Overall excellent experience. Our only critique was the check in instructions being incorrect and having to reach out to the host, wait some time, then hear back with the correct door code.
Otherwise the place was clean spacious and well equipped. Would stay again.

There were 3 couples staying together for a family wedding. Nice place. Definitely not as clean as it should have been. The tv in the living room did not work, the dryer had no dial on it, so we couldn’t use that either.
The table and chairs on the deck were filthy.

The listing details and the email received from the host were not accurate. We have stayed here several times before and there was cable TV and access to the nearby resort through guest passes. The host still listed cable TV and resort access on the welcome email, but they did not have cable TV as listed so we could not watch the world series or college football if we wanted. Also, the host had let their membership to the resort expire and we had to pay high fees to get into it. These things have been changed on the current listing after our disappointment was expressed. Also, the refrigerator was not working when we arrived. We lost $200 worth of groceries and had to go a day and a half without a refrigerator. The host did arrange for a repairman. We waited until late into the evening for the repair, and missed our dinner reservation. I did request a partial refund and explanation of the resort membership issues. After several ignored emails by the host, I will work through Vrbo to see if I can claim some of our lost money

Check in experience was unsatisfactory due to the owner not sending us the correct code to check in. After 2 calls, a text and a call to Vrbo it was resolved. Unfortunately, we missed our movie because of the delays. The TV situation was poor due to the constant buffering and terrible internet. The condo was lacking in a few things that we thought would be provided. Overall very clean and comfortable.

We had no hot water our entire time and we were there 4 nights. We contacted the manager several times, and told her about having no hot water, and the problem was never fixed. There were numerous light bulbs burnt out and there were missing window blinds right next to our master bed, so we had to hang up blankets over the windows for privacy! There was a gap in the sliding glass door that was open to the outside, so insects were coming into the master bedroom. Nothing was fixed our entire stay and we had contacted the manager numerous times! Worse VRBO stay EVER!!!!!

We picked your property due to its proximity to the Appalachian trail. Our daughter and son-in-law were completing their through hike and the location was ideal to access the trail in NY, NJ, and PA The facility was well appointed and very comfortable. The TV was a bit confusing but our prime interest was the weather reports, and they could be accessed. Thanks for graciously sharing your home.

Nice to have 2 living rooms with TVs when traveling with teens. Clean, 5 minutes from mountain creek. Plenty of room for the 8 of us plus 2 well behaved dogs. Nice outside sitting area.

Golf Trip
Very nice unit for our needs. We didn't use much, so it's hard to comment on functionality. Disappointed we did not hear back from the owners regarding the pool pass, since it was
99 degrees. All and all, would stay again.

We had a group on a golf trip that had multiple rentals so we basically used the condo for additional sleeping capacity. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Owners were great to deal with.

Home was very nice.
The home was in a good location for us. About 1/2 mile walk to Minerals up hill. Not walkable in dress cloths. But for a nice walk it's very doable. The layout is kind of strange. But, again the place was nice looking and good for a few days. The one bedroom is off the kitchen literally you walk out the door and cut through the galley kitchen to the dining area. It's only a problem if you put someone who likes to sleep The basement is where the king bed is and shares the bathroom with the 2nd living room. The outside furniture needs some attention. Overall I'd recommend a stay in this home. You only get 2 parking spots and of you need 3, the other car needs to park in the Minerals lot. The guard shack will let you drop off your things and you need to hitch a ride back to the home. If you only have 2 cars not an issue.

Sadly, Disappointing
Property was just ok, honestly I considered leaving. Communication with owner was not great. She often did not reply quickly. Last text never got a response. I feel she was not up front about current details of the condo, she new about changes and missing items and didn't say something until we asked. The condo needs a good cleaning and several items need work. If additional details are wanted, I can provide those. I feel we were greatly overcharged for what we got. Will not return.

The unit is very large and clean with lots of space to relax on both levels. Nice patios off kitchen and downstairs master bedroom. The owner was a pleasure to work with and when there was an issue with the internet had it fixed the next day on a Saturday. Would definitely return. Thanks for a great place to host my sons 35th surprise party.

Pretty, nicely situated end unit condo which was dog friendly. Rainy vacation meant we were indoors some and we had wnough space for everyone to gather and have separation when needed. Would lovw to come back for a trip in the winter to let the kids snowboard the mountain they ziplined. Thanks for a great stay!

Vernon Summer Fun
The development is impressive and the pool area is amazing.
The condos look a little run down from the outside, but the inside was decorated nicely and it was very comfortable. The amenities were great and the activities available in the area were awesome.

Cozy & Comfy! Excellent stay!
My friends and I stayed here on our annual golf trip and all agreed this was, by far, the greatest accommodations we've ever had. The condo was spacious and very clean. Large living room area on both floors with really nice, large TVs that even had Netflix on them! The kitchen was quite adequate for our needs. The bathrooms were very clean and the one connected to the master bedroom was beautiful. There was plenty of space for us to sleep.
There were six of us, but you could easily sleep 10 adults. The bedrooms were neatly kept, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the fold out couches were comfortable as well.
Most importantly, the owners were excellent. They kept in contact with me from when I booked the condo until I left. I highly recommend using this condo. If my friends and I go back, we are definitely contacting the owners to book again.

Great space and location!
Stayed for 2 nights, 3 days during Memorial day weekend. The unit was clean, spacious (we were a party of 7) and well-equipped. A quick walk to Minerals resort and all it offers. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We would do this trip annually!
