio was great to work with, quick to respond, very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay and experience in this home!

This place has a wonderful view in perfect location. Right on the beach with a balcony upstairs in big space for entertaining. Definitely also a nice area to relaxing with all of the beautiful views in the air but you can have the doors wide open. Might feel a little outdated however the upstairs couches and TV setting was great! The house is extremely clean and accurate to the listing online. Definitely will stay here again because it’s sleep so many more people than I imagined. Thank you very much!

The place has so much room! With four teenage boys it was awesome to have plenty of space. The views were beautiful. Right on the boardwalk and a short walk across the sand right to the water. Neighborhood was close to shops and restaurants. Parking garage was a life saver, we never had to hunt for a parking spot. Don’t use the washer and dryer, didn’t work well at all and ruined some of our clothing. Plan to bring enough clothing for your stay or use a laundromat. Julio was great to work with and the property was perfect for our stay.

Amazing for families and entertaining.A bit dated but had all the comforts of home and everything that we needed. Kitchen fully stocked. Be sure to bring soaps and shampoos as none of the bathrooms had those for showering. The house was also stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, in a few beach games.We had a blast playing pool, foosball, and shuffleboard in the evenings. The house is Central really located on the peninsula and was easy to walk and ride bikes to both Newport Pier and Balboa Pier.Julio with management was super easy to get ahold of and lovely to work with. It is a multi-tenant unit, but all of the neighbors were friendly and welcoming.We would definitely rent this place again! Thanks!!

Loved the home, right on the beach with floor to ceiling windows, and large opening sliding doors! Clean and well stocked! Lots of room for 10 people! Enjoyed the pool table and foosball! TV on both levels. Nice BBQ. Had beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys! Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Had such a special family time! Thank you!!

Couldn't have asked for much more from this stay! The place was clean, lots of room with 2 floors. The seperate fridge and sink on the third level is a great asset. The view must be one of the best, lots of other places look like the sand dunes would block thier view of the water, no issues here though! And the location is easily walkable to the restaurants and right on the boardwalk. Julio and Julio junior were very responsive, and even got us in touch with the pleasant cleaning lady so we could get in as soon as she had completed cleaning the place. Great place, great stay, I would do it again!

Large house right on the beach facing the ocean. We had two families staying for a week and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the upstairs with their own TV, plus pool table and fooseball. We all could easily go back and forth to the beach all day. The windows gave us perfect views of whales and dolphins passing through. We definitely will be returning to this house for another beach vacation.

Property was very spacious, the location was great and the view of the beach was amazing. Property seems a little older and could have used a few upgrades, but it was clean. Overall very good bang for your buck when comparing rates from other properties.

This place was awesome! Plenty of room and plenty of views off the balcony. There is actually additional sleeping space for the kids that you cannot see in the pictures.
