Property was as described. We had an awesome family vacation. This condo was perfect for us. Very roomy and clean. Sanibel did not disappoint!

All of our needs were met. The lanai was gorgeous as was the view. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we enjoyed the grill. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was absolutely fantastic. We vacation on Sanibel every year and this was by far one of our favorite spots. The water was stunning and warm and the shelling was fantastic as always. We had such a great time! We will be back!!

The condo is beautiful, with 2 covered parking spaces, beach chairs/umbrella in the storage unit, 3 usable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining area and living room face the scenic, relaxing ocean view and the pool below the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking paraphernalia, which we used often. No kettle though, so we boiled water for French press in a sauce pan. Bathroom are big, water pressure great. Bedroom are huge, with comfy beds, lots of storage and generous ventilation. The unit is very well ventilated, with shade provided by the wrap around porch, and is cool and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are clean and comfortable, open 9am to dusk. The complex’s is a short bike ride to the grocery store, many restaurants and bars, as well as shopping. Two bike rental places are a short distance away - we rented from Finnimore - easy, convenient, fast and cheap. Overall we enjoyed our stay, kids loved the beach and pool, and were able to be mobile and independent much of the time. Just a few suggestions - lights do not work out on the porch, bedroom lights do not work via wall switches - one must turn the bedside lamps on for lighting. Lighting wise, the unit is a little dated and Needs some attention.

I found this property and Patience was the contact person at Select. She was very helpful and "Patient" I was indecisive and the dates kept changing. She hung in there and we were quite satisfied with the property. I found it to be comfortable, well appointed and pretty. The location is beautiful and well maintained. We had some issues with mother nature but, that could not be helped. Over all we would recommend this property and would stay there again.

The pics of the condo don't do it justice. it was beautiful, roomy and offered great views from lanai. Centrally located making it convenient to go to nearby Doc Fords, Baileys etc. If you have a family andneed space, this is the place. we had 7 people and plenty of room.

I like the location and the beach being so close.

But I am not sure if I would choose 304 again. I did not find the unit that clean, in particular the very old long carpet runner in front of the master bathroom sinks. It was so dirty that I did not even want to be on it in bare feet. That was not a very pleasant experience at all.

My elderly father stayed in one of the other rooms with a second smaller bathroom. The big issue here was that the horizontal handle on the inner shower door was totally missing. (I saw the two holes where it used to be.) I did not notice this detail when he went in and he almost slipped and fell with no way to support himself. Afterwards he had to use my shower.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchen faucet is broken and hangs loose. Kind of a pain to use and maneuver.

My other peeve was how inadequately the kitchen was supplied with good utensils for preparing food. Everything was the crappiest quality you could buy. I had a hard time finding the things that I really needed even just to reheat leftovers. Since I actually like cooking this kitchen proved very frustrating. It felt like I was camping.

And I understand about non-stick pans getting worn out. But after awhile they should be replaced when they become unsafe. Even in a rental as they are not that expensive.

There was no laundry soap (I found out after I had started a load) or dishwasher soap. I am used to finding these at least for starting out.

Others have mentioned the lumpy mattress but since I like extra soft it was fine with me.

All else was good, it's hard to screw up a vacation on Sanibel. But for the money you pay for these units, especially the corner ones, I think the value is questionable. I used to be a landlord and made sure that everything was good quality and working.

It is attractive, very spacious - 3 large bedrooms plus bunk room, large master bath, additional shared bath, large living/dining area, oversized deck. Ocean view. Occasionally the pool area (right below) is noisy. Easy beach access. The property was generally clean and well maintained. The mattress in the master bedroom is lumpy, and the sinks in the master bath do not drain well, but overall, we had very comfortable stay and would gladly stay there again. Management company was responsive and pleasant. Favorite places - restaurants Sanibel Island Cafe, Over Easy Cafe, Lighthouse Cafe, Sunset Grill, Matzaluna; kayaks through Tarpon Bay explorers; sunset cruise through Adventures in Paradise; would have done a wildlife charter through Gulf Coast Marine Excursions, but for red tide. The captain was honest about conditions, and we really appreciated that. Bike rentals a must - the entire island is crossed by safe paths, a great way to get around.

However, there are a few upgrades we feel the owners really should make to make it comparable to other units. The mattress on the master bed is terrible and sags on both sides. A new mattress or at the very least a nice mattress topper would have made our stay more comfortable. We have also stayed in the unit next door, #303, multiple times and they have a memory foam mattress topper on the master bed that is fantastic. The dryer takes many many cycles to get things dry which was very frustrating, especially when the policy is to not leave more than 2 loads of laundry upon check out. The washer is fine, but the dryer should be replaced. The tiles on the screened in porch are very grimy and feel gross to walk on. The cleaning crew should scrub/mop out there. I think people must be spraying sunscreen or something out there and it's sticking to the tiles like glue. Lastly, the kitchen faucet/sprayer has been loose for many years. We have complained each time we have stayed there and it still has not been replaced. Yes it works, but it dangles loosely in the faucet. This would be an inexpensive and easy thing to replace.

The building size is perfect for those who don’t like big crowds. We had a nine month baby with us and many times had the pool to ourselves. It was great!
