Plenty of room. Very dark inside condo. Italy decorated not a beachy place. Pillows and sheets need a revamp. Sheets would not stay on bed.
Trash chute broken the whole week and only 1 elevator working for the whole Memorial Weekend. Pools are very nice, balcony very roomy great view of an ocean. Close to Walmart!

Condo was just right for 2 people. Beautiful ocean front view- right on the beach. Spacious balcony. Easy walk to beach & pools. Quiet restful space with conveniences of home. Bed a little firm for our liking, but all amenities & supplies in condo adequate for 4 day stay. Security presence- gated lot. Very close to shopping & restaurants. Great location

Condo beautiful uniquely decorated, the property guards and cleaning crew so nice, two young men who handles beach chair service so nice and polite, they even transported lady with disability to shore who used a walker. The only negative the property should have ruled that people from other properties can't put up tents in front of beach chairs, really any tent should be required to put up behind beach chairs

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the gulf. Just breathtaking. So loved waking up each morning and seeing the water just outside the bedroom windows/sliding doors. Towels need a good oxyclean but I’m sure it’s just a result of the front load washer. But nothing that we couldn’t get passed. Hoping that this unit is available next year because we will be back!!!

Excellent condo fantastic views of the ocean walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants this condo is in the perfect place could not ask for a better location. The only negative things were we had to clean and the furniture is very uncomfortable the furniture on the balcony was more comfortable than anything in the house but I would definitely stay there again because of the location!

I had a wonderful stay. The view was outstanding and Bill was very easy to communicate with and super responsive. I found the living room furniture (leather lounger and leather sofa) and the patio furniture very comfortable. The unit was spotless when I arrived and the building was kept extremely clean. The pools are lovely and the included beach lounges on the beach were great! The building is conviently located and close to Pineapple Willey's (so lots of spring break kids around but that didn't really bother me). The beach helpers that set up the lounge chairs each day are great - they come and check on folks and make sure we didn't need anything and would help angle umbrellas if needed!
Things it would have been helpful to know (but would not alter whether I stayed there or not):
1. There were no beach towels in the unit so bring your own
2. The kitchen is not stocked with basics like salt and pepper or oil. This is the first time I have experienced that in a VRBO so I didn't think to ask.
3. Tower 1 is close to The Shores building which is apparently where a lot of the spring break kids stay so that end of the beach tends to be crowded and a bit noisier. If it bothered me, I am sure the beach helpers would have moved my lounge chair down near Tower 4 but it didn't bother me. The surf was so loud I barely heard them.
I would stay here again, for sure. I found the unit comfortable and the view simply unmatched with a huge patio!!!

This condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It's exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Check in process very simple. I give this a five star and recommend. Communication was great with the property owner.

To start positive: The Host - Bill Pedersen did everything we expected. Told us when we would receive everything. We had all the info - wifi, keys, pool bracelets, codes, etc. All good.
The room: The furniture is not all that you see. They have changed some out. The most uncomfortable furniture. We had back aches from the 2nd day. We ended up using the balcony furniture inside in order to be someone okay. The furniture is so large/bulky - you don't have any room. We lined up dining table and chairs against the wall so we had room to walk. The sliding door came with instructions because it is not easy to open. It was so difficult - I gave up. I went out through the bedroom which was fine until someone was sleeping. The tub drains slow - so be careful not to slip. We will not stay there again.
Positive again - the view. It's still the Gulf and it's still gorgeous. The pools are all nice. If you like to be in the busy section of PCB - it's your spot. If you are young and can handle uncomfortable furniture.

Overall all was good. We did have issues with the TV in the bedroom and was not able to use it. We do not have a TV in our ho.e BR, so, this was a luxury to have one on vaacation to watch TV while in bed. Notifies the manavee, but he just played it off and made it look like i did not know how to use it. There was nevwe any follow up with us after that. I was disappointed in the management over that. So.ething rhat sou ds trivial, i know, but it was our vacation.

This property was exactly as listed! Beautiful view from the huge balcony. Close to everything! Mr Pederson was always a text away and was very helpful! We had an amazing honeymoon and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!!

Enjoyable
There was a distinctive smell of mold and mildew. As well as the smell of old things. The furniture is in very much in need of replacement. But it was very equipped and we did enjoy ourselves. The beach chairs were wonderful but we were moved several times do to the new beach chairs. The attendants were unorganized but it was still great. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Condo!
1-902 is a fantastic unit. The decor is excellent and gives you a "warm and comfortable" feeling as soon as you walk-in. The unit was extremely clean, well equipped with everything needed for our stay and the bedding and furniture were very comfortable. The owner takes great pride in offering a 1st rate rental property. We will book this unit again in the near future!

Location, Location, Location
We couldn’t have stayed in a better location. Long Beach Resort is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants & attractions. The condo had all of the conveniences of home. The large balcony overlooking the beach was the highlight of the condo. I also loved that the front door has an all clear storm door in addition to the regular wooden door. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will rent the unit again!

Our first stay at PCB was an awesome time!!!! Condo was beachfront and had a very nice lagoon pool. Also beach service was an amenity provided by Bill with the condo rental!! Overall we had a great vacation!!!

Beautiful property!
We had a wonderful stay!! Views were breathtaking, property was clean! The only issue we had was the beach access from our building, they were doing work on it, so it was closed during the duration of our stay, so we had to walk to the second tower to get to the beach, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Condo was clean. Kitchen seemed to be stocked well. The AC unit is locked and will not go below 70 degrees. The recliner and dining chairs were different than what is pictured in the VRBO listing. One of the remotes was missing a battery so we couldn't use the TV for watching local channels. We could only watch Netflix. The complex is nice but building 1 is located next door to a "party" condo (as referenced by staff) and there were a lot of young people from that building on the beach set up with tents in front of the beach chairs. We had to use chairs in front of building 3 to get away from the party crowd.
