Everything was as described and suited us very well. Good proximity to French Quarter and plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend, will book again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Cute little place in the Marigny -- enough of a little quiet getaway from the main city yet close enough in walking distance to all the main areas of attraction (especially Frenchman St). Safe neighborhood and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to explore as well. Highly recommend Nonno's (Corner of Touro and Dauphine). Rita is amazing as a host! Very accommodating and responds quickly to your messages. Definitely plan on staying there again when we come to visit NOLA. Wonderful experience all around!

We had a great stay at this location! We were able to quickly walk to downtown, lots of access to wonderful restaurants, interesting spots and everything we were hoping to do in NOLA. Our host was wonderful and gave recommendations and make the entire process extremely easy! Glad we got to call this little nook our resting place for a few days.

What an absolute delight and treat to stay here and have Rita as a host. I've been to NOLA about 7 or 8 times, and this has been one of the cutest and traditional homes I've stayed in. Everything was curated with such care and thought. Decor was perfect, amount of space was comfortable, safety of the area is great, proximity to some yum bars and restaurants (Franklin for HH, Frady's, Bacchanal) Marigny and Bywater should be explored as there is more to NOLA than the Quarter. That said, the quarter is about a 20 min walk, but take your time! You won't go wrong here =) As soon as I know I'll be going back go NOLA, i will be seeing the availability for the space.

This delightful home was as advertised. It was close to everywhere I needed to be, and was super quiet at night! Rita was very responsive and abundantly pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again!

I can't say enough about Rita and her lovely home. This is absolute perfection in regard to location and walkability for NO. For our first time guests in NO this was a perfect stay in every way. Rita was lovely and accommodating - if you're looking for a place to stay, this is the one!

Great location (walkable to French Quarter and Frenchmen Street but away from the noise), clean property, Rita was an amazing host, the property was well stocked with towels/blankets, check-in was a breeze. Would love to stay here again on future trips to New Orleans!

My boyfriend and I had never been to NOLA and were pretty nervous about where we would stay, how we would get everywhere, etc. but staying at Rita’s calmed a ton of nerves. The house is in perfect walking distance to everything — about 20 minutes to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter and about 10 minutes to Frenchmen street. Parking wasn’t an issue either as we always had a parking spot almost directly across the street from the house. Even though it’s so close to the heart of New Orleans, we never had any issues with it being too loud or anything like that. We also loved the reviews left in the notebooks Rita provides and took a lot of their suggestions on places to eat and things to do. And people don’t over exaggerate about the bed — it’s so dang comfy.

Unfortunately my wife ended up in the hospital for 6 days prior to our trip. She got out 3 days before we were supposed to leave, we were still optimistic we could go, but in the end we had to cancel. Rita through out the reservation process and overall communication was super responsive and professional. Next time we travel to NOLA, we want to try and stay here again based off of our short but great experience with Rita.

My husband and I loved staying here! The cute exterior colors, inside decor and location was everything we could hope for during our stay in NOLA. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the French Quarter which we enjoyed because we got to walk and see the other homes and businesses along the way. We also liked the proximity to the more “local” restaurants and bars a few blocks down from the house. Our favorite place to eat nearby was Silk Road—the Asian Cajun fusion was so unique. We actually got the lemongrass, coconut milk, crab bisque twice! Lol. Rita was great at communication and very welcoming. She made the house feel like home away from home—so clean and inviting. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! :)

The space is perfect for a home base while exploring New Orleans. It's located a short walk from Frenchman street and surrounded by cute cafes and spots to grab drinks. The bed was insanely comfortable and the shower was glorious. Couch, TV, desk, mini fridge - anything you need for a comfortable, cozy, safe stay in NOLA! Thanks Rita!

Great location, easy walking distance to Downtown but away from the bustle!

It was the perfect location for our stay this year. Close enough to stroll to lots of great music venues, bars, and restaurants while giving us a home away from home feel. And, the bed was one of the most comfortable I remember sleeping in anywhere but home!

We lived Rita’s place and our stay in New Orleans. The furnishings, decorations, special touches, and amenities made this the perfect place for our five day trip. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. It is close to all the local attractions. We highly recommend Rita’s home!

Loved staying in this rental. It was comfortable and clean with easy access to many New Orleans attractions. There are great restaurants within walking distance.

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this space!! From the decor, to the bed, to the location... all amazing. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just blocks away. Our favorite was St. coffee :) they have healthy vegan options! The restaurant on the corner, The Franklin, is delicious. And there are plenty of neighborhood bars just around the corner. We walked to the French quarter everyday- it was maybe a 18 minute walk. We walked to Frenchman st for live music- maybe a 15 minute walk. It was so nice to come home every evening to this cozy space. We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely loved this comfortable, clean house. My husband and I came for our anniversary and had the best time in NOLA. I would definitely recommend Rita's cutie pink home.

The apartment is lovely and well decorated. It was very clean and we had no trouble with check-in/-out. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone wishing to stay in the Marigny! It was easy to walk to bars and restaurants around St. Claude and Frenchman St.

We came to participate in the hogs for the cause hole hog bbq event. Location was perfect for our needs. Easily accessible. Everything you need is there. Owner has thought of everything. I love the front porch and we parked right out front easily. We will definitely return to this lovely rental.

The property was beautiful, the bed was SUPER comfy, and the shower was small but really nice (rainfall showerhead!!). We really enjoyed having a "home" to come back to after a long day of walking around the Marigny and French Quarter. It was a bit of a walk to the French Quarter, but I really liked that the neighborhood was quiet, and we were still close to some fantastic food options (our favorite nearby spots were Who Dat Coffee Cafe and Morrow's). Rita was fantastic; great at communicating with me and making sure all our needs were met. I'd definitely stay in the little pink house again!

Our stay with Rita was absolutely fabulous. The house was adorable and she thought of everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was great with everything being a short walking distance. We highly recommended stopping by the "Who Dat Coffee shop" for excellent breakfast and Bloody Marys. We will definitely stay here again.
