The washing Machine was leaking water the room could have been cleaner

False advertising on Vrbo for # of beds in rooms all the mold that was present not cleaned so much dust on water heater a fire hazard and the list goes on paid for a cleaning service which was not cleaned broken mattress just unsleepable dirty bed covers couldn’t sleep in beds mold in shower curtains left the next morning

Check-in - The process wasn't difficult, but it could have been made easier by a set of instructions: parking, (un)loading, use of valet cart, access from skybridge, etc. Upkeep - The condo was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. Sand and grime covered many of the surfaces. We found trash in dresser drawers and on the floor. A drink (margarita?) had been spilled in the freezer and was not cleaned up. We found clothes from previous guests in the furniture. - Multiple lightbulbs were burned out and several outlets did not function. - Small complaint, but the kitchenware was sparse and in poor condition. - Finally, most concerning was the considerable mold in the bathrooms and on the shower curtains. Accuracy - "Bedroom 2" is listed as having 1 twin bed, 1 double bed AND a queen bed--it does not have a queen bed. It has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on bottom. This left us with 2 beds for our 3 kids. - The listing includes toilet paper as a provided amenity. There were the two partial roles on the holsters, but no more. This isn't a big deal as we picked some up the following day, but we had to ration it until then (again, three kids). Communication - Saturday: We arrived and let the owner know our concerns. - Sunday: He offered to send over the cleaning crew. No one came... - Monday morning: We let him know that no one had been out to address the issues. Late in the day, the owner responded that someone had come out and spoken with us and that we said we didn't need anything. This, of course, never happened. He said he'd send someone out. - Tuesday evening: A man came out and installed ONE plastic shower curtain liner and left some toilet paper. The moldy shower curtains, and all the other issues, remained. - Wednesday: Someone came out and installed another plastic shower curtain liner and clean the freezer. Still, the moldy shower curtains and other issues remained. By this time, we had spent 5 of our 7 days dealing with these issues and decided to leave it alone. Positives - The condo itself is fine. Better cleaning and an accurate listing would have moved our rating to five stars. - The beach and resort location are terrific! - The pools were great! Overall - We would happily stay at this resort again, but would not stay in this condo. All of the concerns we noted are easily fixable. However, past vacationers--and now including us--have noted the same issues for months and they continue to go unfixed.

We had an amazing time here. Affordability was a factor when we chose this condo and we would return over and over again. Staff were friendly, unit was everything we needed. Thank you.

The unit was very dirty. Like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Several things needed repair. A lot of the outlets did not work. Mold in bathroom. Vertical blinds were broken and stored in various places

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location. The owner was super quick with any questions we may have had. We would definitely stay here again.

First just want to say the owner was quick to respond to any and all messages which is rare. However the condo is in not so great condition. The title of "Most Luxurious" is very misleading. It was dirty, microwave and fridge both were missing pieces. Half the the shades on the window were missing. Both shower curtains and tub floors were pretty disgusting. We were only here for 2 nights so we were able to deal with, but def couldnt stay longet than that. I think if the owner finds another cleaning person or company and spend some money updating and renovating in this unit, it could fabulous. But as of now its lacking in a lot of ways compared to other places.

We came to Panama with my 18 yr old and two friends to celebrate her graduation. The location was amazing for the teens. Walking distance to everything. The resort had everything for families indoor outdoor pools, hot tubs, movie theater, game room, and right on the beach. The condo was great my only complaint is the cleaners could pay a little more to detail. Patio wasn't cleaned and under the beds were not swept. Also the kitchen needs to be stocked better with dishes. These were minor issues to me and did not affect our stay. This condo is tower 2 floor 11. Over all it was a great stay and would stay here again.

I was nervous with this booking because of the back and forth reviews, however, upon arrival those nerves went away. The unit was comfortable and decently stocked, perfect it is not but there was nothing that we encountered that we couldn’t improvise. We prepared 3 different dinners and found the dishes/pans to accommodate. There was a lack of large bowls/strainer but we made due by using the larger pots. Also, most of the pans required a wash before use but I have found that to be the case in several places. I do think the cleaning staff could take an extra eye to details but I did inform host and he was going to follow up with them. While the furniture throughout is not in new, pristine quality it is also not the horrendous portrait that past reviews made me envision. Again, it was comfortable and adequate. We also had zero concerns about using the washer and dryer, but the dryer did require extra dry time to get things thoroughly dry. I did 1-2 loads every day. All of the beds were comfortable and suited our needs. The pillows were less comfortable but we had also brought some of our own. It was nice to have 2 pullout sofa beds in the living room for the ever growing teenagers in our group. There were beach chairs and sand toys on the balcony that were a nice bonus for our beach days. We watched a movie in the resort theater, enjoyed pizzas, ice cream and bloody Mary’s from the in house store/restaurant. The ice maker in the unit doesn’t work but conveniently there is an ice machine in the lobby. It takes card only. You get 16lbs for $5.40. Worked out perfectly for us. We had Walmart deliver our groceries straight to the condo, so we had zero store time! Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The elevators are slow during peak hours but that has to be expected with 23 floors. Michael was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. We would stay again, no question!

When we arrived, there was sand all over the beds and none of the TVs were working. I let the owner know, and he had an attitude and told us we could set it up ourselves and that people set up computers all the time. He also blamed the fact that the TVs weren’t working because I had 4 people (in the sleeps 7 condo) instead of 3. The upkeep (painting, furniture etc was poor). The next day was worse. Roaches and/or other pests around the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. I told him about this, and he said that he doesn’t rent condos with roaches implying that we brought them with us. It was only a couple, but like the cleaning lady said when I reported it to her you shouldn’t even see a gnat on vacation especially at that price. I have pictures of the aforementioned situations, and none of this is a surprise to him because I told him. He communicated with me, but he did little to rectify the issues. If there was a place to post the pics, I would be glad to do that. Don’t stay here! Just sayin’! Beach was shut down not far from here due to unruly crowds. We just wanted to have time with our family.

Overall we had a great stay. There a few issues with this rental: The shower curtain in the bunk bed room has mold on it. The mattress in that room was so saggy we could not sleep on it and had to buy a blow up mattress. One of the doors to the washer and dryer room would not close. Several of the kitchen cabinets doors were broken. The entire condo floors were so covered in sand we spent two days sweeping and mopping them. We had to buy our own mop. The washer was also full of sand. We had to run it with nothing in it just to get the sand out. We had to buy a new coffee pot and frying pan because the ones in the condo were disgusting. One of the bar stools is broken. The patio blinds were all broken or missing and could not be closed. All the furniture in the living room, dining room and bunk bed room either needs to be replaced or needs a good cleaning. There's not a decent size dresser in the bunk bed room. It's the size of a night stand. We had 4 adults staying here. The only room that was ok was the king bedroom and bathroom. The weather and wedding were great.

Majestic resort Panama City Beach The condo was accurately described. We were disappointed that the movie theaters, the tennis courts, the gym we’re all not available. The beach food and drinks service servers and umbrella people were very friendly and awesome to work with. We had a blast playing on the beach. The Condo and furniture is definitely showing its age

I am so glad we chose to book this unit. Balcony was amazing (4 chairs and a table), Room was spotless and clean(new furniture), beds were comfortable, and so easy getting to beach/pools. Security/parking was great. The poolside (H20) bar and grill was really good! Our kids had the most amazing time! Thank you for letting us stay here.

This place was great as was the owner. The condo had a great view, the water pressure was amazing and the decorations were cute. We love all the extras: hot tube, pools, Starbucks and lots of shops in walking distance.

This was our first time using VRBO to book our family vacation and it went really smooth. Michael was very helpful and quick to respond when we had a question about having another vehicle with and also needing an extra wristband. We loved the location. And the amenities of condo. We were able to see dolphins and pelicans in the Gulf from the balcony. We will definitely be back.

Location was absolutely perfect-even with the PCB traffic. Close to “stuff” to do and Walmart and right on the beach! REALLY loved the parking garage that was monitored by security 24/7. Made me feel very safe.

Property has expected had some problems with dishwasher and washer. Owner gave extra day to make up for problem

The location and price for the rental was good. However, a little more detail could be spent on the cleanliness of the unit the master bath had black mold on the tub jets and the shower walls looked as if they had not been cleaned for awhile as there was a glob of something on the walls. However, there was plenty of towels. Additionally, the washer was broken.

Enjoyed the balcony, having coffee an just watching the waves roll in. Very nice owner!!

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay...we had a lapse in communication for just a sec but Michael was very punctual and Responsive. My daughters came in town and we enjoyed the area...Most things needed in walking distance..would have been much better if Weather was better...but overall Great place You Just should give it a try!

This was our last summer hoorah before kicking off the cooler months. Family of 4 hitting the beach one last time. Michael - our host was extremely helpful and gracious. He allowed early check in and helped securing that. We didn’t have pool bracelets or a permanent parking pass at check in but michael helped us handle all of that. The Majestic is always nice.

We had a great experience at this condo. Michael was fantastic with communication. We had an issue with no resort wristbands and he took care of it immediately. The resort itself is great. Plenty of pools on property and well maintained. The market/coffee shop was super convenient and had great Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The H2O bar and grill had delicious food. Not a huge menu but nice to have that option without leaving the resort. Short walk to the beach with rinse stations at every access point. My only complaint would be there are so many rental chairs that doesn’t leave space for tents and cabanas but alas we made due and had a great time. The condo itself is dated and does lack some furnishings. More kid friendly plates/cups/bowls would be great! I have 3 children one being a baby. I wish there would’ve been a small pack n play and even a compact high chair tucked away in a closet to use. We had to bring our own which adds to the abundance of stuff we already traveled with. There were beach chairs sand toys and beach balls so that was nice surprise. There were plenty of towels and linens for a family of 5. It was clean overall. Definitely some remnants of sand but it’s a beach condo so it comes with the territory. Overall this is a fantastic condo to rent. While it’s not fancy and updated, you’re also not playing the fancy updated prices. So if you want luxury with granite countertops you’re gonna pay for it! Great place and great value! Thank you for allowing us an affordable place to stay at the beach!

Everything was overall a great experience. The owner was easy to get ahold of if we had questions and the property was nice and in a good location.
