A fantastic get away for families!! Quiet, relaxing and plenty of things to do close by! Loved having breakfast on the deck while enjoying the amazing view of the lake!!!!!!! The house was beautiful!!!!!! Didn’t want to leave!!!

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this beautiful property, and can't wait to go back next summer. My 4 grandchildren (7,9,11 & 13) had an incredible time, and my daughter & son-in-law loved their down time. And I love the convenient location & incredible view of the lake- and seeing my family so happy!

We had a great time visiting Lake Erie and Port Clinton for the eclipse! The house was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. We enjoyed being able to walk most places as everything was quite convenient. The house had a great layout which doesn't quite show in the pictures. The kids had a blast in the upstairs area with the twin beds, bathroom and a loft room with futon and TV. The adults stayed on the main floor and had our own living room. We hope to visit again when it's warmer!

This was our third visit in three years and we expect to be back next year. The property is as described but better. Deck is literally”on”the water and terrific for coffee in the morning and happy hour. When it rains or the deck is too hot in late afternoon, the covered area on the garage level is terrific (where the grill is) and since you can access it through the garage, you can avoid the rain. There are beach chairs, floats, and some toys for kids. Water is very shallow and good for kids. Grandkids also loved the pool. If you like wildlife, you will like the Great Egret that flies by in the morning several times, the occasional Blue Heron, and the daily treks of geese. Great sunsets. Truly lovely and conveniently close to grocery stores and other essentials. The property is a short drive from restaurants, Catawba Island and the ferries to Put-in-Bay, Kelleys Island and other islands. While on the property it feels like you are way from everything although you are just off a Main Street. Great perch dinner at Docks (5 minute drive) and terrific food and local wine at Gideon Owens (10-12 minutes way). I was not expecting to like local wine but it is very good. Also close to Cedar Point - best amusement park ever. The host Colette is extremely responsive and really great to deal with.

We enjoyed this nice home in an area that offered a wide variety of things to do -- we could choose to be busy or just relax and enjoy the lake views from this home. The furniture and mattresses could do with some updating, but having a private bathoom with each bedroom was nice. Enjoyed the grill as well.

Our family of 5 had everything we needed at this amazing condo! The beach access and close proximity to all of the main attractions as well as the jet express was so nice. The pool and hot tub were within walking distance from our condo (literally 100 feet if that) it is shared but was not busy at all. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely return. This place is perfect if you have kids (teenagers included) that do not need exposure to the party life of Put In Bay. We made a day trip over to the bay by jet express. Little pricey but worth it for the quick 30 minute ride. Plenty of things to see and do and kept everyone entertained! Thanks to Collette (our host) for all your great info and quick responses to all of my last minute questions!

We enjoyed our stay! Having the beach out the door was wonderful. We could sit on deck and listen to the sound of the waves and think were at the ocean without the long drive.
My daughter thought it would have been nice to have 1 of the bathrooms more “public “ on the main level. The members of the family in the two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms thought the layout was great.
I was told we should come back next year and stay here for a week!

LOOK NO FURTHER! We had the BEST time at this house! We have stayed at many vacation rentals and we have never been at a house that is SO clean! Being right on the water was perfect for our 3 little kids. We will most definitely be back!

Great trip again
This was our second year in a row staying at this beach house and it was great yet again! This year we had a lot more beach, which my kids loved. We didn’t even have to go to the public beach this year. The pool is heated so my kids never wanted to leave. The neighbors are very friendly so that’s a nice bonus! We love that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. This makes it great for multiple families.
The only thing that would be nice is if there was some type of restroom at the pool but that obviously has nothing to do with the house or owner!

Lovely Visit
We love staying in PC every summer and decided to try a new house. Beautiful home. Spacious. Clean. Stunning views of the lake with access to a small beach. It was just 3 of us, so plenty of room to spread out but we usually ended up on the main floor playing board games and enjoying the many windows facing out on the lake. Sunsets, Jetskis, boaters…. Just what we needed…. We hope to go back next summer!!!

Nice getaway
Lake access. The two teenagers spent hours paddle boarding . Beautiful views of the lake and sunsets from both the deck and patio. Nicely equipped kitchen.

We will be back…
This was our second time at the property and we will be back. It has everything you need and is right on the water. It is near restaurants, ferries to the islands, a state park and a nature preserve. The covered patio that also faces the lake is a great option when the deck is too sunny or it is raining. The owner is super responsive and a delight to work with.

Great place on the lake
Just a perfect stay. Not possible to be any closer to the water. Nice area, convenient to shopping and necessities. Short drive to Catawba and Marblehead. Pool and hot tub was very nice in the evening. Very short walk to a great fish restaurant as well as an ice cream shop. Cedar Point is not very far, about 20-30 min. Stay here! You will be happy you did !

The Perfect Lake Erie Getaway
From the time of arrival, the layout and the lovely views of the lake made us feel like we were on vacation. The deck was fabulous for our group, while others enjoyed the breezes in the causeway. Next time when we come, we will plan to use the outdoor grill. The bedrooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. All in all, the best vacation home we've rented in Port Clinton (of 4 homes).

Perfect family getaway!!
Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter & 4 grandchildren, ages 5,7,9 & 11. Even tho we arrived in a downpour, we enjoyed every second. The views from the living room windows were incredible! The kids loved the small beach, shallow waters of the lake & of course, the swimming pool. The condo was wonderful- plenty of room to be together or spend some quiet time apart. The condo was well equipped- from kitchen appliances to beach chairs- the owner thought of everything!! We had so much fun at the condo that we didn't go anywhere else. Thanks so much for a great mini-vacation- we plan to come back for a longer stay!

Location is everything
Beautiful and very clean house with amazing views ! The lake is a few steps out the back door in a safe and quiet community located by everything you could possibly need or simply want to do. Excellent communication from booking through departure with the owner and our only regret is that we didn’t stay a few days longer.

Surpassed all expectations!
This trip was a delight from start to finish. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The property was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. The beach was literally steps from our door and kept our kiddo busy for almost our entire stay. The on site pool and the park just minutes down the road filled the remaining time and left us with a very satisfied kiddo. The place was clean and thoughtfully stocked. Even the location was great! Minutes from some great restaurants with take out menus and recommendations at the ready. This was a truly special and memorable trip largely due to what a great stay we had. I absolutely would love to return in the future.

If I could choose one word for this property it would be PERFECTION. The location was awesome. Literally steps away from the lake. We all enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the deck, and at least one of us enjoyed the sunrises with their morning cup of coffee.

From the check-in to the family time, this property was perfect. The lake and swimming was perfect (and warm). There is roughly 200 feet of of lake to swim in with waist deep water out front. The pool was heated, clean and always open. A huge favorite of the kids.The deck was the winner. It was right on/over the water making for perfect sunsets and sunrises.The house was great for the family with 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom attached to each.
